Ordering a part online can be a little bit of a scary experience, I had none of that with Dappz.com. The order was easy to place, web site very intuitive, and I will order from here again should the need arise. The price was reasonable, a couple of other sites had it for a couple of bucks cheaper, but I went with Dappz and I am glad I did. Shipping was better than reasonable, and I got my part quickly. Great job Dappz!

Update: I received the product in a very timely manner and in good packaging. I have not installed the product yet so I reserve feedback until I do.
The "Genuine" thermal fuse I purchased for a Kitchenaid oven (Model number of the oven matched listed part model numbers for the part) did not have the correct connectors to swap out the old one. One of the Male/Female connectors was incorrect. I was able to use the part by adding the correct connector on one end.
Customer service contacted me via email, but the part is in and the oven is working, so all is fine.
The glass was advertised on the web saying approx 27.5 inches (length) and 15 inch width. My fridge width is 28 inches. So I ordered the part. When I received the part (glass), the width was 15 inches and length was more than 30 inches. Not sure what you meant by approx 27.5 inches (length). If the length is more than 30 inches, your ad on the web should have said approx 30 inches and not approx 27.5 inches. When I packed and took it to post office, they said it will cost me $40 to return it back to you. So I brought the package back. Please arrange for a free return for me by sending a UPS or Fedex return label. Not happy with the experience I got from Genuine Replacement Parts. Please take action to set this transaction right. Please call me on *******508 to discuss.
The website was easy to use to locate the parts I needed for my gas range. Packaging ensured that no damaged parts arrived and the delivery was very quick. I would definitely use them and recommend them for other genuine parts replacements!
So far it was very user friendly. Quick to find and order what I was looking for. Pleased that quality was what I expected. Price was best I could find. Delivery as promised. Very pleased would order again without hesitation. So happy!
Confirmed model number when i ordered the dry knob part. Return process is a pain, definetly not as easy as others to return. Will not use again.
The part was an exact replacement. The hose clamp provided was the correct size, but the screw is too small for any screwdriver that is long enough to reach where the screw is located. Had to go to the hardware store and buy an American size clamp.
The biggest problem in the whole repair was the old clamp (was installed backward at the factory, so had to do additional disassembly to get to reach and release it) and the new clamp per above.
DONE! I called a local place and I had the part before they called back. I was shocked that I got the part the next day! The stove is 26 years old, and this is the first issue we had with it. I will use this site again if needed. Thanks!
If this ice maker is correct I'll be recommending you to everyone. This is the correct ice maker and works perfectly. Thank you. This cost a little more than another one I purchased, that was defective and I had to eat the cost of that, so I'm very happy that this one really works.

I won't buy from a company again who I can't pick up the phone and call someone about my order. I had a major problem when I was sent the wrong part even though the part number was correct. You had part numbering problem.
Excellent company to deal with. I was a little wary since the part I ordered was about 40% less expensive than other sites, but the shipping was quick and the part (an icemaker) was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly. Very happy camper here!
I received the wrong LG Dryer replacement lint filter and had difficulty reaching customer service online chat...tried three times with no response. I reordered another replacement lint filter online. I followed up with an email to customer service and received a response the next day.
The second lint filter arrived in a timely manner. I returned the original one per RMA instructions in the original shipping box, emailed the USPS tracking number as requested, received confirmation email of receiving the tracking number and am awaiting reimbursement which I was told may take a week or two once the item was received in Chicago.
Glad I found this appliance parts company online to order my dryer part. The lint screen for our dryer was delievered faster than we expected. It fits perfectly. We will order from this company when we may need parts again. I recommend them. Thanks.
The original part sent was delivered sooner than expected, which was a great bonus! Unfortunately, the motor sent didn't work out. However a replacement was sent promptly and works out perfectly. No problems!
The refill tube works great. I did have to turn down the rate of water going to the refrigerator though. Unless the water goes in slowly, the water splashes out of the ice maker. The part catching the water is different than the original one that came with the refrigerator. I would like to be able to have the water dispense more quickly. It takes longer to fill glasses with water. If I turn it up, I get a lot of ice in the bottom of the freezer that blocks the drain.
I was originally looking for the H2O valve to pump water to ice maker, and was having difficulty simply finding the right pump, at an acceptable price. Dappz made it easier providing the whole kit at a very good price compared to other sites. The product was easy to install, I already had water feed installed
Service is poor, that is, when I reached out to ask you a question I was directed to your website, with no idea when I would hear back on my simple question. You have to understand that poor customer service is enough for me to go somewhere else for part.
