I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
The company shipped my parts and the parts where not the correct parts for my item. I was disapointed when I was told that the parts paid for had to be returned to me and not refunded because of damage. Upon calling I was told that the carrier may have damaged the part. However, once discussed the company provided me with a full refund and was fair in doing so. The customer service team when I requested a call via email was very prompt in thier response to me and I was extremly happy about that. Thanks for your time and thank you for resolving my issue with the company!

I ordered a transmission agitator shaft mode shifter and related small parts for our 9 year old GE washer (GE WHRE5550K2WW). The parts I received were factory originals - fit perfectly. GRP's personalized email communication to me about the order delivery date (July 20th) was really appreciated-- Shipping package quality was excellent and shipping cost was very reasonable- Regarding the website- use the appliance Model number --very easy to navigate and the exploded views with corresponding part numbers and parts lists is extremely helpful. This company lies about having any type of telephone support and live chat support. We placed an order for a Samsung One-Connect box, but received a random cable instead. We are a business needing to get our system back up ASAP and were left hung out to dry. Still waiting on a response to emails. Don't order from here, you'll be disappointed! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. We work together with Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs and have reported them, and they are actively being investigated for fraud due to lying about having customer service staff.

The web site was easy to use and the prices were reasonable. The package arrived in a reasonable time frame, but the part did not fit. It turned out that when I typed my appliance model number into the web site there was a revision to the model number and I had failed to type in the version I had. The web site did not have anything asking for clarification and no other part was offered so I ended up with the wrong part. I called the customer service line and was told I could send it back but they would not provide a return label so my cost to return is a minimum of $150. The shipping cost from GRP was $6.99 but since they will not send a return label your cost will be much higher. They know that no one will return incorrect parts because the cost for an individual is so much higher than the cost they have with FedEx. The customer service reps were very rude and left me on hold for almost an hour, I finally called back from another phone to get someone to talk to me. There are many on-line appliance part sources, choose wisely and avoid GRP! It was the worst experience I have ever had with a on-line company.

When replacing the new burner for the old burner, the tabs on the new burner are not identical to the old burner. Before you disconnect the wires, you need to look at the old burner and take a picture of the numbers(1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, etc.) on the tabs and how they correspond to the wires from the stove. Then match up the wires to the numbers on the tabs of the new burner.

Bought online, was supposedly shipped on Friday Afternoon, had an email confirming shipping from Genuine on Friday afternoon with planned delivery on Monday 12/26. Fed Ex didn't receive item until Tuesday 12/27. According to *******@genuineparts.com, when they checked the warehouse, it was confirmed to be shipped by warehouse personnel on Monday, yet Fed ex didn't receive from GRP until after 5 PM on Tuesday PM. Genuine blamed weather for the delay in getting it to me Lawrenceville GA- Cornelia, GA! Go figure!

BEWARE: UNFAIR RETURN POLICY. I ordered a water inlet valve for a dishwasher. The part of the value that connected to the water hose was slightly larger in circumference than the original part, despite the same part number. This was not obvious until I attempted to install the part, which was unsuccessful. GRPs return policy says if you attempt to use a part, it will not be replaced. It does not matter if the part is defective. In fact, it seems that they only replace a part if they sent the wrong part, not a defective part. Take your business somewhere else. Patronize a business that has a fair return policy -- even if there is little chance you will return the part.
