These masks have glowing reviews, i purchased 3,3 packs. Good price. I received them in a timely manner and was excited to try. After washing them in w/d like all my other clothing they shrunk a bit. I have contacted customer service three times, and still zero response. Like, not even an acknowledgement that they received my message. They are very good at bombarding me with daily marketing messages, though. So, if that's what you're looking for-- this is your place!

She's kinda "passionate" for beauty care products that she can't seem to let go of them no matter what time or place. Needless to say, she was very happy with the gift! Ordered several things from Kitsch, including two(2) king size pillow cases in the color of charcoal. Was most certainly billed for everything but only received one(1) of the pillowcases(picture included). For almost two weeks I have tried numerous times from emails to phone calls and there is absolutely no customer service! I mean absolutely no one to talk to and not even a reply to any of my emails. Kitsch, where is your customer service? Can anyone assist me on a pillowcase I paid for but never received?

Be careful ordering because if you have an issue, there isn't anyone to help resolve it.

Terrible customer service. Slow response time with issue we had with order. When they finally did respond they offered ZERO help to resolve problem. First time ordering from this company and it will be my last. Wish I had read the reviews prior. Have not yet received my order so I can't speak to the quality but it won't matter b/c if company customer service stinks then I won't support it.

I placed an order, after 10 days was advised they had a failed delivery attempt even though I was home all day and had no missed call.
Kitsch advised my order was actually lost and asked if I would like a refund. I replied yes then received no further replies.
Next day I had an email to say my order was on the way - again!
Since then I have received zero replies to whether the items will be delivered it's been 2 weeks now, or if I will get a refund - instead they have just ignored me.

I bought a birthday present for a family member and when the box arrived I thought it was a bit light, when I opened it, it had the receipt and a booklet about the product but NO product?!? I was shocked and immediately sent 2 emails one about the empty box and one with a photo of the empty box, no reply at all. However when I was looking on there website to find out how to contact them, they immediately sent me a message saying « they could see I was checking them out »!

These are awful. They look like loose cloth baby diapers immediately after washing (by hand, in cold water). It's very clear that people are being incentivized to flood the internet with good reviews. They're thick, heavy cotton, that turns into a loose rectangle once you wash. They end up looking nothing like what you see in their photos. You can't actually scrunch the sides. Complaints get deleted from their Instagram. Notice there's hardly anything but 5 and 1 star reviews? What a scam, especially because it's something you can't return.

Much better quality than hair wraps I've had in the past. I've washed mine and it comes out looking brand new every time :) I probably should've gotten a different color since I use purple shampoo and conditioner, but I haven't noticed any stains so far!

This is my first experience purchasing from their website, I bought two packs of their face masks which being promoted everywhere by various influencers. I thought it would be safe and legit to order since I know Ulta and other places carry Kitsch. However, it's been almost 4 weeks I have yet to receive my package. Contacted UPS (since the estimated delivery date had passed by 3 days and no updates had been made) which informed me to contact the company. I reached out to them via telephone (states to leave a VM so I did- no return call), e-mail twice (no response), and through Instagram comments to which they said to DM them so I did and guess what... no reply! They may have cute products but they're 100% not trustworthy and this whole process has been a pain. Completely disappointed that I even fell for this scam... also check their Instagram comments tons of people experiencing the same things (they also delete/hide half their comments though, if that's not already a red flag)

Good, Eco Friendly products provided by Kitsch. I really love their Cotton Face Masks collections. They are super comfortable to wear and safe as well. Material is also nice. Affordable prices. Also, various deals and discounts are available.
These hair ties are great colors and work well. I had an issue with my order and the company had it resolved within 30 minutes of my initial contact. Incredible customer service, nice product, would recommend.

I was very excited to try this product. I even was put on a wait list for the sample pack. (6) 2 soaps, 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners I couldn't believe my eyes when they arrived, they were smaller than a wax cube for my wax burner.
Not too mention, after just one use, it was half way gone. You have to really work it to get any lather. Nothing like what I read from the reviews.
And I lost a lot of hair trying to use the conditioner.
Very disappointing. And definitely not worth the time or money. I'll take a hard pass.

That the sample package is by far so small, not even worth trying.

