This people intend to say they get your divorce papers ready for total cost of $139 but than after you pay the non refundable $139 they come out with many extra costs or else you need to wait 10 business days to get your forms ready to download, total fraud and scammer

I tried and canceled it right after paying. And they said within 15 business days money back. I began this process Oct 1st. It's well past that and they keep making broken promises. Now it is ill receive the refund end of today or tomorrow. Which they have said multiple times now. Has anyone received their refund?!

This site is very straight forward but it does ask a lot of questions so make sure you are prepared for it all. Very easy to maneuver once you login in. I definitely appreciate this service being offered.

This is actually not a very pleasant avenue of doing a divorce if you have been deserted, left, cheated on and isolated out. Your questions are very hard to answer accurately without just giving your life away BC you were left or desersred by your spouse.

This is so much easier to answer these questions than being overwhelmed by the court paper work with no direction. Worth the amount to save from time and stress. This was you you are doing it right. So glad I decided to go with company to help with filing.

I've been waiting on my $100 refund for as long as 2 to 3 weeks now. I called and was told to wait another 24 to 48hours to put in request conformation again. I do understand the 14 day policy on refunds and not getting back full amount. I hope nobody goes through the same issue..

Stay away from this rip-off. A complete waste of time and money. The set-up and process is unusable, and customer service is nonexistent, except when taking your money. The positive reviews must have been written by the scammers who started this useless site.

I do recommend this site. It does take a full day to complete. In my opinion, there should be a list at the beginning that tells you what information that you need to collect before you start. AND, if you say NO, to the first question, you should not have to fill out the parts that do not pertain to you. A skip & return button would also be convenient. But, All in all, yes, I do believe this is 80% better than paying a Lawyer ALL THAT MONEY! If its Uncontested, and you agree on everything. `Peace!

All of the papers they "provide" were readily available online for FREE through my county's website. Then they made me wait 2 weeks to receive them - at my county's website I could have had them immediately! So I paid $130 to wait for 2 weeks. Money wasted.
