Buying a home can be an extremely stressful experience, however when you have a mortgage company that is constantly looking out for your overall well being both financially and personally it makes the process much more enjoyable. I purchased my home from sellers that exhibited REVOLTING behavior throughout the entire process. My closing was delayed for ninety-eight days due to the seller's inability to fix items that the town inspectors demanded to have repaired. The tasks were relatively simple, however the seller was cheap and hired contractors that were not completing the jobs accordingly. It was a very stressful, expensive and frustrating three months. Well Well Well I don't Know where to begin. Back in October of 2016 I was in a situation where the home I rented an apartment in was in foreclosure and I had no ideal until the bank notified me that I was behind in rent which I paid every month on time to the land lord.
