This is a very good service. Easy to use. And very helpful. Just be sure to have all available financial, tax, expenses, court orders, and anything else like old check stubs with information about the other party to make the process go quicker.

Everything went smoothly at first, they're responsive to questions though their case agents are kind of non-communicative. Got my papers however please note that they are actually secretly a subscription service. They will attempt to charge you 50$ a month :O they also will attempt to charge you $187 if you want to cancel. This is NOT made clear before hand. Also note that reviews are asked before you finish the process (I. E. before You're even aware of the hidden side. This is artfully done. Notice the amount of reviews that say, "so far".) also when receiving papers from the company they were completely out of order and took me a long time to sort out. Be careful

Very professional process. I was dreading this entire ordeal, as it has been something that has lingered unresolved for a long time... shortly after being married I was deployed and although we remained married, we never lived together again. I think I always held on to us truly starting our marriage but after all of this time, you are helping me actually start my life. Very easy process... I am very happy with this entire online divorce process and recommend to anyone!.

I have been going back and forth with my bank disputing these charges. I sent in several disputes to Getdivorcepapers with no answer or follow up. I never got any paperwork as they never completed them, I still have not got an answer on my refund. Now all I get is I cant request one because it has been over 60 days even though I requested it within the time frame with no response. Now I am out 144 dollars and still had to pay and find another option for my documents as this company never fulfilled the services they "guarantee". I will be submitting a fraud request to the better business bureau as well. I never got the service that they took the money for.

Getdivorcepapers.com has very easy forms to establish the documents on your mobile device on my own time. Overall great service. Very detailed and saves you the cost of an attorney if everything is agreed upon and uncontested.

I fell in to the trap of so many reviewers - I did not read the reviews before signing up with getdivorcepapers.com. The product I got had missing and incorrect information, and incorrect forms. I had to fix these myself, which was the whole point of hiring a service to do it for me.

When I asked for a refund, I was told I did not qualify because I accessed their site (as soon as you open the questionnaire = access), and a courthouse had not refused my papers. They acknowledged I would have to sign incorrect documents (that's illegal), pay to file, just to see if they get refused so I could qualify to get my money back.

The service is terrible, you don't get what you're promised, and their refund loopholes mean they're just stealing your money.

My divorce is tragic My soon to be ex is 100% disabled and currently in a nursing home. There is a strong possibility she will never be able to move back into her own residence. Your services have allowed us to part ways at a low cost without any additional unnecessary stress. The services provided have been great.

Overall I feel this is a very easy app to use. However, I feel the personal questions about your spouses income and monthly expenses are hard to answer if you are not communicating. Glad this was an option, saved me a great deal of money.

During this difficult time trying to start a new chapter of my life, being able to take care of all the legal paperwork from home, on my time, was not only convenient but comforting. I also feel that it was a very efficient process and worth the small amount of money for this to be handled so well.

This company is a scam. 1) They charge my money more than $139, and Divorce paper is out dated. 2) they keep my credit card num and charge you without any permission. 3) I tried calling, emailing, going on their website to get them to refund me, they said will refund around 7 days. It's been over month and half and I still cant get refund...

The divorce process is cumbersome and lengthy. I can understand why lawyers charge what they do. This is a very less expensive way for divorce and fast way of getting divorce, but realize that some input will be required by you.

It says it's easy but it's not, and when you ask questions, they just keep giving you the official answer of "following the procedure", and if the form is incomplete, they say it's your fault because you didn't fill it out correctly. This is completely useless, and don't even try to get your money back, since you already signed an agreement...
I highly advise you go somewhere else!

On the day of purchase they advertise it as $188.99. But they did 2 billings, one for the correct amount and an additional seperate charge for $39.99. Now a few weeks later they add an additional charge of $49.99 where I have authorized no extra charges of any kind. Three seperate days of calling in to discuss and NO ONE ever answers the billing line. This is flat wrong and unethical.

I think this is a great service that asks detailed questions in an effort to allow a divorce to go as smooth as it can without leaving room for error. Very simple instructions. I can understand every question asked in the interview. Makes me feel confident in the process of divorcing.

I recommend this company to anyone who is going through a divorce. Instead of paying huge money to lawyers just hire them to prepare your papers and file your own divorce. Online and phone support is always available even on weekends when most of the lawyers are not available. Valuable service in reasonable price.

Very affordable, however, it would be great if there was a section for spouses that want nothing from their husband or wife but to walk away with a clean slate when filing for a divorce to make it all similar.

This process works, it is far, far cheaper than the next most affordable option I was presented with by a friend who is currently employed as a lawyer for an international firm. The details required are easy enough to come by with an internet connection, eg, addresses.

It was simple and not too time consuming. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other online sites i looked into. I only ran into one problem while filling out information but when i called the customer assistance phone line they not only were quick to answer but solved my issue right away. I thought that was wonderful!

If I had to do this over I wouldn't use them. The communication is terrible. Trying to get a hold of anyone is close to impossible. Also when you do get someone they are extremely rude. I called with a simple request - to get a receipt of all my payments. They would not provide this.

So if you need help and support through the process and the ability to talk to someone whether on the phone or email, don't use this company.

This service is beyond amazing. It is very affordable and if you have any questions, feel free to call the toll free number and they will walk you through the entire process. It was such a relief dealing with them! Highly recommended to anybody looking for an affordable divorce.

This is a lot easier to fill out than the one I originally stared from printing off the forms online. A little more explanations for certain things would help. Definitions for certain things would be nice for those of us who know nothing about this or how it works.
