I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
I ordered the part that I need to quickly for my refrigerator. Their website stated I'll have it in 2 days now it's saying 5 days on UPS after I ordered. They are more expensive and don't offer guaranteed shipping or free shipping like some other sites.

I ordered a $200 dish rack in May and when it arrived it did not have wheels. I sent it back per the instructions and company could not locate package. I called over 6 times and have sent emails as well. I requested for a manager to call me back several times and now it's almost November and no refund has been issued nor has management returned my call. My last interaction was with Toni and I explained my frustrations and she said " what do you think I can do if I'm on the phone with you and "you are tying up my phone line." She then closed my claim and emailed me saying nothing can be done. Still haven't heard from management. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone!
Don't believe them when they say 1 day shipping! We ordered on Saturday and the website said delivery would be 1 day, arriving Tuesday. I called on Tuesday afternoon and they told me it might be here Thursday. When I complained, they said "the system" misread the the location of the parts. They were rude, not helpful, and I can't return the items even though I will no longer need them Thursday because the repairman comes Wednesday because they don't accept return of individual items under $30, even though my total order was over $100. Total BS!

I ordered a fridge ice maker replacement part on Saturday 1/7/17. On 1/9/17 they canceled my order and told me that it was out of stock but they "got more in today". Annoyed, I went to re-place my order and noticed that the price had doubled.
I feel like they are price gouging customers and by all means stay away from this company if you can.
Terrible customer service. This place is a scam when it comes to return policies. Beware, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (including their original shipping and your return shipping), restocking fees etc. etc. You actually may end up losing more money by returning the item, which they can actually re-sell for the same price, as opposed to just keeping it. They don't care about the customer service. It is not one of their priorities. Company's pricing is reasonable so I would definitely return to them in the future but they are not interested in working with me and keeping me as their customer. A rip off! Stay away.
GE washer control board went dead and the only supplier that was able to get me one was GRP. They went above and beyond when their normal warehouse was out of stock, placing the order with an alternate source, communicating with me at every step of the way. Part arrived at the originally promised time - and just in time for laundry day. Thank you GRP for the excellent service and follow through – something I believe is getting more rare the last couple years!
I ordered a suspension spring set for my stack unit washer/dryer. I am without a functional washing machine. The package arrived days late. It is not the correct part (looks like a pump housing or something). There is no phone number or email address to reach out to. There is only a chat with restricted hours. Those are the facts of my situation for your consideration. I am including a photo of the parts I ordered from their website, a photo of what I received, and two screenshots from emails that I have gotten. The screen shots have my personal information and order number blacked out.

I use this site all of the time to find my model of refrigerator parts. I love the detailed diagram that you can click on for each part to get the name of the part you need. Very helpful site. Kinda high prices, but then again, they always have what I need, so I support them and will continue to buy here.
Parts arrived quickly and in good protective packaging with some pretty clear marking as to which side is "up"; which was ignored. After 4 days the gaskets have not yet recovered their shape so I will try the gentle heating method prior to installation (its included in the directions, I'd just prefer to be gentle with these parts.)
Excellent customer service! I ordered a part at a very good price, but I mistakenly thought I had an issue with the part. Both a customer service rep and a warehouse manager followed up with information that allowed us to install the part successfully and get the ice maker back on track. Great customer support, I would absolutely order from Genuine Replacement Parts again!
Ordered my part and they allegedly shipped through usps. Item tracked 24 hrs and then vanished from usps tracking. Emailed back and forth with the company only to be placadid and nothing ever done about my missing purchase. Looks to me like the created a shipping label but never shipped an actual product. I'm left at this point thinking the company is a SCAM!

Blew out the plug on my oven and searched online for a replacement. I'd never heard of this place before so I was skeptical but the cord was relatively cheap and it was the only place that said they could get it to me within a week. It ended up coming in just a day. It was packaged properly and after installed, my oven works perfectly again. Excellent service, five stars, would highly recommend!
I ordered the wrong part. To return I jumped through hoops, paid a considerable amount in shipping the part back, took too long to receive the refund which was reduced by a restocking fee. All in all a $142 transaction that should have been refunded sans initial shipping fee cost me $116. Not worth returning. Their return policy is terrible! I will never do business with this company again.
I purchased the wrong part. Returning it was a nightmare and a long process. Trying to get someone to respond to my initial request took three attempts. They would not issue refund until part arrived back at the store. The instructions for return were ridiculous. DON'T damage the box! Then I was charged original shipping and a restocking fee. This is the last time I will use this company. Find your part somewhere else!
My local appliance repairman was concerned that it would take him at least 2-3 weeks to get the belt for my GE dryer. I went on-line, found GRP pretty quickly, entered the model number for my dryer, and... Eureka!... immediately found the belt, which was delivered in 3 days. With tax and shipping for the part, plus the labor charge, it cost me $80 to have my dryer fixed. Couldn't be more happy! Will definitely keep GRP in mind the next time I have a problem with an appliance and have already started sharing with my friends and family. Thank you GRP.

I am satisfied with my order. It arrived in a timely manner and was the correct item. The only complaint I do have is I had to contact customer service to get my tracking info. That should be automatically sent out as soon as an item or items ship. But besides that no issues.
The timer on our dryer stopped working. Seemed like a simple thing to replaced on our own so I ordered the part and crossed by fingers. Part arrived promptly, replacement went smoothly (with the help of a YouTube video) and the sound of that buzzer going off is music to my ears!

Website was user-friendly. Easy to find the part matching number on my broken part. Quick install and working perfectly. Delay in delivery was not fault of GRP as tracking showed delay was from CT to my home. This is the 4th part I've ordered for different issues with appliances and all have continued to work reliably. Saved plenty of money vs calling repair-person.
Had a problem of a persistent leak under the washing machine. Cleaned the drain holes in the door seal which helped the problem but did not completely cure it. Watched a few videos in YouTube to get an idea of what the door seal replacement involved. None exactly matched my washer. The replacement was fairly straight forward, except I have a stacking washer and dryer. The only tricky part was replacing the outer spring clamp securing the seal. The videos recommended buying special pliers to expand the spring. In my case the spring was longer than the maximum opening of the pliers. I was unable to put it back in place by myself. Once I enlisted the help of my neighbor, four hand got the clamp in place immediately.
The new seal was noticeably more pliable than the old one. There we no noticeable defects in the old seal, I guess with age (+/- 15 years) the rubber hardens and starts to leak.

Horrible service - and a rip off! Ordered a grill and grease pan that was supposed to be OEM. Sent me a refurbished grill that was powdered coated so many times that the grease pan did not fit. Then they claimed that was the wrong part. I paid $62 in shipping to send it back - they took over 3 weeks to supposedly inspect the returned part. Fortunately I took great pictures of the items and how they were packaged and shipped. I finally got a partial refund after no less than 25 emails... I was ripped off - they misrepresented the fact that these were OEM and it cost me! Never again - stay away!
