There was not an option to pay for divorce - I came to a website that says "divorce papers" - in my account it says "download divorce papers" - so where are my divorce papers? They are telling me I ordered legal separation papers. So I asked for the link to the divorce papers. There's no link to it. So how do I get to it? I ask - I called and a gentleman hung up the phone on me. I asked for the supervisor or the owner. If the guy would have been smarter, he should just said " I'm so sorry about the mix up. It has been 6 days since I spoke with anyone called today 6/8/2021 and asked where my papers was at? As you can see 24-48 hours is NOT 6 days later. If i pay for services then I expect HONESTY not to be lied to. Worst experience I have ever had and this is why I either screen shot, and or request transcripts, of any and all conversation I have with anyone. Wish I would of just kept my money and put it towards a real Lawyer.

Yes its a easy process but there papers are wrong, it has to have your state official court logo web site at bottom of every page, since mine didnt, i have to refile and get the right court papers and now the company get divorce papers are giving me the run around and wont give me my money back, no one from the company returns calls or emails, wouldnt recommend this company terrible customer service
