Genuine Replacement Parts

Ordering was super easy, just waiting to see on shipping experience. Product was a day late being shipped because I listed a PO Box as address and customer service had to contact me for a physical address. I went back to website and found under shipping info that physical address was required, but that was only if I looked. Other websites have the order site fixed to where if you add a Box #, it automatically comes up and notifies you. That is the only thing I would change. Otherwise, my experience was very good

So far so good. But, this is my first order so I don't have enough data yet to know how likely I will recommend this site, or buy from this site again.

Update (9/3/2015) I received the shipment in 3 business days, which is pretty good. I installed it, and it worked. It has been working without any issue for a month. I am pretty happy with the order. Nevertheless, as a responsible reviewer, I should point out a couple areas for the benefit of other customers:

1. The shipment doesn't come with any instructions at all. I am pretty handy, so I figured it out by myself. If you are not sure about your skill, you should go to Internet and find the installation guide before you place the order.

2. The product I received is not made by GE, the manufacturer of my refrigerator. Rather, it's made by a third party. They are not totally identical. But, again, I have no problem completing the installation.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and I got the right parts for the repair. My wife is glad to have her washing machine back again.

So far it was easy to find the product I needed and the price was much better than other stores. It remains to be seen if the product arrives in good order and works well.
Here are my comments a few days later... I received the order three days after I placed it. The ice maker was undamaged, however, there were no installation instructions (a quick check on YouTube did the job).
We now have plenty of ice!

Ordered my parts and received in a few days. I will be using again to order a sliding oven rack once they are back in stock.

Came very quickly. Fits perfectly but had to figure out how the wheels attached. A bit of trial and error but we (I) figured it out.

Site was very easy to use. Received the part and it was a perfect fit! Quite a different experience than the one I had with Amazon. Ended up returning to them 3 different beater bladed that were not correct. THANKS - my baking efforts were saved!

I don't remember specifically what I ordered from this vendor. I make online purchases frequently for my business as well as for home. It would help if you would include a brief description of the item before asking us to rate the product or service.

When your upset at a broken washer and want to find a replacement part fast, it was great. Headed to Florida in the morning, wish I could pick it up while I'm there. But should be here when I get home.

According do the diagram, I thought I had ordered the correct part. However, it was the wrong size. After many, many emails and sending pictures and explanations, I finally received an email saying I could return the item - at my expense, of course. I will not be using this website to order parts ever again.

The gaskets ordered do not exactly match those that need replaced in the refrigerator, even though they have our fridge's model # listed as a compatible fridge. I'm worried the seal isn't complete when we close the doors on the fridge.

Easy to use site Hope part is correct for a unit built in 2004. Delivery was VERY fast and welcome as the hinge on our old oven had a total failure preventing any use. The parts were correct for our unit. I had pulled oven apart anticipating delivery some days later as indicated by the company. I went outside to get a tool and package had been delivered many days before expected.! Oven was back in service in one hour. My experience was great. Parts used returned oven to as new operationally. A +

At first I was upset because half of my cartridges were wrong, but after contacting them about this, they instantly made it right by sending me my new, right, cartridges and a postage paid return envelope for the wrong items. Overall I am very happy with my purchases and will do business with them again.

Ordering had good prices...we'll see what is delivered. The item came extremely quickly and was exactly what we needed. The price was much better than ordering directly from Bosch. We will definitely use this company again for appliance parts. Thank you!

I was initially concerned because I was not sure the parts were correct. You know sometimes the seller claim a product is made for a specific brand but it is really a cheap imitation. But true to your commitment this was the real thing. My handy man properly anchored my microwave and it is great. It will probably be securely attached if the rest of the house falls down around it. LOL. Thanks.

With the first delivery the item was 4 days late and item was broken upon opening the box. The lack of being able to call and talk to a customer service representative was frustrating. They kept asking for pictures which I delivered several times in very typical common picture formats but for some reason that defied logic my pictures were not received and I would again be asked to send pictures. This went on for probably a week. Fortunately and I am not sure what I did different but eventually customer service acknowledged my pictures were received and a replacement was shipped. Delivery time was much better on the replacement, it was not broken upon arrival, and we once again have ice.
Not being able to talk to someone would really make me question myself before I purchased from your group again.

Haven't received order just yet so can' comment on whether I'll use site again. The order process and location of part was very easy.
Received part, exact match and even had the temp sensor and overheat cutoff included. Very satisfied.
Only disappointment was when called customer support to find a second part (temperature selection switch) although the tech was extremely courteous/knowledgeable/helpful -- sadly the part was no longer available.

The website does not work as smooth as most other websites do. The website had a hard time picking the correct shipping and billing addresses and also required multiple edits to get the addresses corrected. I am still not sure if it will actually ship to the intended shipping address or not.

Post order response. Received order as expected in a reasonable amount of time though not as good as Amazon. As stated above, the website seems to be okay when looking for product but was a hassle when checking out, I almost cancelled my order because of it. There are too many properly functioning websites that sell the same thing, I would likely choose one of these sites to order from next time. I still check my credit card daily to ensure the billing is not screwed up, not something I am willing to deal with a second time around. An unreliable, problematic website is like a lemon car...no one wants to deal with it.

We have an older copier that we don't want to part with, but our copier company no longer carries the parts for this unit, so it's really nice to be able to purchase these parts from your site and then they come out and install it for us.

Nice web site easy to use, lets see how the order goes.

Received part faster than expected, was what I expected and fixed moms freezer that was damaged from a power surge.
A happy day to not need to find a new freezer! In these crazy times

Delivery estimator on the website indicated ship from California to California and that it would take one day. Called to confirm this. Rep told me that estimator on website was accurate and correctly picked source warehouse for delivery estimate. Once ordered, products shipped from Midwest with four business days' delivery time. Only ordered based on the speed I would have received the part. I could have paid a little more in town and had my stove back in one day; due to incorrect information from you it was closer to a week.

Replaced the part with the one i ordered and it still diddn't work. Would not set i don't know if it was a bad board or what.

The new part, control panel, was made of the same thin plastic as was the original. I expected an upgrade but I suppose that was not economical for the company. This part is used multiple times, daily, and will again break over time. Should be much stronger for the dollars spent.
Puts the dishwasher brand in question for future purchases.
