I am super happy with the product and the customer service is also great. I have just ordered more of the pillows for my family members for Christmas. They will love them! I think it's such a great & fun idea. I'm always looking for something different with gifts. I ordered a blanket and paid for expedited shipping for Christmas and still no blanket. When you click on the tracking it literally just shows you that it's waiting in California. Do not waste your money or time. This website needs to be shut down.

This website is likely a scam. It has been 48 days since my credit card was charged for a purchase and I still have not received anything. I believe the company is in China and even though I paid for expedited shipping 48 days later still no product. They keep telling me to wait. Every message is wait. Maybe they think I will forget. Do yourself a favor and avoid this merchant altogether.

I ordered a custom puzzle for my best friend's birthday on April 19. It is now May 30 (41 days later) and I still haven't received the puzzle. Clearly it's past my friend's birthday and I had to buy her something else, so I wasted $40 on this present I can't give her. What's worse, the customer service is horrible. I'm emailing with a company rep who answers me every 3-4 days who is evading giving me any straight answer. I've been clear I want a refund and their response continues to be "can you just wait a few more days for it to come?"
At this point, I've filed a claim with my bank to get my money returned to me because I doubt the product is ever going to get delivered and I can guarantee customer service will continue to be pointless.
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Run far, far away.

I bought this puzzle a month ago and still haven't seen it every time I ask where it is they tell me to be patient the corona virus is slowing everything down. No it's not! I work in the delivery service and it's not slowed down. Everywhere has hired a ton of additional people for this reason. I paid for the one day shipping and my package has been stuck in California for almost 2 weeks now

Stole my money. 3 Months no puzzle. Can't give zero stars. This is a scam. I believe they are based in China, at least that's what the shipment tracker shows. They asked for my address twice. There is a reason their address is no where to be found.

This company is a total rip-off. I paid for a custom puzzle, priority processing and 2 day shipping. 14 days later I can't get anything from them but an email stating the processing can take up to 6 days. I can't tell you if the product is crap, because I am pretty sure I will never receive it. I am in the process of trying to getting my money back through PayPal, but not sure if they will give it back.

Missing product. They don't seem to care.
They make out it is an Australian website, and give you an option for express postage, which I stupidly paid for. Estimating that I would receive my pillow in 2-5 days after the estimated 2-5 days for manufacturer.
I'm Still waiting. I had someone give me a tracking number, which showed me my pillow was sitting in a warehouse in China, not moving for days.
It's apparently finally in Australia, but no Australian tracking number provided.
I would give them zero stars but it doesn't have that option.
Do not waste your time or money on this fraudulent company.

Unbelievable. I purchased a thousand piece puzzle and paid expedited shipping. $49.90 total cost for a puzzle. When it finally arrived 6 weeks AFTER due, the case was busted and a piece was broken. Since it was a gift for someone this made it completely unusable. Contacting customer service was a nightmare and went back and forth for two weeks. They offered me a $5 refund. FIVE DOLLARS on a $49.90 purchase! When I requested a full refund, emails went back and forth with them trying to get me to wait another few months for a replacement claiming "improved packaging and shipping" meanwhile I'm just trying to get a refund. It's ridiculous a customer has to negotiate proper customer service when a company charges for expedited shipping yet doesn't send it for months and sends a damaged product. Terrible! Buyer beware!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this site. They only post 4-5 reviews so it makes them look amazing. After an awe full experience I dug a little deeper and found they really have a 1 star rating. Buyer beware!

I ordered from this company because I saw a good looking, good quality blanket a friend had gotten as a gift for Christmas from this company. I ordered two blankets on 2/11/2020 and received an email that my blanket was on the way on 2/24/2020. I have been tracking the package and it has not moved any closer to my home since that date. I emailed the company on 3/5/2020 to ask why the prolonged delay and when I could expect to receive the package but no response except an automated reply that I would hear from someone in 48-72 hours. BEWARE--You might never see your order. There are many other options out there. I am sorry I did not select a different company.

I don't know what to say… I'm actually laughing. I really thought I was going to get a big pillow with my face on it, but it turns out the pillow is miniature and is not worth $70. I got express shipping which was really fast but other than that I dunno..

I was so exited for my blanket, it was supposed to be a Christmas present but the shipping took forever, almost 3 months.
For 50 dollars I was hoping for a much better picture quality. The dark colors look with so much contrast and the lightest are not visible at all. (F. E. The eyes of muy cat are green and they look black in the blanket)

It's a cute gift because of the idea of having something with the face of you pet on it, but in quality and price terms, is not worth it.

