Our family scheduled a carriage ride in Philly, only to find out after the departure time it had been cancelled due to heat. We immediately attempted to contact the company, but learned (after repeatedly asking) they don't have a customer service phone number - only a chat which took an incredibly long time to complete, with still no resolution. Eventually, an email was sent by them, to which we attempted to forward a copy of the cancellation notice -- but instead got the message, "This email is no longer in service!" It's now been 7 days and we still don't have a refund... only "Thank you for your patience. We're trying..." They most definitely did not have trouble TAKING our money - just now don't seem to be "able" to REFUND it... and it is not our fault the tour was cancelled. We will NEVER be using GetYourGuide again!
I purchased 2 months ahead tickets to tour the Alhambra in Granada IN THE MORNING when temperatures are lower. My party of 8 has 4 senior citizens. I paid extra $500 to go in a super small group tour. I emailed the company twice to confirm the plans prior to arrival in Spain. We arrived on time to find our names were not in the list. Given no option we took the afternoon tour. Also we were not informed that we were given your with castle tour at the end. We left early as our private car was set to leave at 4:30 pm and hear was terrible so we missed castle tour. No contact by Get Yiur Guide about their error. Please don't use this third party provider. Contact the local tour operators directly if possible.
We travelled as a transfer from Porto to Lisbon. It was all just perfect the driver/guide was just great interesting and helpful.We stopped at three cities all very different.A great way to get from one place to another. Certainly use you again if the situation requires.Better than spending the day in an airport.
This was a great option. Guide Sonny was excellent and friendly. The boat staff were also great at their duties. They kept us refreshed with drinks and snacks. Would definitely do again with the group.
With this post I would like to warn potential customers of GetYourGuide. I would definitely not recommend booking with them but highly recommend to find another company to book your trips with.
GetYourGuide has the worst customer service. If you really need something they don't care about you. They only care as long as you don't ask them for something. They only act for their own benefits and are not happy to come up with customer friendly solutions if you've got a problem concerning the booked tour.

I love getyourguide because all the information of everything that the tickets include, and do not include, is always very clear. Also always show the name of the provider in case you want to ask any questions. I have used getyourguide in Italy, Greece and Spain and it has always been a great experience
If you are planning a trip to Mykonos, Greece, and looking for a walking tour, please DO NOT book the Mykonos Walking Tour offered by Get Your Guide. A complete waste of $37.00 pp! The tour was supposed to be 3 hours but lasted 2 hours tops. When complaining we were told that the 3 hours included the transfers which was in fact 10 minutes. The content of the tour was very, very mediocre and what we learned we could have found on Google in 15 minutes. The only reason that I have given this tour a one star rating is that the guide was sweet. This tour should either be discontinued or offered as a Free Walking Tour. Unfortunately the company was not prepared to work with us in any form or manner to please their customer and thus my negative review. Extremely disappointing!

The organization cancelled valid e-tickets on me 1,5 day before the visit, 2 days after they confirmed them to me and I paid the full amount. No explanation, just cancelled and did not. Offer a valid alternative. Ruined my trip. Completely untrustworthy. CG.

I booked a tour for the El Yunque Rainforest through GetYourGuide and I must say this is such a terrible experience. They allow you to book the tour but neglect to inform you that it's a Drive In tour. I received a text message from the tour guide at 9 PM informing me we need our own car. I went to the app to see where this was stated. I had to scroll down and select not included to find this information. It was not boldly advertised. This is troubling because I booked in the morning and they waited until the cancellation window to pass to give me full details. It's theft, dishonesty and all of the above. I will never book through this platform and will be sure to spread the message on my social media about their con ways.

Don't book ahead. If you suddenly get Covid19,24 hours before your tour starts, you won't get a refund. We are out over $300 for a bus tour in Dover, Canterbury and Kent area. Very disappointed in their business ethics.
