The support folks at genuinereplacementparts.com did a good job following-up with the shipping issue when I reported to them the item has been sitting in a Pre-shipment state for 3 days per USPS tracking record. They speed it up for me. Hence I have received it in time. This controller board part has resolved my washer machine issues. Thanks a lot!

My washer pump went bad

My washer pump went bad. I found genuinereplacementparts.com had the factory replacement unit and at a third less than I was quoted by my local appliance store. I told my independent appliance repairman about you and he said he'd be checking your site for his parts purchases. Thanks!