Purchased a puzzle for my wife for Mother's Day. I ordered it several weeks in advanced and was promised 5-7 business days for shipping. It has been over a month and I have nothing to show for it but a $39.95 debit out of my bank account. I have emailed several times (no response). I was sent a USPS tracking number right after the order was placed, but when I try to track the package, it has never been scanned into the post office so it does me no good. I have a feeling we will never see that puzzle.

Everything all the other negative reviews said is true! Zero customer support! Virtually no updates on shipping! I called the post office they have no record of packages Existence! I suspect the positive reviews on this site are fake plants... I ordered on 12/2/20 for Christmas today on 12/22 still nothing

If you order something from this company, give yourself a couple years to receive it. I would purchase the entire internet just to shut this company down. I told my grandma I got her the best present for mothers day and she doesn't believe me because all I can tell her is its awaiting arrival at a USPS shipping facility in carson california. Talk about a let down for both of us. You could probably ask these people what color the sky is and they'll respond with "it should arrive in 5-9 business days". Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! #pettyaf

I ordered customized puzzle mid April thru Amazon for bday present and still not received. It was supposed to deliver yesterday. Was allegedly shipped on May 1st. Now saying delivery end of next week. Does not sound like the product is how described or shown when ordered. I want my money back.

I wish I had also checked up on this company, Getphotoblanket! What a joke! It took almost 4 weeks for any type of response, notification or anything, even though I paid for expedited order! It was then marked as delivered but no package! Mind you, same address used for so many other packages that I received with no issues from other vendors. When I contacted them, they went in circles with me about checking my address and being patient. Finally, they practically stated that it was my fault then that package must have been stolen, and offered no refund, because I did not purchase insurance! Seriously! I am so furious, they hide behind emails and face no accountability! Will never purchase from here again obviously, but I caution anyone thinking about it.

My experience has been awful with this company, I ordered a puzzle as a gift for a friend in NY, I live in Ireland, I paid the extra fee for the VIP service, still took 2 months, and when he received it, it was just the puzzle in a plastic box, with no picture as what it was of. He did not have a clue what it was. They offered me a 2.99 refund, I declined to accept this. Unprofessional and amateurish company. Rip off.

Terrible company. Posts additional fees to expedite order and immediately asked to cancel an order of they couldn't guarantee delivery by needed date. This was within three minutes of placing the order. They lied and said it already went to production. Total scum. I will get my money back from AMEX but what a hassle. Avoid.

I ordered a pillow with expedited processing for my sister who was ill and has since died. My order had not even left China when she died, and I attempted to cancel the order in my grief only to be told I could not cancel and at most they could refund me $7 for my loss. That was over two weeks ago, the package has still not arrived and they will still not refund it. Really awful customer experience.

Ordered my puzzle with the hopes of supporting a small business during COVID. Come to find out that they send their work to China knowing that their logistics is shutdown. Emailed and told over multiple months to "wait awhile". When package came, there was no protection and the puzzle box was crushed. The "customization" was just the photo I sent them taped onto the outer box. So much for trying to support a company, their online photos do not match what the end product is really like.

Recommend locating a company that does not outsource

I placed an order on 5/1 for graduation and father's day gifts. I keep getting updated notifications that the items are coming. They are a complete scam. It is the end of June and nothing. I have ZERO need for any of the items anymore. $100 down the drain. Don't waste your money.

I ordered was it supposed to be a Mother's Day gift (placed my order in April).
So far, no gift, lame response from their team, no apologies, cero customer service, no refund.

Father's Day is around the corner, don't fall into this trap, this company is definitely false advertising.

I ordered a puzzle on April 3,2020. It is now May 15 and nothing yet. I have sent numerous emails/texts and keep getting automatic responses. It keeps telling me it's in Fremont Ca since April 22nd! Save your $

The puzzle I ordered was impossible to put together since almost all the pieces were the same shape and size and the colors were blurred and dark. Customer service was absolutely awful. I would give zero stars if I could. Not worth any money at all! Their advertised prices will not be what you get billed for either! I was billed $39.99 for a $9.99 puzzle.

Ordered 2 blankets and they were terrible. I was stunned. Had a photo of 2 dogs on one and not only the quality was terrible but it cut off a piece of the dogs head. Showed to others and they couldn't believe it. Have tried to contact someone there for days. The customer service is even worse than the product. They are from Hong Kong and won't write you back or call. Awful awful service and products. Will stick to amazon now. I can promise you the reviews on their page is bogus. Take my word for it. This is a SCAM...

This companies final products are nothing like they advertise. Completely morphed and distorted print. PetCanva used the same picture I submitted to this crap company and PetCanva is 1000% better and their products actually look like the ones these people try to fake. Don't waste your money or time. Their customer service is terrible as well so they will not help or care about you.
