I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
This is the first time i have had to use this company and the experience was great. The price was comparable to all other appliance parts company's but this had the quickest shipping time.n
I ordered what I needed, it came fast, fit perfect. Cost was a little high for what it is. $20 is all it should cost for a plastic shelf with shipping and tax included. Just a thought.

In the fridge it the date plate take a picture with your phone and always have it on standby because you maybe at work when you got time.

I made the mistake of purchasing a part from another company that was an aftermarket and I thought I was saving money. The aftermarket part only lasted about 2 months and I had to throw it away. I then purchase the OEM part from GRP and it is the exact replacement part which is higher quality than the aftermarket part. I didn't save money at all buying the aftermarket, instead I wasted my money on a part that was of very poor quality. Don't make the same mistake I made. Buy the OEM part from GRP and rest assured that you are getting the exact replacement part for your appliance. Highly recommended! I would have given them 10 stars but that's not an option. The staff at GRP is extremely knowledgable and very helpful to ensure that you will receive the correct part. This was my first time to place an order with GRP, and it was a very good experience. Part I ordered arrived as scheduled, and was exactly what I needed.
It was the exact part I needed and it was shipped fast. I received it much sooner than I expected. This was faster and more pleasant than the local parts house.
I received the order within the week of placing the order. However, I ordered the wrong part and will be returning it and receiving a refund minus the restocking fee.
The part was fine but I was unable to return it when it turned out it was not the cause of the problem. This was not spelled out during the ordering process. Buyer beware.
I did receive the parts that I needed for my GE Refrigerator, however, the vegetable bin came without the handle portion... Luckily, I had saved the old one and it seems to work!

The door on the soap container broke and the entire soap container had to be replaced. The part fit and now the dishwasher works like it's supposed to.
We returned unopened parts after part of our order was backordered. The company has emailed us confirming the refund but we were never refunded. GRP had exactly the part I needed.(Rear filler strip for LG gas range.). Tried all the other vendors without success.
They sent me a wrong part, I contacted them many times, no answer, this is a fraud, I am starting credit card dispute, this is why they don't take Paypal.

I had ordered a gas regulator for a used replacement cooktop on a Friday. It showed one business day delivery. In the live chat, I was told it probably would arrive on Monday, but definitely by Tuesday. I offered to pay additional for overnight freight. I was told it would not be necessary. When the tracking info finally was received, it showed delivery date the following Friday! I phoned; I sent e-mails. There was no response until a day and a half later at which time I was informed that the local warehouse was out and that it had shipped from CA. No response to my request as to why I wasn't contacted. I requested they send me another one overnight. I would pay the cost and when the original came would either refuse it or send it back unopened. Two days later I received a response in effect saying that my e-mail message was received but it was blank! I had sent 3 separate, distinct messages. Would never do business with them again; their lower cost was not worth the aggravation and cost to my health.
I ordered the wrong part but didn't realize it until it came in (refrigerator shelf should have ordered a refrigerator cripser cover). I contacted the company right away and sent them everything they requested to return it. They sent me return instructions but when I got to UPS it was $80 to ship it. Why would I pay $80 to return a part I only paid $121 for? The young lady at UPS suggested I change the packaging (it would have been cheaper) but of course GRP wants the product returned in the original packaging so that was not an option. I called the customer service line and the only thing I was told was we can't help you. I had ordered the correct parts, from GRP, before I knew how horrible they were and requested to cancel, as soon as this refund conversation took place, but they claimed it could not be canceled. I was told I would have to request to return. This is how they SCAM you. You pay hardly nothing for them to ship to you but you are charged an arm and leg, plus restocking fees, to return items to them. I will never do business with them again! STAY AWAY!
I found an appliance part of amazon.com and it linked me to Dappz.com for the purchase. The part itself was fine, but it didn't fix my appliance once I installed it. BE AWARE: They charge a 25% restocking fee that is very hidden in the fine print when you purchase, and they require you to purchase the shipping label to return the item from them. I purchased this item for a total of $90.39 with shipping and when I returned it using the label they sent me, I was only refunded $54.17. I recommend purchasing from a company like a-1appliance.com who gives much better service and doesn't charge you the restocking fee if the part doesn't fix it. Besides their crappy "restocking fee" charge, their customer service stinks. I had to email/call the company about six times total just to get them to issue me a RMA number. They clearly have an unwritten policy of trying to keep as much of your money as possible by giving customers the run-around and charging a high percentage "restocking fee" that isn't very well publicized when you make a purchase from them. Go elsewhere!
Tip for consumers:
Use another site that doesn't keep half your money if the part doesn't fix your problem. There are plenty of other sites that don't charge a re-stocking fee.
Ordered a dryer repair kit for wice the price of Amazon. Half of the parts do not fit despite the model # of my dryer listed on their site. Horrible customer service. Not recommended
I ordered a part for a name brand fridge. They sent me a part for a different brand that cost over $100 less than the one I ordered. The customer support is a joke. On their website they have a phone # and live chat. Neither of them function. You must email them and wait a few days for a response. I showed them my original invoice I ordered. They wanted photos of the wrong part they sent, the invoice, label of my fridge. When I sent them they emailed a few days later and said they didn't get them. This seemed like a stonewalling tactic hoThis went on back and forth with many emails from different service people. Then they ignored me for a week. When I contacted the Credit Card company to dispute the charge they started to play ball. Now they finally admitted they sent the wrong part and have a long list of things for the return to be accepted such as no sharpie writing on the box, no duct tape and threats that if you were not polite about the whole thing they would charge a 25% "restocking fee". Of course I had to pay shipping to and from. What a contrast to Amazon! Stay as far away from this clown show as possible!
