I wish I had read reviews before using this company. They emailed the afternoon of the day a balloon bouquet should have been delivered to advise that it could not be delivered for several days. As it was a birthday surprise- a couple days later simply doesn't work. And of course there is not a human you can talk to NEVER use this company. I doubt they will cancel and get a refund as requested per their "support" email. Horrible.

Do not ever use GiftBlooms. First, they notified me too late that my order was out of stock so I had to replace the original order with a different item. Second, my order was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago but it hasn't been delivered. I emailed their support team requesting that I would like to cancel and receive a refund but no-one has responded to me yet.
At this point, my friend's birthday was almost a week ago.

Very disappointed in the Rip-off company GiftBlooms! I ordered a chocolate cake to be delivered during the Virus for my wife's birthday. I am a senior, so I was willing to pay extra to not leave the house during the Pandemic. I assumed that I would get a high quality cake for $71.28. Well, they also charged $33.32 for shipping and then charged another $3.57 for a "Payment Processor" fee for a total of $108.17 for a bloody cake! So in the end the guy shows up with an ice cream cake (which my wife can't eat) from our local Dairy Queen here in Barrie, Ontario! I will never buy anything from this company again.

This is one of the worst merchants I have ever dealt with. I ordered some flowers for a friends birthday. After four days they still had not delivered the flowers so I contacted their customer service department but there was no response. So I then contacted my credit card company and had them reverse the charges. A few days later they finally delivered the flowers but more than two weeks late. In the meantime I had already sent another gift from a different company. Do not use GiftBlooms!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Friday, May 10. Not only did I never receive any flowers, they have ignored all of my emails trying to find out what happened. Of course, they charged my credit card for the flowers and have not reversed that. If there is any way you can order flowers without having to use this company, do so.

Item did not arrive. I ordered balloons to be delivered by christmas eve. No sign of them. They have no interest in sorting it out or offering a refund. They are a scam. Avoid if you do not want to lose money.

I've ordered a bouqet to my girlfriend. Two days before delivery they asked me for extra payment as a my "delivery location is very far", but it was wrong.
Finally, when the bouquet was delivered, there was no any rose in it!
I'm very dissatisfied with their service. NEVER use it to order a gifts for your loved ones!

Scam
August 12, 2021

I helped organise a delivery for an anniversary, it being on a Sunday this site seemed to be the only one that would deliver on the day. The delivery never showed up and the recipient was very disappointed and thought she had been forgotten about. Since we chose gift blooms it prevented us from finding an alternative that might have actually been better.

They have no phone number to call only chat bots and email addresses, I was told repeatedly that it was delivered. Then I was told to wait 24 while they got proof. The proof was them telling me again that it was delivered, with no actual proof. They then asked for more time, to tell me again that it was delivered. All the while I have my father who I arranged this for asking me every few hours if I've sorted out the $80 they essentially stole. We've had to chase this up with the bank, this website is a TOTAL SCAM stay far far away if you want to save your money and your sanity. Total crooks.

I ordered an $80 balloon bouquet for my son's 50th birthday. My order included six Mylar balloons along with six latex balloons, what he got was 2 Mylar balloons and the rest ALL pink latex balloons. My order looked nothing like the image that I purchased. Why they thought it was OK to send pink balloons to grow man is beyond me and they knew it was for a man because his name was clearly listed as the recipient. Don't bother with this company you'll be sadly disappointed if you do.

I ordered cake/rum and flowers for overseas delivery 1 week in advance. No cake. It took3 days to admit they did not deliver. I was told they will deliver cake soon. What does that mean? No phone contact No IM response just a posting days later on web site under order status. Dont waste your energy they are the worst ever. They did not even offer a refund. The worst ever!

Very late delivery

Flowers were ordered 2 days in advance of my sister's birthday and were delivered 2 days after her birthday. The company did nothing to even admit their wrong or offer anything because of this.

Scammers
December 27, 2016

Ordered my daughter and her family gold tin of cookies. They never got them but gift blooms took the money. What cheats. Plus my grandchildren were excited about the cookies coming. Way to break innocent hearts gift blooms. Shame on you.
You need to be charged for fraud

Please do not buy from this site. I didn't get my plant delivery on time. When it was delivered they left the plant outside the door what's even worse was it was the wrong plant. When I attempted to reach customer service they don't have a reliable way to connect with their clients. I got emails that stated I approved another plant which was a lie, one saying they won't give me my money back, and one telling me to return the ugly plant. They are such a rip off, please save your money and go to a more reliable site.

Still waiting

Horrible! Rude service, my package is over a week late. I was told the apartment number is missing but UPS states that they told These people immediately on 12/21, but I only got the request, by email, on 12/23 in the afternoon, and UPS didn't receive the info until today 12/27. Mind you they have my number and my fathers number, and i have been messaging DAILY asking where my order was. I was told this is my fault so nothing will be done about my possibly rotting package that is supposed to contain fresh fruit! $195 down the drain, and my fathers Birthday/Christmas gift is ruined.

I am not sure why this company continues to advertise in Australia - absolutely worst company i have ever come across. If you are determined to use them - please use PayPal so you can at least get a refund when you don't receive your order

Did not get what I ordered

I ordered a large bouquet for my sister's birthday party. I picked 2 colors to go with the theme. What I got was every color BUT the ones I ordered. It looked like a mish-mash of leftover balloons. The company did not apologize and only offered 10% off my next order. Like I would ever order from them again!

Excellent Cake Delivery

We would like to thank you a lot for such a rapid and accurate dispatch of our order! The cake was delivered in early morning to my sister and her husband, exactly as I asked in my note to the order. It made their day even more wonderful and sunny! The cake was excellent, the taste was precisely like they love.

Terrible company. I paid for a plant to be sent to my daughter for her birthday. Four days later, the plant is not yet delivered and they send me an email saying there was some glitch in their software and it forgot to charge me for shipping!

The worst flowers and delivery services

I wouldn't even give 1 star to that company because it's a complete fraud.
GiftBlooms charged me $20 for the same day delivery BUT the bouquet was delivered only 5 days later after multiple calls.
Attached is the "expected" 20 roses that has been ordered and "real" 4 roses - one dead that has been received.
GiftBlooms refused to return the money and offered to deliver 5 more roses a month later. I would even take the services for free.
