I am super happy with the product and the customer service is also great. I have just ordered more of the pillows for my family members for Christmas. They will love them! I think it's such a great & fun idea. I'm always looking for something different with gifts. I ordered a blanket and paid for expedited shipping for Christmas and still no blanket. When you click on the tracking it literally just shows you that it's waiting in California. Do not waste your money or time. This website needs to be shut down.
THis company is not good to deal with. They sent my puzzle with no picture to work from so you knew how to put the puzzle together. Once they get your money, you will never hear from them again! Super Dodgey! Save your money, shop elsewhere!
Awful. I am VERY disappointed in getphotoblanket. The delivery took over a month and a half to get here. I ordered the 300 piece puzzle and when I received the item, not only was the quality terrible with the pieces falling apart but the box had the printed out picture glued on. This was not what I was expecting. Additionally, the service was not great as I contacted the company several times to get an update on my shipment and received the same response each time with no explanation. The least they could have done was taken off the shipping price and given me free shipping for the long delay. I wish I had not ordered this for a Mother's day present as it came 2 months late and wasn't even worth the wait.
If I could give this negative stars I would. I ordered a picture puzzle for my mom for mothers day. They provided tracking on 4/26. Said 5-9 business days. Blamed shipping delay on covid-19. Problem is it is now 5/9 and usps has not even received this to begin shipping it to me. That is not a shipping delay. They never received it. Now mothers day is tomorrow and I have nothing. MAD!
I too wished that I would have looked at the reviews of this company prior to ordering. I placed an order on April 19th... and as of today, May 12th I'm still waiting. Has anyone atleast finally received their product because I'm wondering does this company even exist. M? I placed an order for my beloved cousin whose mom died from cancer in Dec of last year 1 week before Christmas of all things. I was hoping to give her the blanket I ordered of her mother on mother's day... well its passed and no blanket. Disappointed beyond words... this company should be closed or be more honest about time frames and that's the bottom line.
Took 2 months to get my custom puzzles. They arrived in broken plastic boxes. No picture with the boxes. The 2 puzzles were scrambled together. Also the pieces are all blurry and the coloring not like the photo that I uploaded so you cant even look at your photo to figure out the puzzles. I've tried contacting the company 3 times, but they have not responded. Waste of $85. Total rip off! I would have given a 0 review, but it wouldn't let me submit review without clicking at least 1 star
I ordered a puzzle on April 4th 2020 for a birthday present. I probably had 20 different emails going back and worth from this place about all of the issues I had. They told me it shipped on April 21st, however weeks went by with it staying in the same place. On May 12th it FINALLY said it delivered to my own address so when I went to check nothing was there. I tracked the package on a different website and it said it delivered to Utah! Which is very very far from where I live.
Do not order from this site. Scam! I wish I knew but I trust too many people so easy. I ordered a puzzle for my nephew as a surprise on April 4th 2020. A got a bogus email with a tracking number that was "untrackable". I have been emailed with a "rep names Mila" and she keeps telling me to hang in there" and that it's on it's way but delayed due to COVID 19. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she keeps ignoring my request. And say the package should be here in 3-5 more days. I is now May 1st. I am waiting a few more days and then I an calling my bank for a refund of the money. I will also write to "Mila" that I will be reporting this to the police so that they can shut this site down. What a shame people actually do this. Sickening.

Do not order. Tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes of placing it and they wouldnt cancel it. Waited until a month later to find out they are "delayed" on my order and behind on production. Reached out demanding them to not ship anything and to give me my money back and they refused to refund the amount due to "depreciation." CRIMINALS.
The only plus is that the blankets are soft. My beautiful dog is weird and cropped and melted and all of this is terrible. Seriously terrible. Crooked, cropped, wrinkled. Soooo bad we laughed. But I want a refund, I want a beautiful memory of my girl, not a terrifying wrinkled melty dog

I have never been so upset with a company. I started emailing them after I placed the order, inquiring about the pictures I submitted. Their first response was helpful and they sent me a mock up of what the product would look like, it was great. A few weeks after I emailed again because the tracking information had said the exact same thing for weeks and I wasn't sure if the tracking number was active or correct. All I wanted to know was where the blanket was coming was located and where they were shipping from. My question was never answered and I asked 6 separate times in 6 separate emails. My question was NEVER answered. Each time they avoided the question and just kept telling me to be patient. I had no problem waiting for the blanket as I am a reasonable person and understand what is happening with COVID-19, and that shipping times would be delayed. The problem I had was that they ignored my question about where it was coming from 6 separate times. UNACCEPTABLE!
I ordered a photo pillow for a christmas present in Nov, 2021. I never received the item, even after paying extra for "expedited processing and shipping". They keep using the excuse of "international shipping issues" and "please continue to wait" but it is now 4 months later, I still have not receive what I ordered, and they will not give me a refund. I purchased a UFC photo pillow for my bf. It says "UFC CHAMDION" on the pillow (a D instead of a P). When I mentioned this to customer service they said it was my fault since it shows the misspelling on the photo and I approved of the pillow. They said they would talk to the production team and get back with me. I have written them 4 times now and they keep telling me that they have to talk to Abegail (the associate who first helped me) and I've been waiting for a month. Forget trying to get a refund or any kind of service. I asked if I could talk to a supervisor or a manager and they said they can't get me to one. I asked what my options were and they said to wait for Abegail. The pillow is also shipped from oversees so it may take months. Order from a more reputable place!
I purchased four pillows and one piece of advice is to ensure the quality of the photo is pristine (my fault) that being said I ordered "the most popular pillow" and the photo head looks way to big. My Biggest complaint is that I ordered to Superman pillows, one for my 16 year old and one for my 10 year old nephew and to my dismay they have "Dad" on the front…NOT What was advertised or what I selected" I have been back and forth with Lily Chesca by email about this and she has not addressed how I can get a refund or replacement for these two pillows. She only has addressed my feedback about the poor quality of the pillows. So disappointed there are so many other reputable and quality sites don't waste your money or time…. Lily Chesca SHAME! I added the pillows but you cannot see the Dad across the chest in the photos

