I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
I tried to reach out to GRP via email and then through live chat to get instructions on how to replace what I believed to be a defective part. In both cases, the correspondence as ignored. The impression from my point is once the part is delivered they wanted not part of any possible problems with the product sold.
Quick, easy & much cheaper than Whirlpool site but it didn't fit my fridge! Then when I requested a return label it required photo's of part & box. Then I had to pay for shipping and that cost me almost as much as the part. So this was a big hassle & not worth it in the long run.
Found what I needed fairly easily, exact part for my stove model, good quality part, easy to install. Would have liked a less expensive price but the price was competitive and found none less expensive. Overall, highly satisfied with the entire transaction and recommend Genuine Replacement Parts.
The product I ordered was a large glass microwave turntable. It was not packaged properly for shipping and arrived broken into many pieces with glass shards falling out of the cardboard package. There was NO cushioning to protect the glass. This is a complete failure in packaging and shipping of the product. I have been communicating with the customer support people via email to have another either properly packaged and shipped or refund my payment. This has taken far too long. I am one unsatisfied customer.
Directly to the point, haven't completely have full experience with this order waiting to see if it's delivered on time. Well was delivered in a reasonable time, however was disappointed with the part. Nothing like what was advertised online. Matched picture of actual part needed with order number. When part arrived it was totally different part with same order number. Was informed, after lengthy litigation, this was a compatible part...? Plastic housing was larger and would not secure to the compressor wiring would be exposed to any loose fluids that may make its way down,( this is a part for freezer). So sending part back.! After carefully searching web, actually found same part removed and at lower price.
Shipping was 50% of the order value, pretty disappointing. When I as in distribution we level weighted and subsidized the light order stuff so it as not so painful. A fe hundred pound orders with $2 of shipping "extra" means very little. $13 part made of plastic with an $8.88 shipping charge is asinine and insulting.
They sent me the wrong part and then made me jump through a ton of hoops to get a refund. I had to send photos of every label on the box along with a photo of my existing water filter.
The part number they sent was different from the part number I ordered, but they still made me go through this ridiculous, time consuming refund process.
Dont waste your time ordering from this company. They really need to step up their customer service experience and reconsider their return policy. Not to mention focus on getting the customers order right in the first place.

Received the component board very quickly.
Manufacture had not changed pigtail connector plug to the newer inverter (2015) generation III style connection yet. Wire harness was fabricated to adapt.
Customer Service was notified of the older stock and responded very quickly with an adapter harness part number to retro fit.
Awesome. Can't wait to get product. Received the product as per time specified, however, the product was placed in a box with no packing. Thankfully it was not damaged or cracked. With that type of product, one would think it should have bubble wrap or protection around it and not be flopping around in a big box, especially since one knows how it is handled once received by shipping company. Otherwise, awesome price for the product and exactly what we needed.
The only negative feedback I can give is I had to start a chat to find out if the item was new. Maybe it should be made clear in the item description. With online sites today you cant assume items are new just because it is described as OEM. OEM does not mean mean new. It just means original to the product. Many people have learned that the hard way. Other than that I am pleased with the purchase.
I made a mistake and order wrong item. I tried to cancel order within TWO hours. Customer service would not cancel the order. They shipped the item any way. I am looking at hefty return shipping and 25% restocking fee. It will cost me more than $160 to return. The customer support department does not care about the customers. It is a very sad/bad experience for me. I do lot of shopping on internet. This is my WORST experience.
Info for account was confusing - either have person register as guest and go to shipping/billing info immediately and skip account log in stuff or allow either option to be clear and seperate.
Once our order was placed the part arrived in 2 days, was what we expected as a product and worked seamlessly. We definitely will do business with them again.

The only this is :( it was the wrong part my fault not yours. This is a very old stove top and the #s were hard to see. I am returning it but your team has been very helpful on how to return it. I will be shopping here again. Thanks so much have a blessed day.

Found what I thought was the correct item after typing in all the correct information fairly easy at a cheaper price than other sites I had searched. But once the item arrived it didn't fit! Asked to send it back for a refund and they told me I have to wait till the company they got the item from gets back with them!? But that's not what they had in the advertising. Simply states 30 day warranty in which should constitute grounds for a refund if the customer is dissatisfied with the product.
Fast and easy check out using Pay Pal. Timely delivery. My fault for not inquiring about start components. As a general rule, all replacement compressors are supplied with start components. I feel this should be advertised by the supplier, and also include the numbers and cost for said parts. I state this not so much for the cost factor as the inconvenience of waiting on additional repair parts.
We were able to locate what we need and place the order quickly. The product arrived one day after the expected delivery day. The heating element is sold for a lower price with other online merchants but was not available at the time.
