My package arrived earlier than expected, on a Saturday instead of Monday. The part was packaged well and securely.

After I received the part, the replacement was simple. My ice-maker works better than it has in years.

When I need more parts I'll check genuinereplacementparts.com first.

I received the inner door plastic panel for my Maytag Neptune washer in perfect condition and on time. Very satisfied with my shopping experience. Part I ordered was delivered a week later than originally stated when I placed my order. However, that is to be expected for ground shipping, and originally-stated date was really ambitious. GenuineReplacementParts kept me updated on the status of the delivery including notifying me of the change in delivery date. Part arrived and was exactly what I ordered. Overall good experience.

Very efficient transaction with the person on the "chat" line. She quickly took my order and double checked that I was ordering the correct parts. Unfortunately, FedEx is not the most efficient carrier. I live about 150 miles from where the parts originated and it took 5 days to receive them. Tracking them was entertaining, to say the least To see the packages moving by truck through two other states, only to end up at my local post office in the state of origin made me wonder why the order wasn't sent by USPS to begin with. I suppose this is a delivery contract/cost issue for genuinereplacementparts.com. Anyhow, parts received and installed but FedEx is anything but "express".

My dishwashers original utensil basket was broken and needed replacement. I looked at a number of websites and read the comments. genuinereplacementparts.com had the best price and the best ratings.
Delivery was supposed to be on Friday, but it arrived Monday.
Very happy with the new utensil basket!

First time buyer

First time buyer. Pleasantly surprised with prices and overall buying experience of geuinereplacementparts. Parts for kenmore series 80 dryer look to be the exact replacement parts(have not installed, current motor still works but has stopped a couple times) shipping costs were very reasonable for standard shipping and were delivered in a timely manner no complaints there. Besides motor, I plan on replacing idler pully, drum rollers, and drive belt. Was about to replace my 25 year old washer dryer set with a Speed Queen set but to have a fix for less than 100 bucks, it didnt make economical sense. Hope all works out once I install everything. Thanks GRP.

It was simple quick and user friendly. Even though the shipping time to me had to increase due to the increase Christmas packaging shipments through UPS, genuinereplacementparts keep me inform of it's arrival date as the arrival time decrease from the original time stated. I was please with genuinereplacementparts and UPS.

Cons: The filter i received was not as good of quality as the one that came in the range. The one i replaced that came with the appliance was very sturdy and robust filter, thicker than the one i was sent. The one that came with the range even had what looks like a thin layer of charcoal inside the mesh to help hold down any grease odors. The one i received from genuinereplacementparts.com did fit as far as width and height wise, but it is a very thin flimsy little filter. It also has no charcoal and is a very thin fragile filter that doesn't appear will last long at all. In fact this one is no different and even looks just like the cheap aftermarket $6 dollar filters sold on Amazon and Ebay.
PROS: The website was easy to find what i need and shipping was really fast.

Especially liked your cross references to applicable refrigerator brand and model. I'm postive I've ordered the right part!

Well after, about 10 days, my part was delivered to me, I got another notice that my order has been shipped. The notice cites the same order number, but am I to think another part is on the way whether I need it or not?

VERY CONFUSING__POTENTIALLY EXPENSIVE IF IM BEING DOUBLE CHARGED

My experience with genuinereplacentparts.com was good. I needed to replace the glass on a smooth top slide in oven. I was unsure about the exact product I needed (I'm a woman replacing this via youtube tutorial if that helps any Lol). I was nervous when placed my order. I guess I could have contacted customer service. But I ordered the part and I am happy to say that it was the exact one! I'm very pleased. It came relatively quickly and the packaging created a safe and secure way to transport it. I now need to more items to fix my range top and when I figure out what they are, I will order from this company, if the product is available. One subject I would address, is it would be so much more helpful if the description of the item was more detailed. Written out. The small pictures are difficult to see. And often if the part is small, it is hard to decipher which number is referencing the part that you require. Otherwise, it was the perfect shopping experience. Between YouTube and genuine replacement parts, the glass top is repaired! Thank you!

I just received a phone call from someone who was very nice and wanted to help with my issue, but prior to that, I had ordered an OEM part which turned out not to be truly an OEM and needed to order another part to go with it to make it work which meant I needed to pay extra shipping. Secondly, I tried calling and was on a hold with very strange messages as I waited ("You are the 4th person in line...Now you are the 7'th person in line...Now you are the 1'st person...Now you are the 10'th person...) After about 11 minutes the call was disconnected both times. When I emailed my situation about receiving a bulb that was not a genuine OEM bulb, I felt like they were not being read (i.e. I was repeatedly asked to send numbers, pictures, etc. (which I had done in detail more than once)). I don't think I've ever given a bad review to anyone, but this has been very time consuming and frustrating. Again, the man who just called me was very, very nice. BTW, "GRP.com" took me to "Universalmusic.com"! On both Internet Explorer and Chrome. "genuinereplacementparts.com" did the trick! :)
