I had my estimate on 9/13/23, did not get in for repairs until 10/31/23 and did not get it back until 12/13/23.

My car was clean when I dropped it off, but when I picked it up, it was dirty with rain spots and dust, making it difficult to inspect the repair quality. This lack of care seemed to hide several issues: the fender wasn't installed correctly, the hood wasn't center-aligned, and the car pulled to the right due to misaligned steering. Additionally, there was a dent in the hood, which wasn't addressed despite being part of the damage. Afterward, I went to another collision center for a second opinion, and they immediately noticed all the issues I had raised. While the receptionist at Gerber was kind and professional, the repair quality and lack of attention to detail from management were disappointing."Teresa
Every member of the Gerber team treated me with respect and were professional. The entire process went so smoothly. I dropped my car at the appointed time, was promptly greeted by receptionist, and soon inspecting my car with a service agent. After they took my car I only had a few minutes wait for a free shuttle to Enterprise to get my rental car. Another great experience. I was ever so pleased that my car was done sooner than promised and restored to perfection. My car was beautiful, washed, shiny and cleaned inside as well, just like it was coming off the showroom floor. I am 100% happy with my entire experience at Gerber, everyone was personable and great to deal with. I highly recommend Gerber!
My 83 yr old mother bright her car into the Gerber service center to have them evaluate a sagging driver's side door that wasn't closing properly. The technician took a look at and provided a thorough explanation as to why doors sometimes sag on cars. He was patient and kind to my mother and I very much appreciate his kindness. The adjustment was at no charge.
I had an excellent experience with trusting Gerber to make my wife's car like new again. Even with all the supply chain issues They were able to get the parts needed to repair her car. They kept me aware of the progress with both text messages and personal phone calls. Everyone I spoke to were courteous, friendly and respectful. I will trust Gerber with any future work I need.

Employees were very helpful and courteous. The automated update system was misleading as to when the car would be ready. Upon our arrival and subsequent examination, the shop gave us a more timely event when we could expect the return of our car. The work performed looks great.
Great communication, fast service. The complete job took 1-1/2 days and color match was perfect there were no blend lines in the paint. The people in the office were very respectable to my wife and my self. I would tell other people of the service we received at Gerber Collision and glass with out a problem.
Fixed my car as promised - on schedule - better looking than when i took it in - everyone was very pleasant to work with - car looked brand new when I got it back - even detailed car inside and out and went out of their way so I could pick it up a little earlier on the day it was ready - Would definitely use them again - did not need - but they even help you rent a vehicle if needed
Had some work done on my Nissan Rogue due to an accident. They did excellent work repairing the vehicle. The gas cap cover kept opening while driving. Took it back in and it turrned out to be the gas cap cover was installed backwards. They repaired it while I waited. I give these folks 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. Very professional!
My experience wit the Titusville, FL Gerber Collision was excellent. The communication by both office managers, April and Jean, were continuous and very informative. The original insurance appraisal was lower than actual costs, but that was due to hidden damage during the accident. April kept me updated on the problems and progress every step of the way. I would (and have) tell my friends to go to Titusville Gerber Collision!
Everyone in the office and shop were friendly and helpful. When I drove my car out, it looked like it did the day I purchased it 10 years ago - not at all like it did when it was hauled in! Thanks to all who had a hand in getting me back on the road.

My car was scheduled in on 08/10/22... after 5 and half weeks delays and okay communication from Gerber in Muncie on Mcgalliard. We got the car back. Drove from Muncie to Winchester... started putting things back into the car to find out it was not put back together. Had to return to Gerber to have it put back together... and the rubber seal was also not put back in correctly either... sure I should have checked I will own that... but GEEZ! Also the door handle has over spray on it... which is just flat SAD!
Hopefully I'll never need to have any work done again if so... it wont be at Gerber!
I had some body damage to my 2008 Toyota Camry due to an accident. I took my vehicle to Gerber Collision # ******* at ******* N. 83rd Ave. # 105 Peoria AZ *******. I phoned ahead and spoke to Monica who was very helpful in giving me detailed information about the needed repairs along with more information regarding a rental car while my car was in the shop. I also spoke to Todd who quickly gave me an estimate upon my arrival. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and made the entire transaction very easy and not stressful. The location of Gerber Collision is also close to my work. I just wanted to let you know that the current staff at this location is great and the repair on my car was done very satisfactory. I booked an online appointment. They emailed me and said oh we don't have any openings until December. They were very rude. Don't go there.
Went to Gerber to get my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado Extended cab painted. After I got it back, my Professional detailer said 'what happened'? There are fish eyes all in this paint.THEN the cab started leaking water. I noticed the seals in the doors would try and fall out whenever I opened the doors. So I took it back, told them the cab was leaking, the headliner was not reinstalled correctly and there were fish eyes in the paint! The manager assured me they would take care of it. After 8 weeks! And me calling several times to check on the status since I never got ANY communication, the manager said "I can't find any leaks.come get it"'. I was pretty sure they had parked it for 8 weeks and never looked at it. The battery was dead and it had a layer of dust all over it. I took it to a car wash, when I started through the car wash, water came POURING in on me from the windows!. I went and bought door gaskets that cost $450. Replaced them myself. That stopped about 90% of the leak. There was still water leaking in every rain. It would be wet under the door plate. I finally took it to my mechanic that offered to try and find the source. He found the windshield leaking in the upper corner. Only took him an hour. So, I had the windshield removed, re-sealed by a smaller local windshield repair place. So now that I spent $4500 on a sub-standard paint job, $450 on gaskets, $120 diagnostic for the leak and $260 for leak repair! I will take every opportunity to tell anyone and everyone DO NOT Go TO GERBER.

My insurance company sent me to Gerber auto because I didn't have a auto repair shop. My accident was on August 20th, not really an accident, my car was sitting in front of my house and was hit in the middle of the night by a person who drove off and the entire back bumper and other things came off. The car went to Gerber on September 8th as they had said to do on that date and time, and it is still there as of today September 30th, 2022. It took the insurance adjuster to go to the shop in order for them to start even providing a quote and pictures to the insurance company. I was told 10 days ago that I was at the top of the list, and once the parts payment I would be the first to have my car repaired. I am 60 years old and was diagnosed with stage four metastatic uncurable colorectal cancer and have to go to chemotherapy all the time which is really hard, but it's even more difficult without a vehicle. I only had the rental car for the allotted period of time from the insurance which was 20 days. I had asked them if they could help me and they did not. I call when I called today I was told that Jose had told me it would be three and a half weeks before I would get my car, but that's not the truth. What I see goes on there is they tell customers one thing, and then when the customer repeats back or let them know that hey you said this, they say no. So they're Liars. I don't know how my car is going to come out or when it's going to come out. But find it somewhere else to go and take your car. Not Gerber collision.
So I went to speak to Manager Travis at the Zephyrhills location on a almost $9,000 repair done to my Honda HRV. I pointed out a paint smudge at the bottom of my rear passenger door on the bottom courner section. He told me as far as industry standards if you are 6 feet away of the vehicle it's meet requirements as it was painted by hand; in other words "It's ok ' but he wanted for me to be happy so what I wanted to do? I felt that as the Manager he should deliberately should have taken care of the situation instead he directed me to speak to a Jessica to make an appointment so it can be rectified. I felt he should of taken charge as a Manager and took care of me directly as it was an expensive repair done and it should of been done the right way. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one even not even my family members which I spoke highly about the place and they checked out the repair done and noticed the paint smudge. So sadly to say I am terribly dissatisfied with this location at Gerber Collision and Glass repair in Zephyrhills.
