Terrible company. I ordered two different gifts for same person. They were out of both. Ended up sending same gift twice to person instead and refused to make it right. Very disappointing. Waste of money.
God is your judge. Figure out who in your company is lying to you and discipline them!
Do not insinuate that the client is somehow trying to steal FLOWERS from you, and falsify what happened to try cover up poor service!
Just identify your internal issues and fix them!
Terrible service! I ordered a balloon bouquet. The day AFTER it was to be delivered I received an email stating that the delivery was not made! I contacted customer service and they said they don't deliver in the area. When asked why they didn't call, text or email me to let me know they only said they were sorry and offered me 10% off my next order. I will never order from them again!
After seeing so many bad reviews, I almost consider this company as a fake one and plan to ask for a refund for my order from US to Norway. However it turns out that the flowers I ordered are delivered on time with good quality!
Order # ******* was delivered to us on 2/5 but the box was not put in the right position which caused the cheese cake to loose its shape and crumble. We would like to request a refund as the presentation of the cake was horrible due to the placement of the package. Please confirm that the refund is processed
I was a little nervous about the balloons I had ordered because I didn't read any reviews until after the order had been placed. My balloons showed up on time as promised and looked great! I did find it odd that the phone number didn't reach anyone, but they did respond quickly via email when I had a question.
I sent an email first to see if they could do balloon delivery to specific place and day. Sent back email saying yes and to order online. I did this. They processed my payment of over 120 dollars for 2 bunches of balloons I wanted to send to my twin nieces for their first birthday! They are in Canada I am in Australia. Then 3 different people sent 3 emails saying they could not do balloons but can do flowers! What a bunch of knobs! I wanted balloons! Then order is cancelled... but they charged me to cancel, when they were not able to fill the order! Like to shove the balloons up their a*s! Wish I had looked at these reviews first! You dodgy bastards better not mess with me! Yes, I am pissed right off! NO stars from me!
Don't order anything from this website because you will get embarrassed, frustrated, and lose your money. I ordered a gift set from them for one of my friends' BD, and not only did he never get the package, they even did not communicate with us regarding not delivery. I contacted them twice via live chat, and both of the representatives were so rude and took a lot of time to respond. One of them left before we finished the discussion. They told me that they sent me an email, and they left the person a voice message, but none of them was correct. They also did not refund me that I had to report to my CC company, and the bank disputed the charge!
An absolutely horrible, unreliable company! Don't use them! I ordered balloons to be delivered to my daughter at her first birthday away at college and they never were delivered! Never notified me of a problem either. Absolutely horrific! I don't know how their in business!
We run a gift business, and Giftblooms have stolen our images and resell our products at vastly inflated prices. We've asked them to stop this many times but they have not responded. We no longer fulfill orders from them but they still persist, placing orders in breach of our terms and conditions - they do not care about the customer at all.
My mom in Colombia wanted to give me a gift for my birthday on May 4, I bought a cake with you to be delivered to my house in Australia, which never came, on May 11, after making several complaints with my brother and for my part without receiving a response, I managed to contact customer service through facebook, request the refund of the money because we no longer wanted anything, and although they returned the cost of the cake they did not return 18.68 AUS extra that my mom paid for the Shipping. Two minutes after realizing this, I wrote to them again and they did not answer me again. In addition, the service is very poor, poor customer service, they never respond or send emails with only one image, where one cannot open them.
It really is a scam that they play with the money of the clients

Ordered birthday gift for my son living overseas for same day delivery. Three hours later received an email that it couldn't be delivered until a week later - seriously?

Flowers did not compare to what I ordered! Very disappointed! It wasn't full. Flowers were limp. There was no pinecones for Christmas festivity! Will never use again!
I will never use Giftbloom again. No communication at all. Not even confirmation that my order had been placed. Happy to take your money though. They should be embarrassed with there service. I can't believe they can get away with it.
I ordered a bouquet flower for my fiance two days ahead(maybe even one day and half before). Although, their security requirements after finishing the purchase process, like; sending credit card and driver license pictures is weird but they are really understanding.it took me one day more to convince and prove them I am not a cheater but they make it up well and sending it the same day of his birthday just in few hours. The flowers were fresh. I suggest you if you have any problem after purchasing just contact live message through website, It was the thing helped me because she is online and helpful person.

Giftblooms is a completely non reputable company! I ordered a balloon bouquet to be sent to my son's school for his birthday. They specifically state that orders placed to be delivered to schools will be sent by 2:30. They obviously don't understand the concept of people needing their birthday bouquets sent on the actual birthday. They asked me if it would be okay if it was sent the day after my son's birthday! They are a scam company, and have no business accepting orders or taking people's money! Zero stars!
I ordered from Germany for a birthday cake for my daughter for the Philippines. First, it did not arrive. Second, they said they have sent me an email - i didn't receive it. Third, someone chatted with me online and promised the refund to be in my bank in 5 working days. Three weeks later, money still hasn't arrived. Wrote another email and i mentioned that from the reviews i read, most request for refunds are not returned back. Next email i received: My letter is "undeliverable" because Giftblooms has rejected it.!?"=§)$($/ &% No words... just no words... pure scam, no business ethics at all.
I ordered some Get Well Balloons from GiftBlooms last night. The delivery charge was exorbitant (~$24) plus an undisclosed payment facilitation fee of $3 was charged. Today I received an email in poorly written English saying my order was on hold and that another $15 was payable because the delivery location was a long way from their agent. I know this to be false so I have requested that they cancel the order and refund my payment. I shall also be reporting them to my creditcard company. I think it is a scam. The website looked legitimate, but there is definitely something wrong here.
I ordered my father a birthday package on 12/20. The estimated delivery said 2-5 days. Today is the 29th and my order has STILL not been shipped out yet nor is anyone from customer service responding.
This company is a sham! I ordered what was described as a Cute Happy Birthday bouquet which was supposedly to contain 6 Mylar balloons & 6 helium with happy birthday printed on them then I added a large plush bear to the presentation. So what actually arrived to my daughter for her 21st birthday at college was 6 star shaped balloons which were under inflated and a small bear attached - unbelievable! Such a sad bouquet - I was definitely scammed & when I submitted my complaint they thought a $20 refund was enough! Not sure who runs this company but for sure do not order anything from them - move along & look for another site - gift loons couldn't care less than they already do - they should be ashamed, I know they are not & clearly they never will be…… put your energy elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.