This is an amazing company with truly great customer service. There was a bit of a glitch in timing of delivery of masks - this global pandemic has created so many problems for us all - but this small woman-run company stepped up to help me get the masks I needed 2 days before a month long trip! Lovely people with good communication and willingness to provide a very good product in a tight situation. The masks are darling, fit well and I will enjoy wearing them. Placed an order a month ago, they don't respond to emails about status. Finally I received a shipped confirmation number but when I tracked it online it turns out it still hasn't been shipped (tracking number was created over a week ago). Scam!
Edit: I definitely thought this was a fake Instagram company, but after some time I was finally able to get someone to email me back. They were very kind and they did resolve my issue.

Hi I'm Alex I just received my masks order This afternoon, the shipping was quicker than I expected but 3 out of my 6 masks are extra small. It would fit a child, it's totally disproportional from the other ones. I'm a pharmacy technician & I was thrilled of the price but truly disappointed with the size of them. I won't recommend anyone else to buy because of the sizing it's too different.

I placed an order 8-18. Tracking said it would be delivered today by 8pm. It's after 8 and it shows my package is about 10 hours away. I also received a generic email. Don't chance ordering from them.

My order took almost a month to arrive. I had to rebuy from another place instead as it was meant to be a gift and that was a 3 day delivery! I have returned this item and have received negative response from seller because I registered a dispute with my VISA for a refund. I chose this company because it was female run. Even though I requested to return this item, the seller asked me again whether or not I wanted to return the parcel - ignoring my first request. The event came and went! I no longer needed the items. What proceeded was a series of responses on how I returned the item incorrectly. All emails were sent to VISA. It does not take a month to send a parcel of two small brushes from the US to Canada. Lesson learned - Buy local.

It would have been helpful to know that it was going to take almost a month to receive the parcel. The parcel wasn't picked up for 3 days after order was made. Then it sat in LA for 18 days. Snail mail would have been quicker.

So I placed my first order and received the rice shampoo and conditioner. I was very nervous. The products were awesome! The only thing that is hard for me transitioning over was the smell of my hair. The product is not that smelly. I placed a second order to try some other one and the are awesome just wish it had more of a smell. My hair is growing back after losing a lot of it to a thyroid issue. Definitely a long term customer! My siblings have placed orders as well! I love the way my hair feels now! Just really wish they had more of a smell to the shampoo and conditioner. I love the caddy! They have other awesome products like the towel head wrap and the bobby-pins are nice and sturdy!
I had ordered 3 packs of the 3pc sets and one pack of the disposable masks. I ordered two separate times and they said they couldn't put them in the same package when i emailed them. They then sent it in only one and so i was then charged for two packages instead of one. They also gave me a wrong set of masks that i had not ordered and on the receipt it shows what i ordered and they had not given me one of the packs. I emailed them twice and they did not answer and it has been over 24 hours. They have horrible communication and understanding but their masks are good. They are definitely on the smaller side. Would recommend buying in person so they don't make mistakes and charge extra.

Spent $70 on masks and accessories and hadn't seen any update, not even processed or shipped out in a week. Literally just wanted to check on my order, see if I did anything wrong Or if it was just delays in general so I commented on their IG page about it. They commented back "dm sent" and when I checked my DMs they sent a FAQ link that didn't even answer my problem and when I tried to ask specifically about my order they just left me on read so thx get a better team at the least

This was my first experience with Kitsch. I figured they were legit because Shopbop carries their products & I've never had any issues with Shopbop.
I wanted to order some face masks that they had for pre-order. I totally understand that during these times delays or mix-ups happen and I'm not here to complain about that.
The website said the masks would be shipping on May 22, but May 22 came and went and I didn't receive any updates on my order. I figured there was just a delay (especially considering I ordered masks which are high in demand) and sometimes that just happens with pre-orders and stuff. But a couple of days passed and I noticed that my card was charged, but I still had not received a shipping confirmation or ANY updates. So I went on their site and tried the customer service chat and got no response. I went back the next day and still didn't receive a response. Then I tried emailing and I didn't receive anything so I tried Instagram which they responded pretty quickly saying there was nothing to worry about and it was just a delay. I eventually got an email (that conflicted with the Instagram response) saying my items were now out of stock and would ship later in June...
The bottom line is that it seems that their internal system seems a little off (I got conflicting messages...) and their customer service is not that great they respond very slowly and don't give tangible steps to help resolve issues.
I wouldn't risk it if you want to purchase their products buy it from another retailer.
UPDATE: Received productsthey are great quality and they are my favorite masks! Unfortunately, since they are a newer and smaller company, customer service is just not that great... Hopefully they will only get better.
