I am super happy with the product and the customer service is also great. I have just ordered more of the pillows for my family members for Christmas. They will love them! I think it's such a great & fun idea. I'm always looking for something different with gifts. I ordered a blanket and paid for expedited shipping for Christmas and still no blanket. When you click on the tracking it literally just shows you that it's waiting in California. Do not waste your money or time. This website needs to be shut down.
I purchased a jigsaw puzzle for Mother's Day. Two months later my gift still shows in transit. You cannot contact this company except via email and they refuse to refund my money.

The website is a complete scam and I cannot believe I fell for it! I ordered two customized puzzles for Mother's Day one month ago. I read how long it would take to process and ship the items so I knew it would be delivered on time, however I have STILL not received the package and Mother's Day has come and gone! I have emailed multiple times and continue to receive the same generic email response with no solution to my problem. Since 4/29 the tracking has stated that the package is in California. No shipping updates have been provided since. I cannot believe how horrible this experience has been. Never again.
Okay so, I ordered a picture of my dog who passed away this year (he was 18) on a blanket. It was all well and dandy, I got it and then i opened it. I have a goat, a bunny, two cats, and a dog. Tha blanket was supposed to be a christmas gift for my stepdad. I ordered it in green because white just doesnt work in my house with all the animals we have. I've been talking to support about getting a new blanket shipped to me, they said in their last email "sorry about the inconvenience, just know our blankets only have pictures printed on one side we would like to offer you a 5% refund." EXCUSE ME? I spent $80 on this blanket and THEY messed up the color of my blanket. I just want what I ordered. This is ridiculous.
I ordered a puzzle back in March and it said it shipping on April 23rd but then sat at the center for over a month. I contacted the company after 15 business days to see if it was lost during shipment and I was told to wait. Once my package finally arrived on May 30 it was destroyed. The box was broken and the shipping envelopes had holes in it. So I contacted them again. This time I was told to complete the puzzle to see if any pieces are missing. After an attempt to put it together there were only 122 out of 126 border pieces for my 1000 piece puzzle. I sent them a photo of this and they said they cannot see a quality issue and to complete the puzzle still. This company is awful. They take 2 days to respond and only during the week. I was told I would get a 10% compensation for the shipping issue and that has not happened. I am now trying to get either a new puzzle or a refund and that has yet to happen as well.
I would give them no stars out of 5 if I could. My package was lost in shipping and they will not provide a refund. They want me to pay half of a new order as compensation for not getting my first blanket. How is paying for a new order compensation? Very upset.
I have tried several times to get a refund because the puzzle is lost. None of the shippers have it. They respond when they want and refuse to give me a refund. It has been over 7 weeks and now i am angry. I have put in a claim to Paypal but that isn't going well either.
My experience is exactly like everyone else's. They quote 3-5 day production time and 7-10 days for shipping. Item was ordered on 4/4/20, I received an email on 4/11 that it was going into production (so already missed the production window), I received an email on 4/21 that it had shipped, and as of 5/11 it has not arrived and the tracking info is bogus.
No Product received, poor customer service. Refuses to issue refund. Turns out product is made in and shipped from China. This isn't mentioned on the website. Secondly, it's been almost 5 weeks from my order date and I haven't received my pillow. I've contacted customer support 5 times and each time they ask me to wait longer. They have lied and stated that the pillow as waiting to clear customs in Canada, but the pillow was still in China.
I asked twice for a refund and both times they deflected my request and asked for me to wait longer. Order stated for expedited shipping 9 to 15 days.
Customer service takes at least 2 days to responded to emails. Since they are refusing to refund my purchase I've contacted MasterCard to begin a chargeback.
I placed an order a month ago, the last information I see with tracking details is from April 25th. I sent an email asking for details and only received an auto message but nothing from an agent. What was supposed to be a cute little surprise turned into this headache. I just sent another email asking for a full refund. Let's see how long they take to respond. I will never order from this company again. This was my first and last time.
My wife loves puzzles. So, my children thought it would be really neat to get some customized puzzles for her on Mother's Day. We carefully selected three photos to have puzzles created from. We placed our order on May 5,2020. One month later, the item has been sitting in Ingleside, CA and has not budged. They refuse to give a refund or remake the item. I send an email to them per week for a hopeful update, and just get a response back from some dimwitted person, DEMI, telling me to continue to be patient. I will never use this piece of trash company again. I am also going to spend quite a bit of time blasting them across social media. Absolute garbage customer service.
Terrible! First, my original purchase was through a different seller online. Second, soufeel is who the seller was in my PayPal account and who it states I made purchase from. Third, after waiting a month and not receiving my product and continuously requesting a refund of my money, the responses came from GetphotoBlanket company in China and gave me tracking numbers that did not work beyond China's borders and no more cooperation beyond that. Still no product. Still no refund.
My mom was in the hospital with covid and her grandkids were missing her for the holidays so i thought these pillows with her face on them would make the perfect gift. Unfortunately she passed away shortly after buying these. 2 months later i still havent Received my product and they are refusing to refund me. This is a scam! Do not buy from this site!
I ordered a basketball doll with my grandsons face on it. I do agree that it did take longer than expected to get it, but I was very happy with the results. My grandson loved it. I would order from here again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a blanket a month ago. Website said it would come in time for christmas, and it has YET to deliver! I don't even know where this is and the Customer Service people (if you can even call them that) are NO help. They tell you to just wait. Customer service should help you and FIND the order they shipped to you! Not this place. In addition, this blanket comes from CHINA. Enough said on that! Do yourself a favor, do NOT order from this place.

Ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles for gifts. Uploaded 3 pictures. Got the puzzles 28 days later in clear plastic boxes. Could not tell which puzzle was with what picture. False Advertising! They advertise the puzzle coming in a cardboard box with the picture printed on them but what they send is a clear plastic box! Poor quality on the puzzle too. Blurry image. Do Not Order from this site. They don't provide a phone number to call. Only email for a reason. They suck!
Came with blue print all over it! When I contact them to inform them they ignored my messages. Do not trust this website. I received my blanket but could not give it to my husband for Father's Day bc of the blue print all over it. Very disappointing.
First of all the product comes from China. I asked for it not to be shipped during the Coronavirus and they ignored it and shipped it anyway when I didn't even want a refund. Product is total cheap crap and poor quality. Went right into the trash! Plus it took over a month to arrive. Never informed it was coming from China.

Not only did it take over 2 1/2 months to be delivered, but I received absolutely no communication from the company and when they did respond by email they provided the wrong name and no information as to when my package would arrive. So I originally chose this website because they said they could make the same blanket from PrintyPets for cheaper and get it to me in time for Christmas. However it's a scam site that charged me and sent me a fake tracking number that redirects to a website that explains what the USPS is. I learned my lesson. After reading dozens of Instagram comments of people complaining that it's been months and they haven't received their blankets proved to me it's a scam. So I can't in good conscious recommend this company.
Item was never received - I have emailed them over 5 times asking for an update on shipment. They kept telling me to be patient. Now I am getting NO response. I placed my order on April 17th, and on the 29th got a notification that it was being shipped. It is now May 15th, and it still states that the USPS is waiting for the package to be dropped off. Requested my money back, I have heard nothing.
The blanket was supposed to arrive far before Christmas (ordered on December 13 and paid for 2-4 day shipping), I confirmed the blanket based on the picture they sent on December 16 and was promised 2-4 day shipping with the $27 expedited shipping charge. The blanket arrived after Christmas and was not under the tree for the person I bought it for. This was my first Christmas with my partner and I'm very disappointed it did not arrive on time.
I asked for a refund on my shipping twice and was told to be patient and that the order will still arrive. Still no refund.

All the negative reviews are accurate. Ordered two puzzles a month ago and still have received nothing. She says it shipped, and even ordered the shipping, but since May 16, the USPS tracking still says waiting for package. She finally said they are behind due to COVID-19, to please be patient for another week or two. Trying to dispute charge with credit card company, since they will not give a refund. STAY AWAY!
I ordered 4 different puzzles on April 5th. They arrived today June 8th and they were damaged and not labeled of what puzzle was what picture. The plastic boxes were damaged and the puzzle pieces were all in the bottom of the bag.
Long story short, don't order from here. If you do, expect a long wait. I placed an order on 21 April and with COVID I expected some delay with the shipping, but it is June 9th and still no item. When I sent an email regarding the status at about 3 weeks post order (the tracking number has said it was in the same location for a month) they just re-forwarded the tracking email to me. I sent another email a week ago asking to refund my purchase since it doesn't appear that I'll even get my item, the tracking email was again forwarded to me. I'm overall unimpressed. I haven't received the photo puzzle I ordered, but from the other reviews that I see here, I don't expect it to even be a quality product that was "worth the wait."
