I am super happy with the product and the customer service is also great. I have just ordered more of the pillows for my family members for Christmas. They will love them! I ordered a blanket and paid for expedited shipping for Christmas and still no blanket. When you click on the tracking it literally just shows you that it's waiting in California. Do not waste your money or time. This website needs to be shut down.

I placed an order for 2 photo pillows on 11/27 and still have not received them. The tracking has shown "In transit delay" since arriving in Illinois on 12/11. The company refuses to provide a refund even though the order has clearly been lost in the mail. I will be addressing this with my credit card company.

My granddaughter ordered her dad a blanket for his birthday on Jan. 20,2020. I keep getting "updated" emails that the blanket hasn't shipped yet! One delay after another. It stated on the website it would take 5-7 days to process and would be shipped. Now we're sitting here 3 weeks later and no blanket. His birthday is this weekend and I can't bear to tell her she isn't getting his present. I'm mad as hell!
Horrible product. I sent in a photo as a gift for a friend who just lost there dog. I paid for VIP shipping which was just a waste of money because to took the full normal time to receive blanket. There was never a proof to approve and the picture on the blanket was so bad you can hardly tell what it is. Tried to get a reprint or refund but only offered me 10%.
Ordered three custom character pillows and they are so deformed and distorted. The faces are stretched weird and head shapes deformed. Customer service was not helpful at all and the most I'm getting is a 50% refund. I'm embarrassed to gift the items, so throwing them a way. Big waste of time and money! I ordered a puzzle from this company over two months ago. 5 weeks after the order was placed I received the shipment notification--awesome, right? NOPE this hasn't moved locations since the shipment notification was sent. Customer service refuses to help. Their last email was to wait for the shipment status to change... well guess what? It's now been 4 weeks since this has shipped and it still hasn't moved!
Order from anywhere but this site! After 20 days... company claims delay is due to "defective merchandise." Filed a dispute with PayPal, promised ship date has since passed with no movement. The only way to contact customer service is via email, then wait 24-48 hours for an automatic reply, requested refund, request has been ignored. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Placed an order in April for what was advertised as a Mother's Day present. To date, have not received the item. Have inquired 10 separate times to their gmail customer service and keep getting the same response about delays in shipping and to be patient. Their emails either contain broken hyperlinks to nothing at all or the same bogus USPS tracking number that states the Post Office is waiting for this company to ship them the item. Nothing in this world takes approximately 2 months to ship after it was made as I receive numerous international items in substantially less time. I have asked twice for my money back and received no response on that. The problem with these sites is one can't go to the Better Business Bureau to have them flag or intervene as they list no U.S. address. Your best bet is to pick a site with operations in U.S., Europe, or other parts of the Americas.
Ordered a customized puzzle at the end of April. Never received confirmation email or shipping/tracking details. It is now mid June. Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Customer service says the item was shipped, with a current tracking in NY as on 6/14, just a few days after I contacted them again. They will not refund completely because it was a custom item. I told them this was a purchase from my daughter as a Mother's Day Gift and when it never was confirmed or arrived, she purchased something else. I believe they never shipped it until they heard from me and then shipped it out, which is why it is currently tracked in NY on it's way from NC. Don't waste your money!
Getphotoblanket.com is a terrible company. Honestly, I should have been able to tell from their website name. Usually I'm smarter about this stuff, but I wanted to get a blanket made for my brother and sister in law for Christmas. My order doesn't even look like a dog. It's a big black blob. The blanket itself is thin and cheap. When I wrote customer service, they said they feel they filled the order successfully. DON'T EVER USE THEM.

On 4/15 well into lock down we ordered puzzles which we were told would come in approx 2 week. We waited months! I reached out and kept getting the run around. When they finally arrived there was no image and they were damaged. Suddenly they answer emails when I'm fighting payment. I no longer need the product, I needed it when I had a houseful of stressed people. I would NEVER order from them. There are plenty of honest businesses that would own their mistake

They gave me a fake tracking number that can't be tracked. Customer service will not respond to any of my questions.
I have been waiting 40 days for a customized puzzle from the time it left the production facility. According to their tracking information, it has been sitting in the same location in China for the past 35 days, with no activity at all. And, this is after I paid an additional fee for VIP speedy processing and shipping. I have contacted them 5 times to request a refund and every time their reply is the same: be patient - they can't give me a refund. It appears that I will never see either my puzzle or my money again. Since they are based in China, I have little legal recourse to recover my purchase price and VIP expediting fee. I definitely do NOT recommend this company.
I placed a Valentine's Day order on Feb 4th and it never arrived. I purchased shipping insurance. Support is just saying that I provided the wrong address or that there is missing information and that's the reason it doesn't arrive but my address is 100% accurate. They told me it was my responsibility to talk to my local post office and gave me a fake number that is not even an American number. I didn't know this was a Chinese company and that the product was being shipped all the way from China. The tracking website is in Chinese. Save your money.

Stay far away from this business, they cannot copy your photo to a blanket with totally screwing it up. The finished product is distorted and frankly laughable. I ordered 2 blankets for my Grand kids as a Christmas gift, they made my Granddaughters look like ghouls, and they used the wrong photo for my Grandson. Beside that... the product was deliver January 15th. This is a terrible business, they do lousy work, they do not ship on time, communication is poor, they refuse to accept responsibility for their crummy product, and the completed product is garbage. Don't waste your hard earned money with this rip-off business.

I ordered my photo puzzle 2 months ago and was charged right away, of course. I still have not received it! I've emailed the company over a dozen times and they keep sending me a robotic response asking me to wait another week! Finally, I asked for a refund and now they only want to refund me $5 of the $40+ dollars I spent! Fraud! Don't waste your time or money on this awful company!
I spent over $60 dollars on a blanket and expedited shipping. For the last week and a half when checking the shipment status it is sitting in Inglewood, CA. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever get, it and if it'll even be good quality if it does arrive. F this company...
I purchased two blankets, one large, one small, as gifts and my friend's reaction was, "OMG, this is AMAZING! Thank you!" After using one she wrote, "I just LOVE the blanket! It is so cozy!
After some time she also added, " I even put the big one through the wash & it held up."...

It really was surprisingly good! Perfect actually! The fabric, colors and the photo were in perfect alignment! Left my hand there to see how big the size is!
NOT A SCAM. I ordered a personalized blanket featuring a picture of my boyfriend's black lab. The blanket quality is just okay (its soft but quite thin) but the picture of the pup turned out great. Bright colors and true to the picture I provided. So cute! One downside is how long shipping takes. The blanket took exactly 27 days to reach my house (production and shipping combined) so definitely order far in advance of when you actually want it. I suspect the blankets are made outside of the USA. I emailed the company two separate times to ensure my photo was adequate and to ask about shipping updates. They replied back to the first email within a couple hours and the second email within 3 days. Helpful and polite. Also used the "Shop" app + USPS website to track the package. Both were accurate and helped me feel more confident that it was actually making shipping progress and would eventually arrive
PROS: One of the only companies that does the paint brush style pet blankets, product true to description, soft, bright colors, beautiful picture quality, good customer service
