Boat left late from Mykons to Delos. At the island we choose the English tour but the guide was keep translating in Spanish which after a while was a bit annoying. Boat to come back left earlier from the departure time. On the boat no windows allowed open and the A/C was just blowing warm air. With the masks on was hard to breath as it was too hot.
Delos was nice. Trip should be 1h longer so you have enough time to climb the mountain and return.
We did the grand canyon west and hoover dam and skywalk... totally AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Oir tour guide Jason and driver Lorena were outstanding. Very funny and very informative. They kept us going on the bus there and back. Made the trip seem shorter. This is a must do trip when in Vegas
Update: contacted me, said not their fault and refused to return the money saying I'm supposed to reschedule. I do not want to have anything with their so called partner which is SCAM business, just like this app. I do not need their services. And I do not reside in FL or Columbia.
SCAM! Took my money, gave me a Columban number while I was in Florida and requested FL service. When I called the number, there was a recording in spanish, nobody picked up the phone. I demanded money back and there's only chat option on this app. Their rep tells me they won't return the money and they do not know why their "partner" is not responding. SCAM!
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, terrible customer service and communication. NEVER use this company! They will do nothing to solve a problem and a refund? Forget about it! Slimy, slimy organization. I'll never use OR recommend again. We called to cancel two tours. The operator only cancelled one, so as a result, we ended being charged! Their fault, their mistake! Will not refund the money or admit fault.! DO NOT USE!

I had a problem to get in time to my tour, and after talking on the phone with the customer service, they managed to fix the same tour for the next day. They were very helpful. As for the tour, excellent.
The guide was so nice, got treats for us. Patient in waiting for us and making sure that we are all together during the hike. While in the. Cruise if we are able to see some sceneries he will tell us about it so we won't miss it. We are satisfied with our guide, he was friendly and concerned about us all through out. 2 concert tickets and 2 vienna passcard through the site without any problems. From the payment process to the delivery everything was very nice. Meeting point specified at the event. It needs to be updated..
We bought a ticket (worth more than 1K), but changed our mind and wanted to reshedule. But company said they can't reshedule as we bought "non-refundable ticket". We didn't ask refund but wanted to get another date. It is a shame that they refused. Buyers be aware. Don't buy ticket from this website or app. Another sellers are happy to reschedule the date with no question.
Went on Montmarte Food Tour….guide was lovely but issue was the food poisoning that set in 6 hours post tour.
All three in the party were bed and bathroom ridden dor 24 hours…even missing New Years!
Requested refund and was denied with company citing their 24 hour cancellation policy….had I been able,to see into the future 24 hrs we most certainly would not have gone on the tour to begin with.
Left messages on companies social media accounts only to have them deleted….and emails go arou d in circles about the 24 hour advance notice to cancel tour….I am not trying to cancel and I know we went on the tour….it is a refund for the violent poisoning that I am looking for.

It was absolutely pleasure. Our driver was really friendly and he explained us a lot about wine and country. The tour was amazing with tasting and lunch was very delicious and beautiful. It was one of the best of our life's. Thank you and thank you. Definitely will recommending.
Very disappointed. The unpleasant staff was unwilling to solve our problem. Even though we departed 2 hours in advance to arrive to Colosseum in time, there was a technical issue with metro A and the whole line was out of order. So for the problem which wasn't even our fault we weren't able to get there on time. We were 10 minutes late and nobody was willing to wait for us or reschedule the entry for later thus we needed to buy an another ticket. The QR code that was provided by get your guide couldn't be used as an entry ticket without the presence of the guide therefore it was useless to us. Furthermore the company refused to pay us a refund. Very unpleasant situation with horrible attitude of the company. When calling to the help desk and asking for instructions, the help desk officer laughed in our face and satirically told us to hurry up as we wont see the colosseum nor the money if we don't get there in time. I will never buy tickets from here. I do NOT recommend this website.

If you use Get Your Guide be sure to verify you are getting a bonafide experienced guide and not simply a driver. In our recent experience in Switzerland we paid over 900 euros and did not receive the value we expected.
Whenever I'm looking for a tour or a new experience, Get Your Guide is one of my go-to resources. Especially now post COVID, I really love the option to have a private tour so we can be away from the crowds. It takes a lot of the guess work out and is often the perfect way to start a vacation in a new city. Some of the vendors may be a bit hit or miss but I always do a bit of digging first and have so far never been disappointed.
This afternoon, I booked a tour of Valencia the booking was accepted and my American Express Card was debited for 90. At 23h, I received a phone call from New York, for which I will pay. Telling me the tour was cancelled. Notwithstanding the fact that we had already made our plans to travel from Madrid to Toledo tomorrow, no alternatives were proposed. No proof of cancellation was offered.
All I want is the tour that I booked with getyourguide not Lokafy the company in NYC to whom you subcontract your Toledo guided tours.
This is not satisfactory.

I booked a tour of Chobe National park for August 29. The payment was processed and the trip itself was good. However, a few days later a charge to my credit card for $550. Appeared. Upon trying to get the charge removed the company has been very uncooperative. They have not told me what the charge is and now want me to go the the police and make a report. I am thinking the company is dishonest. I only booked the one tour and I so disappointed in the company. Sad that you cannot trust them.
