I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
How I receive my part the next day. Others company want to take a week or so. It was great getting it so quickly.
Don't ever make a mistake with your address or they'll charge you a large fee. Don't Order things from this company they don't care about customers.

A replacement part for a microwave vent
Online ordering was fast and easy. The part I ordered does not seem to be working properly. It is a timer for a Whirlpool washing machine. I had replaced that same part 7 years ago and it worked fine until now, so I ordered the exact same part number from you. The one you sent, same part number, is not working like it should. The machine goes into a rinse for a brief time then stops for at least 5 minutes before doing the same thing again, over and over, like it's stuck in that setting. I've given up fooling with it and ordered a new washer.
This water filter was easy to install. Pricey compared to the knock offs. I like it but Orono my won't spend an extra $40 next time
Received part for my JennAire in 2 days. Price was very good, too. Could not ask for more. I will definitely use Genuine Replacement Parts again.
My only concern was how my order information got into the hands of spammers. I received spam emails for both attempts at ordering this part. That alone is enough to make me reconsider using this service again.

I've been struggling three years with that broken crisper drawer. I finally did some research, found Dappz, ordered the drawer, it fits perfect & I'm ecstatic! I'll do all my shopping with your website first from now on.

Very easy web purchase process so far. No need to repeat information input which I like. Item was ridiculously overpriced for what it is, but that's GE's fault not Dappz.com's. Got it at the lowest price I could find aftermarket.
Item arrived on time. Product was well packaged for shipping and an OEM part as advertised. Couldn't be more pleased with the price (best I could find anywhere) and the service. Would definitely shop here again.
Horrible prehistoric business practices. Takes forever to get the item, search engine is dated and return policy is rediclous. Do not recommend.

I ordered a $* mount and chose the FedEx shipping option($* and faster shipping). When I paid through Paypal, Dappz charged me $** for UPS ground which we all know takes longer. When I contacted their customer service they said it was my fault for not paying attention at checkout and also gave me some BS line about how all Parcel carriers are mandated to keep similar shipping times. I reordered the item and double checked all they asked and still it charges the most expensive and slow method of shipping. I sent an email with screen shots of the process and they ignored me. Also my item was less than a pound and they charged me $** for shipping, rip off. All I can say is that they're thieves and do this on purpose and no I will never shop here again or recommend them.

These parts are made from peuter or some similar material. Almost like clockwork I have to replace them every 5 years due to severe corrosion. Would be nice to have an aftermarket stainless version for longer life.
Have ordered parts before from dappz. Arrived on time and was exactly as needed.
This order was suppose to ship 2 day Fedex, But was shipped UPS ground. It arrived 5 days after the estimated date. Disappointing.
I felt secure in buying parts from GRP. It has something to do with how it narrowed my searches by model and the given diagrams. It only took a couple days for my items to arrive. Good job during this Codiv 19 situation.
Had trouble finding the 2nd part I needed.Would have liked to use Lowes card, but it was just reissued, so I didn't have all the numbers.
Needed to return one oven rack as it was too small. Company should have received it by Wednesday July 1. Am awaiting another replacement part, know holiday slows down mail. Really was impressed with the speed of delivery on my original order. Thank you

Was fine except needed to chat with someone and couldn't. Completely new style and can not figure out what order wires need to be connected where. All color coded different from my stove. Really need advice.

The plug-in device at the end of the oven element was bent at a 90-degree angle and had even made a hole in the cardboard box it was shipped in. Luckily, we were able to twist it back around to the original position it belonged in, so it could still be used. Your future shipments of this item should endeavor to protect those fragile ends/plug-ins.
