G FUEL

My husband and I are always on the go especially with our soon to be 2 year old! We were avid coffee drinkers everyday but the added sugar eventually slowed us down causing us to crash and gain weight. One week on the starter kit my energy went up while my weight started to go down. I stopped coffee and sugary drinks altogether. Not to mention the focus it gave us at our jobs now makes it an essential part of our day! I have 5 tubs ordered already plus too starter kits for friends and family! Really awesome natural product!

Love energy drinks but this one is my favourite. Gives me the kick I need in the morning or right before a gaming session and it always tastes incredible. They have the widest variety of flavours I have ever seen for an energy drink and so far every flavour I have tried actually tastes like what it's advertised as on the tub. Highly recommend.

As a full time youth pastor, father of 2 kids under the age of 3, and a lover of COD. G FUEL has become the only energy drink I use anymore! The focus blend really does wake up my brain and helps me make better decisions faster. And each flavor has been phenomenal! If you are drinking any other energy drink, make the switch! It is quite literally life changing!

I used to drink energy drinks. Probably one every other day at least. Every time I drank one I always had this voice in the back of my mind telling me, "this stuff is bad for you". I remembered seeing G Fuel sponsor some of my favorite streamers, so I decided to give it a try. Long story short, I haven't had an energy drink in months. G Fuel is a great company with an even better product. The personal connection they've built with their consumers is something to be admired. I can't wait to see what they do next.

Very nice and tasty alternative to all those energy drinks full of sugar. I wish the delivery was a bit cheaper to Europe or they would sell it in the supermarkets as they do in USA. Maybe an idea for the future? ;)

Shipping takes up to 5 days not longer in my experience. The product has been always packed well. G Fuel cares about you, so you will receive only the best.

Customer support is also very good. G Fuel doesn't take long to help you in a time of need.

Great product, but terrible customer service. My product never arrived, and their customer service didn't even say "we're sorry." Forget a refund, they didn't even care. No sorry to hear that, sorry you think it didn't arrive, no sorry of any kind. Just, our records indicate it did so go follow-up with your postal service.

Ordered off Amazon instead of their website and had 0 problems. Would not recommend ordering from their website or trying any of their sales/deals. Just order from Amazon if you reliably want the product, because their customer service could care less.

Great way to start the day! Also affordable! I used to drink red bulls and other expensive and unhealthy energy drinks, but they always made me feel sluggish and I'd crash hard. G-Fuel gets me through a full 10 hour work shift and some and I don't just crash afterwards. Thank you!

I absolutely love G Fuel. I used to be terrible about drinking too much soda or energy drinks, because I never liked coffee or tea but I really needed an extra boost in the morning or when gaming. But my husband recommended I try G Fuel as a replacement because it tastes great, it's sugar free, it gives you energy, and you don't feel gross afterwards. He was right. And since I cut out all that extra sugar, I lost 10 pounds just making a simple switch. I don't feel the craving for sugar anymore, so I just have my G Fuel in the morning and water after that. Works for me!

I buy from them because I truly enjoy the products. Good drinks and cups. The actual company though is iffy from what I've experienced, bad customer service and my orders always come pretty beat up and badly packed.

As I continue my business with gfuel I've come to understand how much I was spending on other energy drinks. There are so many options to choose from could never get tired of trying them all, and maybe one day showing off my collection of shaker cups

I purchased a starter kit several months ago and never received my sample packs. After several attempts in emailing customer service regarding this issue I have given up since no one seems to care about it. I sent pictures of packaging as requested but no one ever got back to me. Buyer beware if you try to contact them expect no communication. I will admit customer service aside their products are great. Cotton candy is a must!

I've made quite a few purchases from the G-fuel's website. However, the shipping option (as in the only one) for international parcels does not allow for complete tracking, which makes it easier for it to be stolen by my country's post office workers. (out of 7 purchases, only 3 ever arrived at my house) while buying from other websites, like bodybuilding.com, offer a better and more reliable service.

The customer service is also lacking, as they usually reply to messages very dismissively, like their international clients are not valuable.

In general, I always make purchases on this website with some remorse.

Recently started buying gfuel early this December because of my energy drink addiction glad I made the switch taste much better much healthier went from buying a starter pack to having 4 tubs in a few weeks just a little while for shipping waits occasionally but besides that very impressed keep up the good work gfuel!

I like it, it taste good for the price and there is a large choice, but the shipping fee are ridiculous... more or less 1/3 of what you pay (if you leave outside US). They need to create a warehouse asap in EU...

So over all the products taste amazing and the estimated shipping time is double of what the package actually takes to be delivered. I would order something new every month but the product cost plus the high shipping costs for a European customer really ruin the fun when ordering GFuel. I hope they open up a facility in Europe than I am willing to give 5 stars

I've ordered G-Fuel a few times now. I enjoy all the different flavors you can choose from. I've also got each of the Pew Die Pie shakers! Nothing else on the market can compare to the product that G-Fuel delivers. As much as I would recommend G-Fuel to friends and family, I do feel as though orders over $50 should have free shipping. Tubs are $35 each not including tax. Ordering two tubs is pushing close to $100 with tax and shipping. I would definitely be willing to order more product if they introduced a free shipping incentive. *Picture missing black PDP shaker and Watermelon tub*

After ordering 3 separate times, and only receiving one of the orders, i can not recommend staying away from this company enough. $110, and 3 months into this fiasco, they still deny my refund. Thanks gfuel

I love your product and honestly would buy more of it if it was financially viable.

My issue is that shipping is expensive and takes forever, so I only purchase once in a while. If you guys ever get better shipping to Canada I'm sure you can count on more business from me and a number of people I know are interstellar but turned off by the overall costs.

I have been trying for the past three days through phone and email to get in touch with customer service to cancel an order with no success. Why is this not simply a feature of the website or app? Why does no one pick up their phone or return emails at this business?

Absolutely awful customer service. My package stopped receiving updates 42 days after arriving in my country - contacted support asking where it was, they said they didn't know 'but it's still marked as shipping'. Finally after 51 DAYS after purchasing, I asked for a refund and got no response from GFuel Customer Service. Attempted to tweet them and the CEO and got ignored there too.

It is sad for a reputable company to have such terrible customer service in the face of an issue. When everything goes smoothly, GFuel is good. But the minute there's an issue, expect 0 assistance from their support time.

I have bought about 5 different shaker kits and got a few for free through Theta. I love the flavors like Tropical Rain, CLICKBAIT, Bahama Mama, and Black on Blackberry. After 6 months of just normal use the lids start falling apart. The lids are made really cheap so they break easily. I have added a picture to show where they break. It feels like its like glued or has a very thin plastic so it will break after a while on purpose. I kind of feel scammed by this. I do not recommend buying shakers from them until they fix their lid issue. I already had to throw out a few shakers because of it and I won't be buying anymore of their product until they fix it.

Terrible service - twice we have ordered Gfuel and it hasn't been delivered. First time they refunded us fully, but second time they charged us for the delivery (which isn't cheap to Asia). There was no attempted delivery note or email. They said it was their "policy" to keep the delivery cost and that we should have kept checking the tracking link ourselves over the 3 month period (?). Very poor company ethics - not a good sign for the rest of their operation.
