This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with an installer. First, the attitude and professionalism of the installer was horrible. It was clear that something was wrong. They did arrive on time. Here are the things that they did:
When they took the old vanity out they tore wallpaper.
They installed the new vanity knowing that the faucet handles did not line up correctly with the faucets on both sides!.
They installed the new vanity knowing there were 4 inch holes scored and showing, (vanity has to be replaced since the score holes were showing).
They installed a faucet that did not work properly with a dribble of water and left it for us to discover later.
They will not come back to correct, even at the request of Lowe's.
Lowe's is ordering a new vanity and hiring a new installer.
The end result, crappy work with a horrible attitude and no warranty to back it up. Lowe's should fire this company!
