I've ordered a cake. I hear from them saying that the item was not delivered because they didn't find the address. Too my wonder, I placed an order for flowers just the previous day to the same address and that was delivered with no issue. The do not want to be responsible for the delivery of the product or anything as such one the amount is gets credited to them. Worst customer service ever, I have been exchanging emails with them for week and all they say is the address I have given is incorrect and there is no fault from their end and hence no refund.
This company had a problem uploading my photo to be put on a birthday cake, but at least they did deliver the cake--a day late because of their problems. But they did deliver and it was delicious.The champagne was on time. I am in the USA and the gifts went to the Netherlands. Another side I used for balloons charged me but did not deliver.
Do NOT order from this store. Anytime an online business makes it hard for you to contact them, take that as a warning sign. Do an online search for "giftblooms reviews" and you will see what I mean. They did not deliver my order then did not take steps to fix it. I had to track them down. I would avoid giftbloom at all costs.
I ordered a plant which was supposed to be same day delivery. They called saying they were out of that plant and offered a tacky dish garden as a substitute. When I declined they sent a money tree that they cut all the leaves off and called a bonsai 3 days later. When I complained, they kept saying it was escalated but no refund or plant replacement. They did give me a $5 off coupon in case I was ever mentally disturbed enough to order from them again. Coupon code FREQUENTS like they actually have any frequent shoppers. Total ripoff!
They couldn't deliver on my daughter's birthday and when gift came the next day, most of it had blown into side yard. Below see what she found on front porch and what was retrieved from neighbor's yard.
The necklace that was sent did not have what I requested and paid for, it did not have the appropriate birth stone for March (it has purple not aquamarine) and it was missing the inscription on the back as well as missing the card. In response a 20£ partial refund was offered which doesn't feel like much as the total cost was £47 and I don't feel like I got what I paid for. I'm left feeling very disappointed as the gift was meant to be for my nieces birthday.
I wanted to tell anyone that is thinking about ordering from this site, DO NOT. They were okay with taking my money. But when it was time to deliver they did not do that. I checked back on the website, the order was cancelled. Without even telling me or notifying me through my email or phone number. So I wanted to tell gift blooms, thank you, for having THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
And PS, I wrote this on their Facebook page, and of course they deleted it.
I ordered a birthday gift package online on 25th March 2022 from their website from Europe.The birthday gift package was for delivery in Texas USA. Only small flower bouquet was delivered that is also after I opened a case against Giftbloom through my PayPal. I got email saying delivery was done and I thought they delivered everything but no they didn't! I even closed the case in my Paypal account thinking they were good company. After my brother posted the gift sent by me, I realized they only delivered the flower minus large box of chocolate truffles and plus teddy bear. When I contacted regarding the order, no response. A single automated reply. They even try to falsify my order invoice.The mobile number doesn't work nor do they answer to queries. They only charged for the package and took away the money! No integrity, no customer service and no morals. I am going to file a case against this company.Don't use this company. Stay away!
Gift Blooms is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with! Poor service or no service, very poor contact person (chat), and total dissatisfaction with experience. I would not even give it a star but I have to! Please do not get taken as I did!
I ordered a balloon bouquet for my sick granddaughter to be delivered the same day. 2 1/2 hours later I received an email that they couldn't make the delivery date even though there was a message on the site that said I needed to order within 4 hours to receive same day. Waiting to hear back from them on getting a refund. Not the most responsive company I've worked with.
The cake I ordered was not delivered according to paid order.
After many contact attempts (mails, chat) without any response, finally someone answered in the chat, no excuse, no explanation and no willingness to solve the missing delivery. Very impolite attitude.
The person was only blaming the bakery.
In the end the cake was delivered, 8 days after the event and without a single word from Giftblooms.
Worst shopping experience and service ever, will never use Giftblooms NL again!
I placed an order from Australia to UK, and paid for next day delivery. The order was not delivered and when contacted customer care they started arguing with me saying that the next day delivery charges were for standard shipping. There is no sense in their argument and when I sent a screenshot of the bill, they started saying the delivey would be according to Australian time zone. I will never choose GiftBlooms again
I should've looked up reviews but I thought this was a local shop . I will say it did get there same day but what was advertised verse what was sent was a joke. I will add photos. I spent good money and this was worth half the price.
Had the worse experience with this company. Ordered balloons for my granddaughter a week before her birthday. Wasn't told until the day of her birthday that they don't have any balloons to send her. Tried all day to try and get them to deliver something else never heard from anyone until they said it was too late to send a replacement The most frustrating experience ever No customer service at all
I made an order 2 days beforehand and they charged my credit card but never made the delivery. I called them several times during the day and no response from them. They just kept telling me that they couldn't guarantee anything even though their site states a 100% guarantee! Let the buyer beware!
Placed an order to be delivered for Valentines for my daughter studying out of the country. They accepted n processed n charged my credit card. The night before delivery they emailed me that the order had been canceled due to no service in this location. At that time it was too late to find another company to place a new order. So was unable to surprise my daughter. Still waiting for refund on my credit card. Very unhappy customer. Unreliable company.
I ordered what I thought was a simple bouquet of balloons to be delivered to a hospital patient. I paid for preferred shipping. 2 days after the expected delivery date there was no delivery and no communication from the company about a delay. After issuing an inquiry, I received a reply that there is a delay (that was obvious!), and that the order would be delivered in a day or 2. Did I mention the balloons were going to someone in the hospital and timeliness is an issue? I cancelled the order and will never use this company. I understand circumstances can arise delaying an order; however, I find it highly unresponsive and unprofessional to not be proactive about communicating with a customer about such delays.

I ordered the baby girl balloon bouquet #*******. It was a day and a half late, deliverer was rude and the bouquet was NOT what I ordered. The latex balloons were oxidized like they were two days old, two balloons were busted, and whole bouquet was down right ugly! Deliverer shoved them through the door saying "it's late!".
