I installed the new dryer motor and it doesn't work. Where with the previous broken motor it would buzz when I pressed the start button, not it does nothing (no sound).
The paperwork that came with the new motor is not helpful in determining what the problem is

I received the ice maker in record time. Out with the old and in with the new in about one hour. Most of the time was consumed by shutting of the water and power and looking for the screws I dropped in the freezer!

We need to return the part - it is the wrong part. We are waiting for a customer service to instruct us on how to return the item. You delivered the part we ordered - it is doesn't fit our oven. Delivery was timely.

So far it is good but final review will depend on when I get the part and see if the part is as genuine as it is claimed to be and of course it should work and fit properly.
I received the part. Very satisfied with it. It was genuine as the dealer claimed it would be and I got it in two days as promised.
Next day shipping means nothing. You'll get it next day if they get around to shipping on time. If not, you'll get it later. Oh, and no returns on items under $40 and you'll still pay for their shipping mistake, even when they admit it's their mistake.

Easy and fast but I received the wrong part. I didn't know that until I disassembled my washer. I had to clean and reuse the old part then reassemble my washer. I am waiting for confirmation for a refund at this point.

I found what I needed. Great selection! However, I later found that the price was much higher than I could get for the same item elsewhere. Then, having been charged for "next day" FedEx delivery (and as it was the only option, this is what I "chose") item was sent via UPS...and rather than next day, I got it two days later.
This wasn't a problem as I had already put in a workaround, and frankly the part could well have been shipped via USPS at a significant savings, maybe even for free considering how expensive the part was (easily twice as much as any other source). I did want it quickly, and in fact finding and ordering it was easier than the Sears factory site, but really...somewhere there's a balance between selection, speed and value.
