Your prices were competitive. Not only for the product but for shipping cost as well. It was also really easy to find what I was looking for. I had just come back from the local appliance store who thought I was an idiot because I was a woman. Well there you go. He lost a customer, you gained one.

Ordered a heating element for a dryer. The reason I choose this company was they said one day delivery for $7.95, ordered late Wednesday night and was told it would be delivered by Friday. Finally received from UPS the following Monday night at 8:14 PM. I thought they should of at least refunded the 1 day delivery fee. They told me sorry nothing they can do.

Had some difficulty getting the correct parts from the on-line transfer. Make sure you include the full model number in the part search engine. I had to cancel my first order and make a second order. Fortunately I discovered the mistake within minutes and was able to cancel and reorder without any problems. Other than that it went well.

Quick and easy even without establishing a Paypal account. Got our oven bottom and so far the fire department has not responded once. I did not put a drip pan on the bottom but did put an oven rack on the lowest position and have had no problems and just trying to keep the bottom grease free. Even though two out three members of the family strive to do that we do have one that does not. I think we have a plan so we move forward. Thanks again for making this so easy and delivery; even though a day late; was really good in this current situation. Thanks again.

I had problems with trying to contact company regarding shipping, I tried phone and email, but got no responses. The product was suppose to be a stainless steel trim kit for my new stove, it does not match the stove and appears to be aluminum.

$83 for this part is pretty expensive, especially since the design, IMO, is faulty. However, that's the manufacturer's problem, not yours.

After receiving my parts, my refrigerator is just like new. Added an additional storage tray on the door, and it made such a difference in the space on the racks.

The part was delivered on time. The instructions for installation were a bit cryptic. Took me quite a while to figure it out as the part looked so much different then my unit

I was told that the delivery would be two days, it took a week. I do understand it was around Thanksgiving and would not have minded if I was told so up front. I had my daughter come by the house everyday looking for the package as I had to go out of town to see my 90 year old mother. No worries it showed up two days after I got back. I liked the immediate availability of this part. Sears had theirs on order and you were a little bit cheaper in price. However, if you need the part immediately, you need to FedEx it instead of USPS, as it took eight days to get my oven bake element.

Once I entered the CORRECT model number, I had no problem finding my part and ordering it. I'm quite surprised that this past wore out in 4 years' time.
