I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.

I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

Ordered parts per all the descriptions and part numbers for my model refrigerator and the bins came and didn't fit (different latch) and they were smaller than original part. I had to send pictures to them regarding the parts and when I got the OK to return parts I had to send them UPS that cost $48.00. I was in communication via email letting them know the parts were returned and then I noticed they weren't going to refund the total amount of my purchase and in addition charged a re-stocking fee. End of the day I ended up spending an additional $69.00 between shipping fees and restocking and have nothing to show for it. Beware.

Trying to fix it myself. The park is great it was original. But the problem happens to be something else that I called the repair tech that he doesn't even know what the problem is. But buying this part was easy and the company was great to work with and shipped it fast.

The washer was stuck in the spin cycle. The fault could be cleared, and by turning the control knob to "Rinse/Spin", the cycle could be completed. It was determined that the control board was defective. After installing the replacement control board, purchased from Genuine Replacement Parts, the wash cycle could be completed without any interruptions. I had the model number for the washer so the purchase process was straight forward and easy. The part arrived by USPS a day earlier that expected.

I have an older GE dishwasher that was missing the electrical box that holds the wiring. I am doing a kitchen redo and figured that the kitchen would be safer and up to code if I installed the missing electrical box. GRP had an easy to use "lookup" site so I found my box in a couple of minutes and ordered it. It showed up at my home in under a week and I installed it and it is a perfect match for my dishwasher. Thank you GRP! (I lost my proof of purchase but I am a valid customer, honest)

I bought a glass touch control 6/22/17 for my GE gas stove, on arrival the technician say right away it is the wrong part. I call and they approve a return and only to hear that their warehouse say that the parts is use. We never try or never install the parts because it is he wrong part is wouldn't solve the problem. Up to now almost a year they wont return my money and they also have the parts.

I ordered a replacment ice maker for my refrigerator. It came, but the unit was used, dirty, full of dust, mold and debris. I tried to return it, but they kept saying they don't sell used parts, and I had to tell them the part number of the item. I gave them pictures of every angle of the ice maker possible, including the only sticker on the item with a part number. They kept refusing the return. This is a scam.

I ordered on July 21st - received email that it shipped - would receive on 27th - next email said I would received on 29th - checked tracking and it hasn't even left California yet on the 29th. Not happy at all. In 8 days my purchase hasn't even left the state, but I get an email asking for me to review my item.

Finally received it on August 4th in the worst condition I've ever seen a package. I did not even have to cut a piece of packing tape because there was nothing holding the package together.

How disrespectful! I spend my hard earned money on these products - pay a terrible amount for shipping - and this company doesn't even have the decency to pack the item so that it arrives at my home in good condition.

Unbelievable.

Never again.

I was shipped the wrong part, and when I went back into the website, it appears that the part that I ordered is no longer in stock so I suspect I was shipped a part that was available but similar.
I would like a mailing label to return this unusable part. The pipe was never installed and is still in its original packing.

I purchased a replacement door bin (plus a spare) for my Cafe refrigerator when I noticed one was cracked. It was easy-peasy: looked up parts for my particular model from the number inside the fridge and ordered. They fit perfectly and match exactly, down to the silver stripe on the white plastic insert. I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a replacement coil for my Jenn-Arie range. When I installed it, it started to smoke and spark. I immediately shut off the oven and sent an email explaining what happened. They sent me a new replacement. When my coil first went out, I scheduled a tech to come fix it but it was going to cost $109.00 just for the Sears tech to come out and it would be three weeks. So I planned to get the part and cancel the tech appointment. When the new element seemed faulty, I let him come on out. He said I got grease from my fingers on the coil and that caused the smoke and sizzling. When that burned off, the coil worked fine. GRP let me keep the second coil and asked no pay even though I offered. They were good to answer my emails quickly through the whole episode. I do recommend them!

It was very easy to find the part I needed for my refrigerator on the website based on the info inside the door. Less than five minutes I had found it, ordered it and paid. And, it arrived very quickly. The part cost less than I expected and shipping cost was reasonable. Overall a great experience!

This is an odd part for a 20+ year old fridge, the plastic cover for the pull out crisper drawer. I've been epoxying the old one. I just did a search and found this site. The site tool was excellent as it made me confirm the model number before letting me order the part to better guarantee the fit. The part made it almost 10 days earlier than expected and fits perfectly. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They advertise parts and send you something completely different. When I contacted them the refused to refund me unless I sent the part (that I didn't order) back at a huge cost. They are scammers. The police are now involved.

I ordered a part based on the exact photo on the website of the part I needed. My part was discontinued but, again on the their website, it stated that it was replaced by another serial number. The website photo matched my part, the new serial number was supposed to be a replacement…the part they sent is totally different….after six emails….dealing with four different reps, 8-10 photos with clear explanations, they tell me I ordered the wrong part….not true. Still no satisfaction.

Although the product was exactly what i ordered, their packaging was awful. They used an oversize box to ship a microwave door and the only "packaging material" they used was paper. The box arrived opened and torn since the door didn't quite fit in the box.

I've NEVER ordered anything online one morning and it arrived the next morning without costing me dearly, and other company shipments never arrived on time or never got it. Order 1 I received a part that was not OEM like the listing indicated and did not match the picture. Order 2, was given one option for shipping which was 1-day shipping via UPS or FedEx, and it was sent USPS. When I complained, was told they don't even offer 1-day shipping, so what is on their site was a flat out lie. So, was misled twice.

The part was easy to find on the website, the price was reasonable, the delivery VERY prompt. It arrived on the 3rd day after I ordered it.
The only problem was that the delivery person did not feel that they needed to bring it all the way to our house. So it was left at the top of our long steep driveway in the rain after 4pm. I only discovered it when it was getting dark and I checked the tracking. I saw that it had been left up there in the rain an hour earlier with a note that it had been placed over the gate... we do not have a gate. I left a complaint with the delivery company but have not heard back.
Other than that it was perfect and got here in time to save all the Christmas cooking plans.

I ordered two shelves for a Maytag freezer. That model has two sizes of shelves. The smaller one fit; the larger did not. The store needs to provide the dimensions of the shelf, not of the package size. I don't care about the package size; I care that the shipped shelf will fit my freezer. I thought I had ordered both shelves for the same model. Maybe I didn't. The search criteria in the website does not inform as to the dimensions. Be careful

Although my ice maker arrived broken, I emailed DAPPZ right away and received a response within the hour. I emailed back pictures, and was told I'd receive a credit. The broken piece was most likely due to shipping as the box has an accordion look to it and was broken on the end the box was damaged. Having read all these reviews, I wanted to give something positive since they made good on my issue. I did receive a credit and all is well on my end. I re-ordered from another site (worried because of the bad reviews) and paid twice what DAPPZ charged me. And it arrived looking and packaged the very same way. This wasn't broken but I did pay the double. I recommend DAPPZ. Just need to communicate with them and follow instructions they give. I wish there was someone to call when there's an issue, but they only respond by email. I bet it keeps the overhead down and helps keep prices low.
