This is joke, they took 30 days to download papers and they were all messed up. The info was incorrect. Then spent hrs. Trying to reach someone. Multiple times just to have them say I would have to pay more money to fix the issues.

Get Divorce Papers was pretty easy, especially with help from the live chat when I had questions. I am a very busy person, so it was nice that I could save my interview & continue later when I had time. I, also, liked how thorough the questioning is.

The only reason they got one star is because there isn't a lower selection. What an absolute joke! You answer the questions in the interview section but there is no way to review what the documents will look like until you get them and 40% of the information you supplied in missing from the final documents. If you chat with anyone online they will most certainly be unable to answer you questions or help you with any issues. They can't even answer basic questions about filling out their interview questionnaire. It ends up being a basic template with selections to be marked off and very minimal information that actually has to be in-putted. So the fact that 40% of the information is miss is ridiculous. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Scammed me... When you pay their low fee there are a bunch of hidden fees that they don't mention, until after you pay the initial fee. The court I went to the judge laughed and said go get your money back. You can get the correct forms for free on any state website and they have easy instructions. I'm still trying to get a refund even though they claim it's 100% guaranteed I am not worried, lucky for me I have family in the attorney General office, so I already have them being looked into.

The tools provided on GDP are very powerful but need some improvement. Marriages outside the United States only document as "Outside U.S."Spouses born outside the United States can be data entered but knowing how is learned by trial and error vs. explained in writing on the website.

Getdivorcepapers.com is a total scam, I cancelled my order with in acouple of hours not only did I not get a refund they charged me 50.00 dollars more for shipping I have not received not one piece of paper this was on march 6. Every I call them its please give us 3 to 5 days. Well its almost a month now

Any reviews positive for this company in my opinion... is more than likely paid for. My money was taken and a month after papers have been completed I am still yet to receive my papers. My only option is to pay another 80$ for an express service. Contacting customer service just got me a "sorry 90 days has passed. No refunds". I have now reported them for fraud to the BBB. Be careful!
