Not only do they NOT provide you with the paperwork you need, they then refuse to give you an refund and are rude when you try to deal with them. They hit us for 139.00 and an unauthorized charge of 60.00 to mail the papers and we have yet to see them. They keep providing us with a wrong tracking number and basically say, sorry about your luck.

I was a little apprehensive at first, but once I saw how thorough the online interview was my concerns were gone. My forms looked professional and the live chat support helped when I needed it. My divorce is complete and I am very satisfied!

First off the price was not what they claimed it would be. There are extra fees to have papers shipped, to expedite review of forms. Secondly, They were not helpful when I had questions. The forms were not filled in correctly even though I had input my information correctly. It took weeks just to even get my forms ready to ship even though I paid for expedited review. I had to call and talk to multiple people multiple times to get anything done. As far as shipping out my paperwork, I had to request multiple times as each time they never had a record of me requesting form to be shipped. Not worth the money. There are other sites, use those.

This service was simple to fill out but it did take a lot of information I did not have since I am not in total contact with my spouse. All in all it made my divorce easier and was cheaper than many other sites!

The website was very user-friendly. I tried filling out the downloaded forms on my own and got very frustrated. This website provided easy to follow questions and flowed in a way that was understandable to anyone without a background in these types of proceedings.

This service is advertised as being $139. It was not. In total I spent $369. This service is advertised as making your paperwork and filing easier. It has been anything but. Whoever did my forms made a bunch of mistakes and filled them out wrong. When I email no one gets back to me. When I have called, which is several times. It either says the call center is closed(I leave a voicemail no one gets back to me) or it says I'm first in line but I'm on hold forever…then when someone does answer they have horrible customer service, they're rude, and will put me on hold while I'm in the middle of a sentence without saying anything, they are not helpful and keep telling me I just need to email. I tried to go back in to fix the errors on the paperwork and it wouldn't save the changes, it would just reset back to what they had it put in as. This service is such a scam.

So far I feel very comfortable with this service. This is in an easy format designed for even those not to comfortable with technology. This service even has a drop down box for live chat help. I used the live chat help and the individual on the other side answered all of my questions efficiently. 100% accurate service.

I am extremely hahppy with your service. I was married on 11/03/2014 and never lived with him. Moved away and lost track of him so your services will make this is easy as it can possibly be. Thank You

This company is a scam. They said it will take 12 days to get the papers that never happened. Everytime i called a representative said the papers will be available the next day or at the end of the day. Then when i requested a refund that never came and the representative transferred me over to a bogus refund department.
Bottom line don't use this service

I have been waiting 5 weeks and still haven't received a hard copy of the divorce papers I paid for. I have emailed 2 different email addresses. They quickly charged my card and didn't produce the papers and now haven't reached out to return my money

I love the entire online process. It was very easy and step by step. I think all the questions are relevant for simple divorce like mine. If you have all the answers you can finish everything in 30 minutes and can file the papers same day.

I figured that I would try a do it yourself divorce since my ex and I have nothing together. It seemed to be work fine until my judgement was thrown out because some forms were incomplete and done wrong by this service. I contacted their live chat to try and fix it and was told to contact *******@getdivorcepapers.com and that they would help me fix and complete the forms so I can get this divorce over with, I was told that it could take a couple of hours and someone would get back to me, needless to say that was April 7,2017 and no one has yet to respond not to mention that I emailed them again on April 14,2017 and no response. I have had to go to a real lawyer now to have my divorce completed the correct way. I would like a full refund, but I see that they have a 90 day disclaimer which is worthless when it takes at least 6 months to have a divorce completed.

It was clear, concise, and understandable. Provided a service that is normally stressful, this service was a welcome relief. You can do everything from your home and do not have to reveal your personal information to any attorney who normally charges huge for a simple divorce.

I paid their upfront fees and paid for expedited papers, then no papers arrive and with that they then proceed to charge another $39.95 for a monthly subscription that I never wanted. Phoned them up the day before they charged me and they promised it wont go thru. GUESS what they charged my card and then today said they will not refund and to top it off when I download the forms they were out of date for Georgia.

At first I had thought this website was easy to use and me not knowing about how to file for divorce, it was great. Once I received my papers my local courthouse would not except and I had to use their forms. Tried to get a refund with no response they finally told me I had to get a rejection letter from my courthouse (not their responsibility). After countless attempts to contact them and sent them my divorce claim that I turned in to the courthouse, they still have not contacted. I strongly recommend just going to your courthouse and getting your own papers, this is a waste of money and they are inconsiderate to people going through a hard time.

This was very helpful for myself do to the amount of time available to me since I am left raising a child 7 days a week by my self and working 50-60 hours a week just in order to support my son and myself. This allowed me to file for my divorce without missing work or extra child care. And the price is extremely affordable as well. I have been looking to get a divorce for some time now and if it hadnt been for this there is no telling how much longer I may have been stuck in this horrible marriage.
