Hello again, and very probably my finale-mail message. I appeared in local court this morning for the final divorce decree hearing, all went well with no exceptions taken as far as the legal forms generated from getdivorcepapers.com. Just to express my thanks for all of the help given by your team.

I went with this company due to reviews and the fact I could download the forms right away. What they don't tell you is if you want it right away you have to pay more. Otherwise, it takes 3-7 business days. When I finally got the forms, there were many errors. I also accidentally signed up for parenting class and immediately called to cancel. They told me to send an email and it would take 3-10 business days. It has been over 14 business days (3 weeks) and no refund. Every time I call, they keep saying it will be processed this week. I'm just going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They lie and they are terrible. Don't use!

Do not use this company! They double charged me, admitted it, 20 days later, 8 phone calls, I still don't have my money back they double charged me! Total scam

Paid all the money and extras and did review before authorizing and they had said it would be shipped. Has been almost 4 months and zero response besides once for me to get a hold of the mail room wich never responded either. So over 500 dollars unaccounted for now on top of all the other issues with trying to get divorced

I'll be taking this company to small claims court. Read their refund policy very closely. You have 30 days to ask for a refund. It often takes months to get divorced. This is a plain joke. Their paperwork is unprofessional and poorly done.

This company must have paid for reviews, because this is a scam. Their website looks very professional and they were quick to take my money, however...
I started this incredibly difficult process in Oct. 2017. It is now the end of December and they have not sent me any paperwork. When I called a month ago to complain, they said they would ship the paperwork with 3-5 business days. That was a month ago. Today I called asking for a refund and they said I was not eligible because the paperwork has been processed and they would be sending it to me within the next 3-5 business days. They refused to refund me. Every time Ive called, Ive spoken to the same 2 people, who claim to be in Delaware, really?
Unfortunately theres nothing I can do but understand that they took my money and the company is a shell for doing just that. Please, if you are going through something so emotional, just use a local REAL attorney. So sad.
