Genuine Replacement Parts

I am highly disappointed with this company. One they ship you a product and it isnt the correct one, they wont take it back. What a rip off. Shop at a different website, never these guys.

They were exactly what I wanted for my oven! They fit beautifully in it. Love that they can be cleaned in the oven. So much better than the ones that came with my oven too. Shipping was super fast!

Wow, I didn't expect this kind a store. I bought everything I needed for my freezer repair, I repaired myself because store people told me that I better buy a new freezer instead of fixing it.

The website was one of the only ones that was able to identify both parts I needed when searching using keywords. The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick.

The part arrived and was the same as the original, so a perfect fit. There were other parts that were different in appearance from the original, but they would not mount the same.

Return merchandise to company after receiving 7 days prior. The merchandise is new and unused and return pay by our own money to ship it back to the company. I contact to company several time requesting refund for my 85 years old mother-in-law gasket freezer which after given the model number, still ship the wrong parts.
The original box was water damage, so return in a new box via post office. Company refused to issue refund because it was not in original box, but I explain what happen to the box and return it in new box without using the product still new.
The company fraudulent misrepresent their return policy and use of bullying and intimidating to their customer. I am trying to resolve this issue for my 85 mother in law freezer gasket.
I believe the company is using bait and switch on their customer by stating one thing and not abide to their own return policy. After further research, I see this has happen to other customers.
I file a formal complaint to BBB, FTC regarding their tacks on elderly

The service was an unexpected delight. The service representative was knowledgeable, took the time to make sure I was ordering the correct item and made sure it was sent.

Bought replacement touchpad for Jenn-air oven. It came within 4 days within a maytag whirlpool box (so I think it was the original brand part, not a knockoff) and worked. Thanks!

Joke of a return policy and a lousy company to boot. After a 25% restocking fee and shipping I would be getting less than half of the original cost of the part.

Is this the Genuine replacement parts company that refused to return a customer's purchase that was UNUSED and still new even though the box was missing? Is this the Genuine replacement parts company that CTV W5 had to intervene and bring justice to a injustice decision stance from Genuine replacement parts Canada!

Glad I found a place where I could get the original part for my older Maytag dryer. The part is the exact part not a knock off like other places. If you want Original parts, this is your place.

They've got the parts, that's a good thing, but they put extra money in their pockets by suckering you into paying for next day delivery but shipping UPS ground.

Ordered online through the website. They fulfilled the ordered quickly and arrived faster than anticipated. Very happy with order and shipping process.

I read the reviews online prior to purchasing and had a lot of doubts. Before placing an order online, I read their policies. The policy is clear and concise; there is no rip off here. Basically, if you buy the wrong part and want to return it, it must meet the criteria. A lot of sites make you pay to return the wrong part. Just look at their competitors's site.

Any how, I went online and chatted with the customer service guy, he was great! He asked me for my model number and serial and was able to help me locate the correct parts for my oven. Yes, there is a logical reason why they ask for your model. PARTS ARE MADE TO WORK SPECIFICALLY ON A SPECIFIC MODEL. If you don't know what your model is, why are you purchasing it?

I ordered a bake element on Friday and received my order on Tuesday. It looked different than my original. I went online and chatted with them. It seems the manufacturer updated my bake element so that the support brackets sit on the bottom and is no longer running across the element. Okay, I was relieved. It worked. That's all I cared about.

So you complainers out there, read the policies before making a purchase. That goes with any site before making a purchase.

Although FedEx was a bit slow on the delivery, the item itself was packaged well and was exactly the item that I ordered. It was great doing business with these folks.

The part we ordered arrived on time, packaged well and was indeed the correct part for our model refrigerator. My husband installed the part and it works perfectly.

Ordered ice maker for fridge. The one that came in is different and won't fit. A week of phone calls, emails, waiting for response, sending photos to show the problem and no one will respond to me. This is the worst customer service I have seen in years. THE PHOTOS WILL NOT UPLOAD TO THIS SITE.

I ordered a part only to have Dappz cancel the order, increase the price by $30, and tell me that I could reorder at the new price if I wanted it. I will never use this vendor again.