This was a terrible experience from the beginning. The product was supposed to be here before Christmas and it is Feb and I still don't have it. Customer service provides no value or real support. They also will not refund me so I have no product and I'm out $100.

My sisters dog passed and wanted to get her a blanket with his picture on it. It did take awhile to ship but the quality was not as advertised and he was RED not brown as a German Shepard should be, making him look very cartoonish. Was so excited to get her something special :( CUSTOMER Service was also TERRIBLE! GO somewhere else.
I ordered this as a Christmas gift and it took 3 mos. It was terrible--looked like a cartoon dog and was not the picture of my dear friend's pet. Horrible quality.
In mid-December 2020, I ordered a blanket with a picture of my recently deceased dog on it and at the top of the blanket was supposed to state "Our Good Boy, Forever". I was expecting it to come in around New Years Day, but it didn't arrive until mid-January. When I opened the package and looked at the blanket, my dog's face was there but no text at the top. I waited almost a month to receive a blanket that wasn't even finished. I contacted their customer service about the unfinished product and that I wanted a complete refund because I didn't get a complete product. They first apologized and offered me a 10% refund. TEN PERCENT! I emailed them back and said that wasn't good enough. They brought it up to 15%. What a joke. The emails went back and forth until they got up to 25%. I have lost my patience with this company. Incompetent and careless. I understand mistakes happen, but own your mistakes and do your customers right. Look at the photo and you will understand. DO NOT USE THEM. Use a local business, that way the person performing the work can ask questions about the product and double check their work.

Going through Customer Service to get help is a waste of time. They put you through the ringer without solving any issues. Jimmy, Customer Service Representative, asked me to send the photo of the product received and will offer a solution: 1)The first offer was a $5 compensation, 2) The second offer was to remake the blanket at half price and we will send it out for free. 3) The third offer was to remake the blanket for $20 and we will send it out for free. I do not know how many times I have made it clear to Jimmy, but this gift was a blanket of my late cat and they did not do her justice. Let alone could not make her the proper color. I told Jimmy that his company will remake the blanket of free of charge or give me a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere. I was able to have the blanket remade and could approve the renderings before the blanket was sent out. I sent a new picture so there was no confusion of what color my cat was. After days of waiting, no changes were made and the blanket was sent out again without my approval of the renderings. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager and Jimmy would not give me the contact information, I am disappointing with this company and will fight for the full refund.

I do not recommend getting a customized blanket from this company. You will notice that they are highly rated, but you will only see the good reviews on their website. Do your research before purchasing anything from this company. I am absolutely appalled.

Where do I begin? It took almost 2 months for my puzzle to get delivered, it isn't even the picture I chose, I have NO IDEA how they got the pictures they did use, it came in the flimsiest plastic Tupperware container it seems the could find, no box with the picture on it to guide, should I continue? What an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Customer service was poor, lead time was awful, but the product did eventually arrive and the quality was good. The image on the blanket looked really good. The printing looked less durable, but time will tell.
My daughter ordered a blanket for my wife (her stepmom) for Mother's Day 2020. The order was placed on 5/3/2020. On 5/6 the order was supposedly sent to the carrier. When tracking, the carrier (USPS) says "Label Created, not yet in system." I Emailed their customer service on 5/22 with my concerns. They replied on 5/26 telling me that it shipped on 5/7 but then they also said that "this tracking number seems to be wrong" and asked me to "please be patient" and "wait for the answer." I replied back again that same day, 5/26, and they replied on 5/29 that they "will reply as soon as we receive the reply" from their logistics staff. I emailed again on 6/2 and again on 6/3 and did not receive any replies until finally receiving another one - after leaving this and other similar reviews - that it had shipped. It arrived on 6/9/20.
I have been waiting 4 weeks for my order for fathers day so the kids can give their Dad a photo blanket and photo pillow of our beloved dog who passed. I thought that this was an Australian company given the name expecting quality and fast delivery as I paid the extra, it turns out the product is made in China and has been sitting in Sydney only 2 hours away for over a week. I am nervous to receive the items if I do at all due to these legit reviews unlike the site. Shouldnt there be some law against this? 0 star if I could - I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE
