I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
I received a notification that 2 parts were delivered. I immediately checked the porch and saw nothing; I then checked the cameras. Again, nothing. I emailed GRP (Genuine Replacement Parts) and was informed to wait 48 hours for the delivery once I was notified it was delivered. They told me the investigation would take 15 business days to determine if it was delivered even though I have kept up communication. I think this company is scamming people.

The part was as ordered, and is functioning as expected. The only problem I had was they wished to confirm the order to be sure that it was legitimate. But I didn't receive their email until it was too late to respond that day. This delayed my response over a weekend and therefore delivery of the part and the repair for several days.

I should have read the reviews first! 1 star ratings from BBB. No telephone support, technicians that can't comprehend the simplest issues and no sense of urgency. I was shipped a factory part in a Whirlpool factory box alright-- but one that was marked "rejected" by the factory. Reading all the reviews n the net I was a fool not to check them before ordering. I presume they order surplus /rejected parts and market them as new.
I ordered several items (refrigerator filter, part for my ice maker, 2 trays for my refrigerator) and all came in on time and were wrapped very well in order to prevent damage.

It was a part for JennAir cooktop that was discontinued years ago. The needed part was recommended by the Chat/Help (a Whirlpool part). The priced was much lower than JennAir's site offered me and it arrived just in 3 days. It worked! Thank you very much!
I just received my refund on 2 items I purchased. I mixed up the tracking numbers and they was still able to find my orders and refund my money. I ordered a part and paid to have it shipped in 1-2 days through FedEx. I received an email notification from USPS to let me know that my part has shipped and will arrive in 5 days. Far cry from 1-2 days, yet I paid more for FedEx. Sat on hold for 45 minutes for the person on their end to tell me everything that I already knew and basically there was nothing to do about it. Didn't even offer to reimburse for shipping that I paid for. Thanks for nothing.
Ordered replacement part for stove bottom drawer and received emails when part shipped and when it was delivered. They sent a link for the shipping company so I could track it also. I would recommend to anyone buying parts!

After paying a crazy amount for shipping the wrong part was sent. It was what I ordered but the description of the part was so bad it made it seem like the correct part. When I attempted to return it i pretty much lost half the original price with shipping. That's ok you have loss my business and I will order my parts through amazon from now on.
I ordered an original igniter for my gas stove. I received a "substituted part," from them. The substituted part was for an electric stove. The return process was arduous and the people in charge rude and useless. Better places to buy parts. This company is obviously going out of business.
The replacement part I ordered was delivered earlier than promised but damaged in transit delivery service. I contacted the company's Customer Service and they requested pictures of the damaged box and part (microwave door). Once I got the pictures they needed to them they approved a replacement part and had it shipped out the next day and delivered the following day. All the while keeping me updated via email. Even though I was frustrated to receive a damaged part, they rectified it immediately. Genuine Replacement proved they cared about their customers. I will remain a loyal customer and shop here first when looking for replacement parts.
I ordered a meat pan refrigerator drawer. They sent me a "fruit/vegetable drawer. I have requested that they send me a prepaid return ticket for the incorrect product that they sent to me. They always ask for pictures and lots of other information. BUT, THEY DO NOT RESPOND. I have chatted, called, and emailed them at least ten times over the last 6 weeks. They refuse to respond. I have asked my credit card to void the transaction. Perhaps they will respond when they credit card company contacts them.
They are not a reputable company! I have attached a picture of the drawer that I need, and the packing slip from the company.

I received the filters exactly as expected. The site was very easy to find what I was looking for, after several orders from Amazon and receiving the wrong item. Amazon gets you with fast shipping promises and lower pricing, but when you get the wrong item it doesn't matter. Will definitely be back for other needs. They sent me the wrong part. And would not send me a new part. In addition, I paid close to $40.00, I was refunded $26.00 and had to pay the shipping to return the product. To boot, customer service is not customer friendly. How does your business survive. I would never recommend this company to anyone. My overall rating is 0.
I placed an order online with valid name, address, and credit card info. Their fraud system flagged my order for validation. I called and provided the information the agent asked for. She said I would get a confirmation email that the order went through. Instead I received a notification that they canceled my order. I called back again, another agent told me they canceled my order because I had to look up my credit card info on the first call and didn't know it be memory. Instead of trying to help me replace the order, they told me to place the order online again and hope for a better outcome. Are they serious? This place is a joke, and now they've stolen my CC info. Stay away!

Received a cracked part for my washing machine, called and spoke with a customer service specialist and was informed to take a picture of the damage part and a replacement would be sent out. So I did, next they change the parameters and want additional photos of the shipping box, the model no. Of my washer ect. They where informed the packing box was not damaged and the part was in another box inside. They make it impossible to do returns.

So I'll start off with by saying that I had made a mistake on purchasing the wrong product. However when I had asked for help over the telephone and email, the lady was rude and non helpful. They didn't want to provide the the return label and wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager for assistance. Not only that but the website is not up-to-date with his pictures and product information. I had order several parts and was given the wrong part, therefore costing me extra money to return the parts back to them, so you lose money with little in return.
Rude and disrespectful. If you are going to have a bad day, do not take it out on your customers.
Beware of bait and switch with this company. I ordered a part which they didn't send and then tried to get me to pay 80 dollars for a part that was originally 13 dollars. The part they wanted me to order was not even the same brand as my dryer. Also I see that Genuine Replacement Parts says they can't find the order when they get a bad review so I'm attaching a picture of my order and also what they tried to get me to buy. I reported them to the BBB and FTC and they refunded my money. It's a minimal amount of money but it was a waste of my time waiting for the part when I could have received it from a reputable business. Even though I received a refund I feel that people should know what they are dealing with if they buy from this company.

First you will never get to a real person and their follow up is horrible. Next, purchases needed to be returned in 30 days and with the delays in their replies it extended it past the 30 days and would not honor the return. Also, you have to send it back in the original box or they wont take it. Will never use them again and nor should you.
I ordered two halogen lamps for my Samsung microwave. I received door handle screws instead. I contacted the company and was required to submit a photo of my microwave model and serial number label from the appliance. After submitting this, I received an email stating the part I ordered was incompatible with my appliance and there may have been an error on their website (why didn't they catch this at the fulfillment stage? Why did they send screws instead - which were not even close to the same part number?). They required me to return the two much, much less expensive door handle screws before they will issue a refund. They did send me a pre-paid shipping label, which I guess is something. But the label cost more than the two screws, plus I had to go to a UPS location to send it back. They said it can take 15 days to issue the refund.
I received an ice bucket for a whirlpool fridge/freezer from them in good condition. One month after receiving it, it started not dispensing ice. They said they have a 14 day warranty and I should have submitted a work order at the 14 day point. Well. It worked then! They don't care. I've only owned this 2 months and it just sits in my freezer. They're rip off artists and they stand behind their stupid FOURTEEN day warranty. Just called a whirlpool dealer and they warranty for ONE YEAR! Yep. Rip off artists through and through!
