Horrible all way round!

I ordered the baby girl balloon bouquet #*******. It was a day and a half late, deliverer was rude and the bouquet was NOT what I ordered. The latex balloons were oxidized like they were two days old, two balloons were busted, and whole bouquet was down right ugly! Deliverer shoved them through the door saying "it's late!".

Fraudulent

Ordered sweets for my beloved. They could not provide and added extra fee. Tweeting at them once resulted in them blocking me. Paying that, they kept asking for extra fee, claiming not to receive money. Be warned! Made my purchase with paypal and was refunded my money. This store should not be available on paypal tho

Scam business

I paid for a cake to be delivered. 10 days passed the supposed delivery date I received an email saying the cake couldn't be delivered, they are refunding me 40 Euro but keeping the remaining 28 Euro for "processing fees". If you can't deliver, just refund me everything! It's not my fault you couldn't keep your end of the bargain.
Oooh and they gave me a 10% voucher... wooopeeedooo!
SCAMMERS!

I'm happy the service wasn't a scam like other reviews stated, but I definitely did not get the balloon bouquet I ordered. That made me really angry because I picked that bouquet for a reason, no grown man wants a bunch of heart balloons when I specifically put in the order that I wanted latex balloons. I paid too much for them to get the order wrong. I will not be ordering from this company again

Ordered a fruit basket. They ordered it from another on line site. It was a lesser basket. About 32% less. Paid USD 101. The basket they purchased to send was about USD 69. They claimed it was their delivery partner. The site denied any affiliation.
Better to make sure order from a site near you.

I had ordered cake for my husband on 02Apr2019 but till now they haven't delivered the cake nor the other item. There is no contact details also on the website.
Such a worst company I have ever seen in my life. They are fraud and cheaters. Not replying now.

I ordered a box of chocolates to be delivered on Valentine's Day. After completing the order an email advised me the charge was more than double what I was expecting. Upon review they post the final price at the very bottom of the web page below the button to complete order. The shipping charge was more than the cost of the object itself. Very unimpressed with this site and I will not be ordering from them again, I will advise others to do the same.

When I call them they said that they are unable to deliver it and the only option is after 5-6 days after the day of the requested delivery

The worst service, I ordered balloons for a friend's birthday and they "supposedly" delivered them 2 days earlier and this attempt to deliver was unsuccessful.
I asked why they were trying to deliver it earlier, and they told me they didn't have enough helium.
Don't recommend!

Don't order from this company. They will take your money and won't deliver your product or return your calls, emails or texts. I had to sic my credit card company on them to get my money back.
BOO! Shame on them. My brother was in the hospital. I wanted to cheer him up.

Buyer beware!

Ordered a birthday cake and get message saying it has been delivered but it obviously had not been as the recipient was in class at the alleged time of delivery. This company then provided an obviously fake POD signature and refused to follow up the matter, claimed DHL had delivered it. After much emailing they then said the delivery driver was trying to call recipients number but the number did not answer, then said the number was not correct. They then said the driver got someone on the phone who was not the recipient. They then said they got an answering machine but the number we gave them is a mobile.
They are obviously as dodgy as, do not trust them. Three weeks later, no cake and no refund, Paypal no help when i tried to get my money back.

I ordered on a Tuesday for flowers to be delivered on the Friday.
They never turned up.
Emailed GiftBloom and they said they'll look into it.
Then... Nothing...
I email them again... no response.
I email them a third time - all the while being very polite asking them to please deliver the flowers and to just explain to my friend that I had ordered them in plenty of time but they had not been able to deliver them.
Nothing...
Then I look in my husbands bank to see if the money has been refunded... yep!
OK, so they refunded BUT I didn't ask for or want a refund.
What I wanted my friend to have her flowers for her birthday.
I emailed them again to ask to please deliver the flowers - nope.
Now I know I got a refund however, I had asked her husband to keep her around the house so she would be there to receive them - and he did.
They are incredibly unprofessional and unreliable and I would encourage everyone to steer clear of them.

I ordered a gift from it and they give me available dates to delivery for anniversary and after i spent like an hour searching for a gift that can be delivered on the occasion date and accepted the delivery fees. Then after that they apologized that they can't deliver in that day so I canceled. They returned to me saying there is another gift can get delivered in the date u want. So i accepted then after hours they returned to me that they will not be able to deliver it and they will need extra 2-3 days.
They ruined my day and mu effort. I don't recommend anyone to try shipping with them.
I wish there is zero rate for them.

Ordered balloons for a friend. They said could't deliver because of weather. BS! No snow or ice. Tried to call the company to see when they could deliver. "The person you are trying to call on google is not available" What a bunch of BS. When you are trying to get something special for someone and this happens? DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY!. Also, they didn't waste anytime taking the $90.00 out of my account!

The package was supposed to be delivered to a recipient in a hospital but it never was. I was misinformed that a package was delivered but a recipient was not there already. Only after I started contacting a company they told that a package was not actually delivered to a recipient. I requested a full refund for this misinformation and the fact that a package was never delivered.

I got a response from Jack regarding my order.
He said, "According to our delivery associates they delivered the balloons fully inflated and at the time of the delivery the balloons were intact. The balloons do start deflating time by time and also it depends on how it got taken care of after the delivery and where they were kept.

So, we are not able to provide any resolution but do let us know if you have any questions."

Well, Jack, I don't have any more questions but I will say that you'll never get my business again. And, I'll never refer anyone to use your business. And, the next time I need flowers or balloons, I promise it won't be from GiftBloom... I'm letting out the air forever using this company again, oh, did I say, it was the first time, too. But, yeah, I'm deflating the same way the air went out of your balloons in not even 2 days... totally ridiculous.

I ordered chocolates and balloons for my boyfriend since it's our anniversary and we're on ldr. After I entertained my credit card details I suddenly doubt them and searched for reviews and I found this site. I immediately cancelled my order but they already charged it so I called my bank right away and asked to block my card. And planned to dispute the charge. So I emailed them over and over again then they replied that they didn't charge my card since I cancelled it right away and considered void but they really did when I checked my account online so I got mad and told them that I know they're scammers and I want my money back good thing they refunded it and and the bank confirmed it. Thank you all for these reviews.

Christmas disaster
January 5, 2021

I ordered from this site on the 17th of Dec for delivery in Netherlands on 23 Dec. 2 days later I got a message saying they do not have my order in stock but they will deliver part of the order they have and refund the rest. I have sent numerous requests for updated - no response at all. No delivery was made and no refund also. I now have to go to the trouble of disputing the credit card payment to get my money back. Do not use this supplier!

I have planned everything for my bestie's birthday to be a surprise and gift bloom messed it up by sending one of the two gifts I ordered with specific instruction for the delivery date a couple of days earlier.
If you are advertising for birthday gifts, you should be able to send deliver in the birth date- that's the whole point of it.
Not going to order from them again.
