I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.

I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

We inherited this fridge in a house we bought that was vacant for two years. Various parts of the fridge were damaged but it worked. It was great to find the part we needed.

Their return policy is criminal. I attempted to return my unused item and they said they do not accept returns. I am astonished that they're still in business.

Tip for consumers:
I would avoid their site as they say the shipping and restocking fees are why they do not accept returns.

Ordered a part for $140. They charged my credit card. I just contacted them and they said they emailed me telling me their price was wrong and they were cancelling the order. No email ever received. The part is actually $250 and they won't honor the price OR CHANGE THEIR WEBSITE TO REFLECT THE TRUE PRICE. Customer service was VERY rude. I've contacted my credit card company because they haven't refunded my money.

Upon receiving and installing ice bin, for a week worked great, BUT ice bin again shattered, cracked at bottom of bin. PLASTIC BIN NOT STRONG ENOUGH as auger pulls thru. Whirlpool product.

GRP, shipped the wrong part. I sent pictures of the part and my refrigerator model. It has been over a week, they still have not resolved my issue. Also, the part looked used! Poor customer service!

I am disappointed with the cap. It is not as thick and the original cap and there is a chip in it. But I have been so busy did not take the time to notify the company for new replacement.

They refuse to pick up their telephones or respond to an email concerning a damaged GE Part# WB28X******* Ignitor Glow Bar. Both my husband and I emailed them pictures of the damaged part they sent me and we got absolutely no response from this company. They ignored both our phone calls and emails. We are now asking for a refund and we can not even get through to the company to get the refund. They will not allow you to return an item without a RAM#. However since they do not answer there phones we can not get a RAM# to return the broken part they send us. This company are sheer crooks to say the least. Sad excuse for a company who should be backing up the parts they sell to you. IF I COULD GIVE THEM MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD HAVE!

I purchased a control board for my washing machine, gave the correct model number and they sent me a part that is not the same shape or size of the original part and they insist that the part is compatible as per the manufacturer of the part. Their name is genuine replacement parts but they are not sending genuine parts. They are refusing to give a full refund and are insisting that it is compatible even though the appliance repairman said the part is absolutely not compatible. DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THEM

Hello all,

Please read before you order anything from Zappz.com

Our daughter's washer machine timer if on the fritz... so in searching for the part via the internet I noticed Zappz was offering (Part #*******) for $108.89 with free shipping so I ordered it. The very next day I received an email back from the company telling me they had a price glitch and they cancelled my order and are refunding my credit card. They also stated if I wanted to reorder at the correct price they did have the timers in stock and would ship right away.

Wow - they CANCELLED my order! I went back on their website to see how much they raised the price it went from $108.89 to almost $130.00 so I wrote them an email back asking them to honor their original price point and not to cancel my order. I did not receive any responses. I then went back to their website and started a "Chat session" with one of their customer service agents - let her know of my order issue and asked if they would honor the original price she stated they couldn't. I said well that it terrible that her company will not honor a price they had displayed on their website and customer should not be held responsible because of a glitch in their system.

We did order the part from another company happily and even paid more... I would never recommend doing business with this company they are not customer focused!
