I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

Unfortunately it took approximately 5 days before the item ordered was shipped. This made the total time from ordering to delivery 11 days, much longer than I was led to believe. (This may not seem like much, but with no clothes washer it can be frustrating.) The item was however exactly what was needed and worked perfectly. And the price was very reasonable. So, many thanks.

Everything was fast and correct. The parts themselves are very thin and cheap so i just make sure i clean any spills as soon as they happen to try and avoid stains. The stove looks 100 percent better. Thanks.
The glass arrived with 3 pieces of thick foil with adhesive but no directions as to what to do with those pieces. I called customer service and talked to 3 staff and none could tell me what the pieces were for. Then they last person gave me the manufacturer phone number. My suggestion is 1)put instructions in the package when you mail it and 2) give your staff the information they need to answer customer questions.
Looked up a model number for a part for my dishwasher was directed to a specific part. Ordered it and it was not the correct part for my dishwasher. I asked to send it back for a full refund and was granted the request. Soon to find out they charged me a 25% restock fee anyway. They advised me that there is a 25% restock fee on all non defective products. But they have no answer for me when I ask about there false advertising on products that would fit. Ive been back and forth with them for about 6 emails 6 chats. Its getting me nowhere. They dont even have a customer service number and now I see why. READ all these reviews basically sum it up, dont ever return something to them they will scam you out 25% resrock fee. If you have to return anything just say it was defective then and only then would they give you a full refund and Im not even sure about that. This business should be sued for the valse advertising on products and are able to pretty much rob you out of they 25% restock fee. Its like ordering a pepsi getting a sprite then returning the pespi and they say 25% restock fee. I was better off keeping it and selling it on ebay. THEY ARE THIEFS! Waste of time, money, and energy.

Very easy to find the part I needed, they had it in stock for a great price and offered two day shipping. The fact that they don't accept any returns, while understandable, is a definite drawback. I am less likely to buy from them in the future because the part I bought, though the service manuals indicated it was the part I needed to replace to fix my dishwasher, did not fix my problem. Now I'm stuck with a broken dishwasher and a part worth over $150 that is useless to me. Again, it is not their fault, but the no return policy will definitely give me pause before buying from them in the future.
Bought a used fridge that needed the part. Ordered online, had a little difficulty navigating website. Found & ordered part. No problem with credit card, (no scam or unauthorized use). Received part on date promised. Was able to install without difficulty. Works to expectations. Would use this site & ordering method again.
So far the process was painless and quick. Now to see how the shipment of my package is. I must say though that I felt almost $10 for shipping what amounts to a 1/4" cube of plastic was kind of excessive. Especially when the part itself was only 3.95
As I said, the part arrived in near-satisfactory condition. The glass had a scratch on it that was noticeable, but I decided not to make an issue of that. I do wish the customer service representative was more knowledgeable in general about the model of refrigerator I was replacing a part for. Initially they showed willingness to help, but quickly reached the limits of their knowledge, and stopped answering questions as I was trying to determine if I had the correct part after all.
OK, Got the shipment of the microwave vent replacement panel and it fits perfectly. Not bent or scratched in any way during the shipping process, and luckily for me, easy to install. It was priced lower than other sites, but still around $100, so I was unhappy that it broke in the first place. The entire microwave was about $600, so it was worth the cost of replacement to fix it and hopefully get another 10 years of use out of this microwave.
The shipping was super fast, however the first time I ordered the wrong part, went to return it, cost me $30.00 to ship it back (which they will not cover any) and then there was a 25% restock fee (both total to more than the part was worth). The company don't care. Ordered a replacement (the correct) part and when it shipped, showed up broken. Still battling that issue.
I ordered a pair of hinges for my Kitchenaid oven. The left hinge arrive literally the next day! However, the right one though part of my confirmed order was missing. I contacted customer service and they were great and fast. The shipping of the right hinge took 3 days, but it was all a very good experience. I would definitely order from them again!

Don't really appreciate that I have to register in order to buy. Don't need another on line account and another password. Tried to order via phone but was told I'd still need to set up an account. I'm of the opinion that it is always best to make things easier for customers...not harder. With that said, the product arrived quickly and undamaged. Price was reasonable compared to others offering the same product. And the phone rep I dealt with was polite and professional.
As stated in the sale listing, this ice maker was an exact replacement part for our 21 year old refrigerator. The instructions that came with the unit for installation covered all the steps needed. The replacement unit was pretty much a "plug and play" setup and has been running without problems for over a week now. Thanks.

One issue: I could not understand why the website request an email address so I could track the order when that feature did not work. Ended up calling customer service to get tracking number.
Site was easy to navigate, online transaction smooth and merchandise is priced competitively. Delivery was super fast too. My only disappointment is that while competitive with other online retailers, the price of the item (a small, wheeled ring that allows the microwave turntable to spin) was $45. Very expensive for a piece of plastic.
Everything arrived as requested, and the parts were correct for the appliance, which is one that Bosch is no longer manufacturing, so it was great to be able to get the parts.
It would have been nice to have been automatically offered the ability to purchase the tool -- a spring clamp spreader -- that would have made the installation MUCH easier. But the site caters to professionals, so perhaps they already know about these tools.
