During quarantine, I was very nervous about moving, but GetMovers took away all my worries and hesitations. I can assure you that the quality and service are top-notch! The movers showed up within the arrival time frame and were able to park where it would be easiest to move out. They loaded and drove to the my new home in Oakville and brought in all the furniture with care and efficiency. They were very kind and safe, especially during the quarantine and I couldn't be happier with how the move went. Great experience all around and would highly recommend!

The moving crew was professional, polite, and very kind to my father who was very anxious. Nothing was broken and the price they quoted was the price I was charged, based on the inventory I provided.

Am a Veteran am used to move a lot and always good service with moving companies but these guys totally my worst nightmare.

I had the pleasure of getting three great young men to move me. They were so professional, polite, thorough, and worked till they got the job done. I couldnt have asked for a better crew!

I used this company twice. This time they helped me move a piano from my house to a storage unit. They gave me flat rate and did their job the next day. Quick adn efficient. No complaints at all.

Horrible unprofessional sloppy workers. So disappointed holding items hostage. Forcing to sign a contract they damage property. Unprofessional behavior!

I come to you today to share my experience with GetMovers, a moving company that has recently helped me relocate to a new home. Let me start by saying that the team at GetMovers was simply amazing! From the moment I contacted them to the moment they left my new home, they were professional, efficient, and friendly. They treated my belongings with the utmost care and respect, ensuring that everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, making sure that every box was labeled and placed exactly where I wanted it. They even helped me unpack and set up my furniture, which was a huge relief after a long day of moving. But what really stood out to me was their positive attitude and energy. They worked tirelessly throughout the day, never once complaining or showing signs of fatigue. Their enthusiasm and dedication made the whole moving process so much easier and enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend GetMovers to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional moving company. I don't usually write a bad review for a company but hiring Get Movers was a terrible experience for us and I feel the need to warn others. When the moving truck arrived with a name on it that we didn't recognize, it became clear that they subcontract - so there is unpredictability there and you don't know the quality of the movers you're going to get.

The movers took items to our storage area off site and at that site they pressured us into paying before they finished the job. When we got home from the storage unit we found gouges in our wall, scratches all over our basement floor and extensive damage to our basement door and trim around it.

On the same day, we sent an email with photos of the damage, which they completely ignored. After numerous attempts at getting through to them they sent us a claim form which we filled out, and after two weeks they still didn't get back to us to resolve the issue. So again we had to contact them and when they finally responded they said they rejected our claim because we already paid them. They made us pay them when we were off site and couldn't check to see if there was damage at the house. When we told them that, they again ignored us and haven't bothered to reply.

It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that claims to have great customer service and exceptionally professional staff when in reality they have given us horrible service and damaged our home. The person at Get Movers who we dealt with is Victor Kerr, who didn't care at all about us and treated us with contempt.

Had very good, prompt communication from both the office and the moving crew. Unbelievably fast and super nice to spend the day with :) I hate moving, but I would absolutely use them again.

This is the second time I used GetMovers and they were fantastic for both moves. In addition to being responsive / accommodating in resheduling, they were efficient, reliable, and friendly.

I used GetMovers a few years ago and they were great, so we hired them again :) The crew was friendly, nice and super efficient! They did an amazing job. They took such good care of all of my stuff, were fast, and they work hard. Can't recommend these guys high enough. I'll continue to use GetMovers for any future moves!

Get Movers has zero integrity and absolutely DESTROYED our belongings. Throughout the entire process, the customer service representatives, on site crew members, as well as company supervisors intentionally misguide customers and then do not return calls/emails. A complete failure in customer support. The company was notified that there was a fight between the crew members at origin that resulted in our belongings being thrown from the truck in a dispute based on lack of loading experience. The crew arrived completely unprepared with limited packing supplies and asked the customers to supply packing wrap. Not to mention the cigarette burns in our couch cushions from the crew smoking in the truck. The crew mentioned the truck from not packed properly and that he would better wrap our belongings once unloaded at the warehouse so that they could be better protects while in storage; however, this never happened. Absolutely zero respect. Completely unprofessional. The crew leader as well as a company supervisor was made aware of the damages as they were inspected and unloaded from the truck at the destination. The crew was late. We were told that there was nothing Get Movers could do because the office was closed, but don't worry since they have insurance, and to call customer service the following morning at 10AM for further instruction rather than directing us to the proper company protocols. Get Movers said we never notified the company of any damages, which ultimately resulted in our claim being denied. The allegation that we did not notify the company of damages is absolutely false as the mishandling, lack of care and respect for our belongings was acknowledged by customer service from the point of origin. This company is untrustworthy.
