The Get Movers teams were very flexible in my changing move dates. They took great care in packing our house hold and worked incredibly hard to get the household loaded on time. I highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again ~
I recently had the worst experience with get movers. I had asked to deliver my goods from Regina to Abbotsford. It was picked up on 27 June 2023 and since then there has been no news from Get movers regarding an update of my delivery. They were not providing any support or assistance regarding my delivery. After making several attempts they finally delivered my goods in the 2nd week of August,2023 through some other driver who are not part of get movers. Now it has been found that there is a Bag which is missing. Despite informing them about the missing bag. There is no response from them.There is no proper enquiry or coordination. They even blocked my calls whenever I make calls through another cell phone they always say we still are waiting for an update. They just take the money and thereafter no response. Please stop dealing with these people I lost my stuff, values and money.
The customer service is very poor. Our move was subcontracted to another moving company. Our movers were late by several hours. In the end we found out that one of the crew members hurt their hand, but it took a few hours before we were even informed. In the end, 2 of the 3 movers showed up. They didn't have proper shoes and they used our tools. With the little that they did do, they managed to damage my door casing. I agreed with the office before they arrived that I would only pay for the 1 hour that they were needed (we did the moving ourselves until they arrived, and I was contemplating cancelling it altogether). I made the mistake of paying for a crew of 3 when only 2 showed up. When I requested a credit for the difference, I was told that someone would get back to me within a week or two. No one got back to me. I had to follow-up several times, and in the beginning they didn't even respond. Finally, after 3 weeks, they told me that they were unwilling to provide a credit since they already agreed to only charge us for 1 hour. It was a very unpleasant situation. The people on the phone were respectful, but completely unhelpful throughout the process. I recommend you work with a smaller company where you aren't treated like a number among many customers. I wouldn't hire Get Movers if I were you.

As someone who's had to move a lot for work, I was impressed by this moving company. They were professional, courteous, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The team arrived on time and got right to work, packing and loading everything with care. Even when we encountered unexpected obstacles, they handled it all with ease and a can-do attitude.

We had only a positive experience with GetMovers last week. Everyone from this company was polite, helpful and very friendly. Our movers were absolutely amazing. They provided everything that was promised to us and handled our items with extra care. No damages, perfect high-quality service, and no complaints to them.

I received exceptional service from Get Movers when I had to book a last minute move. They got straight to the business, explained how the move is going to work. In 15 minutes I've already sent $250 upfront as a deposit, and in another 20 minutes movers were already knocking on my door. Overall it was as quick as it started, and despite the rush, there was no damages or even slightest scratches. Highly recommend.

This company and the crew of guys did a great job moving my 5 bedroom home! We worked with Alexander, Davis, Jamal, and a 4th man whose name we didn't catch but they were all so helpful, so fast and efficient, and great value! They were on time, wrapped everything, used blankets and asked where to put everything. Disassembly and assembly in the new home with no problems. Good price considering what they did. They staffed with enough guys to get the job done without taking hours and hours which would costs us a ton.

This company helped us to move some stuff to our summer residence in rural area, and there were no issues during the move. Furniture stayed intact and the move didn't take too long. I think we will use them again in the future, since this was a good service worth it's price.

Thorough, specific, clear communication at every step of the process. They offered me an earlier moving appointment when that became available and took less than half the estimated time to complete the move, counting the time it took them to take apart and reassemble a window frame to get my couch out through the window. The movers were all friendly, professional, and speedy.

I've hired this team twice in the past 6 months.
They arrived at the beginning of the window and did not waste any time. They got to work and were careful with my belongings. They took great care when they arrived at my new home making sure not to scratch the hard wood floors and placing items carefully where I wanted them. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. So much appreciated. Will definitely use them again!

Our move was complicated with multiple locations to move and overnight requirements. They hustled, were respectful in every way. The washer/dryer was a struggle, and they figured out a solution without a scratch on the floor or the walls! They really took the time to ask questions and place things just how we wanted during the unload. Erik was easy to communicate with and very upfront with estimates and pricing. There was a problem with my initial moving date, but Getmovers resolved this problem for me at no cost - It was rescheduled for another day for free, even though I had to inform them in the very last moment. And the day they came to get my stuff everything went perfect, they moving team was polite with us and careful with our furniture. Even though the move was quite large (a 3 bedroom house) they got it all done in 6 hours, which is quite fast, I think.

Get movers are the savers! Our building at the new place is without an elevator. We had lots of heavy things to move. Once we arrived at the new apartment, we walked upstairs and the crew did a walk through of the new place. They unpacked and assembled everything so diligently and so quickly we were impressed. Overall, the experience was beyond excellent. I will most definitely be using Getmovers again in the future and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
