Product as described. Packaging was good. Shipping was terrible after product delivered to Post Office. Poor choice of delivery services for 2 day delivery expectations. Delivered to wrong address twice. Had to contact post office twice!

You had all the parts I needed for my repair project.
Your site was easy to use.

The parts came in in just a few days and they were all there, well packed, well labels and brand new!

I recently installed the parts (needed to repair a dryer). The parts fit, and the repair worked and now the dryer works great!

The only problem we had with the order of an eye for my stove was: there was NO mention anywhere that we needed an electrician to install it. That it was not a DIY thing. My husband is not one, but he is a great handy man and can do simple things like electricity. But when he was installing it he left ONE wire not hooked up and when he plugged the stove back in it shorted out or something. It made a big pop sound. And does not work. Now I can't return it because in the 'RETURN' only section it said if we tried it it could not be returned. Now I still don't have an eye that works, but I can't return it. So I'm out over $100. Why was there not any kind of warning about that on the order page? I will not be ordering from you again. Elizabeth McNeese

It was the correct motor, arrived on time, and the price was great. Unfortunately, packaging was inadequate and the plastic wiring bus was broken in shipping. I was able to use the bus from the old motor and did not bother to try to get a new motor. You may want to revisit packaging of this motor.

The correct part arrived and seems to be working as of now. The only issue I had was delivery. I paid a little extra for next day delivery since it was a refrigerator part and I needed my refrigerator to be working during a pandemic. After the expected date of delivery passed I emailed the company and was assured it was on its way. Soon after I received my first email stating the part had been shipped and when I looked at the tracking information it appeared the part had just been delivered to the post office that day (Friday) and I wouldn't receive the part until Monday. The part came on Monday and again seems to be working well so outside of the inconvenience of living out of a mini fridge for a few extra days all is well. People definitely have bigger problems right now. Thanks

Quick, simple, secure

Quick, simple, secure.
Only issue was that when I checked out I specifically requested that UPS was my preferred delivery method and my package came FedEx. Don't give buyers a choice if they really don't have a choice.

Everything was great but I ordered a part it turns out I didn't need at the moment. I was unable to get information about how to return it despite sending an email. Since these parts (a frig drawer) are notoriously fragile, I decided to keep it and not pursue the return.

Everything about the ordering process was great, as was the price and shipping time. The part was defective. It was a manufacturing defect, though, not something the merchant was responsible for. I partially disassembled the part, fixed the defect, and it now works fine.

The part I received didn't look anything like the part it was replacing & didn't fit in the cover the original one had, so I could not use the cover. I hope it doesn't short out if it gets wet without the cover. This part was definitely NOT the same as the original part. I thought it would be. I'm just hoping it works.
