I placed an order on 2/1/25. As of 2/7/25, the website continues to say my order is "being processed." The phone number on the website does not work except I got through one time (out of at least 20 calls). I left a voicemail message which call was not returned. I have emailed through the website multiple times. Again, no response. I have even sent a message through Facebook, however, according to their FAQ, the only way to cancel the order is by calling. I have experienced horrible customer service and will never shop with this company. EVER. I am listing the "date of experience" as today but this has been going on for days.
