They transferred me 3 times then hung up on me, without talking to an individual. I had the most bsic question and no one was able to answer it. How to redeem an ecard. Unreal. Do not buy from this company they are a fraud!

I tried ordering a Visa egiftcard MULTIPLE times, and each time the company cancelled my order. I called customer service and after being on hold for 16 minutes a person named Rafael answered and told me my credit card company was denying the charge. After speaking with my credit card company they told me they were NOT denying the charge and that giftcards.com was cancelling my order. I called their customer service AGAIN and was on hold for 13 minutes this time, spoke with Rafael, AGAIN, and he told me I "tried too many times to complete a purchase and the system." and blamed all the issues on my credit card company. I have wasted half my day dealing with these people. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I uploaded ALL VERY APPROPRIATE pictures & I was sent an email stating something was declined due to: "Violence, blood, dead animals, indecency, nudity or semi-nudity."

These are wedding & beach pictures (married in Mexico)? Unacceptable- the one that was declined didn't get separated from the others & I do not know if they were all declined or just the one that wasn't printed. I will most likely not be using this company again since they took my money then cancelled the order. Funny though... I received an email 5 minutes later saying my order was cancelled yet they could not distinguish between a printable & non-printable card/ upload before transaction was complete? I am very disappointed & will make sure to use a more reputable site next time.

They canceled my order because they claimed that the custom artwork from the card was "found on the internet". Yeah, it sure was, and it's my artwork. When I asked if they'd just reinstate the order and use a blank card, they said that wasn't possible and I'd have to resubmit my order. They seem to think there aren't other merchants out there with better service. I went with another merchant that offered a lower price along with a nice custom card. GiftCards.com sucks. Don't use them. There are alternatives that are better.

Wish I would have read reviews. This business is a scam. Ordered gift card am told we take 2 weeks because of the post office. Give me a break. Don't waste

I've ordered a few times from here. Once my order was cancelled, another time delivery took way too long. I don't think they're crooks, but it just seems like a poorly operated business.

Scammers, take your money. Offer no assistance in activating card. Have over $500 lost with these guys. BEWARE!

Have emailed multiple times, tried calling. NOTHING!.

They steal your money. You pay hard currency for the gift card and if it is not used in a brief window, they expire the card... unbelievable, but true. Stick with AMEX or other reputable company.

Horrible service! This is not the only site where you can find this kind of gift - personalized prepaid credit card. So give yourself a favor - order it from another seller! I planed this photo personalized card as a birthday gift for my friend's 10 years old daughter. I paid some extra for the faster delivery ( option offered by giftcards.com) to be sure this card will arrive in advance and I will have enough time to pack and wrap everything together for a birthday girl. So I paid for 2-5 days delivery and after 11 days my card still is not here. I call there customer service several times and every time I call they promise that the card will be delivered tomorrow. I already had 3 " tomorrows" but no card. Not even sure if it will be delivered at all. Probably there is no need to mention that I've missed birthday ( of course). Company doesn't look concern about this problem and doesn't make any attempts to track my order down. Don't waist your time and money - order the same product from any other company on the market. For example, giftcardlab.com has much better reviews and looks more reliable. Good luck!

They kept charging me $5 dormancy fee every month until the card is used up. They said that fees are not disputable, they don't have an easy way to contact customer service! Please don't buy!

Tip for consumers:
Unless you use the gift card at one transaction or very soon after the first transaction, please don't use this giftcards.com, they will start charge you $5 dormancy fee every month after 12 months even if the expiration date of the card is years away. Give cash as a gift instead, it will be a much appreciated by those who receive it!

THEY GAVE ME A TARGET GIFT CODE & PIN THAT DIDN'T WORK (NOT ENOUGH #s), AND SAID THEY'D RE-ISSUE ONE, BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK BECAUSE I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM, THE PERSON I SPOKE TO (EMILY) SAID, SORRY, THEY WERE IN MEETINGS ALL DAY SO I NEEDED TO CALL BACK TOMORROW. INFURIATING!

The only reason I chose this site is because they say they pay immediately. They don't! I setup a paypal acct and following the instructions on the website. The website became glitchy and they said they had to send me a check instead. I didn't want a check! I called customer service and the first two times I called the rep was rude and hung up. On the third call and a different rep they were more polite but couldn't do anything other than repeat the Info on the site. It's been over ten days and the check still isn't here. This was my first and last time using gift card.com. Horrible website, horrible customer service and horrible follow thru!

Two kids did not have their dad this year for Christmas and their mom didn't have enough money for Christmas presents, so these amazing kids who celebrate Hanukkah heard about these kids who celebrate Christmas and were going through a tough time and decided to pull their allowance together and donate 100 dollars to help the other family which is pretty amazing and showes the good in the world. The Hanukkah kids dad put it on his credit card the day before Christmas and got an invoice number, but giftcards.com never sent it. I called about it twice they promised that it would be sent. I finally had to call and get angry and they just now sent it but Christmas is over, all the other kids got to opent gifts on Christmas, it would have been one thing if it were for an adult but to disappoint kids is a totally different thing. Thanks alot gift cards.com they are a scam and never order from them.

Beware! 10% dormancy per month, in 10 months a 50$ gift card is worthless!

Bought these as gifts for employees birthdays, the last three where worthless when employees got around to using them.

I discovered 4/22/2017 that all $500 had been removed from my visa giftcard due to dormancy. I was initially told the funds were turned over to my state of residence (escheated) but my state division of abandoned property had no record of this occurring. This should have been my first clue that this interaction was not going to go well, that a company selling financial instruments was going to make a customer track down their own money. Fortunately, I was both purchaser and receiver and still live at the same shipping and billing address, because if you are trying to make a recovery GC. C will try to muddy the waters by telling you that the purchaser must contact them, information must be verified, etc. It took 2 months of persistence and filing 2 BBB complaints before this was finally resolved on 6/18/2017. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. During this process, I can't tell you how many times I was lied to, given incorrect information, and subjected to stall tactics.

SCAM COMPANY!
I ORDERED SEVERAL OF THESE CARDS WHILE AGO AND NEVER(!) ACTIVATED THEM. EXPIRATION DATE IS 08.22 BUT THEY ALREADY CHARGE SERVICE FEE FROM DATE THEY WERE PURCHASED SO TODAY(ACTIVATION DAY!)MY BALANCE IS $0. SO LOOKS LIKE I PAY FEW HUNDREDS DOLLARS FOR PIECE OF USE LEES PLASTIC.

I bought $60.00 dollars as my gift to my niece they send the card in the mail without information what to do the card. You will be the one to figure out then when you call the number at the back customer service, then they will send you again to another customer serviice again the rep will ask you a lot. Very hassle, i will not recomend this wbsite company beware of these...

I opened an acct in Aug and had ordered 5x. Every time I ordered, my order would come "Under Review" and I was sent email. They said the 1st part of the review is to verify the bank acct info matches and the 2nd part is to call and ensure the order was placed by cardholder. Its supposed to prevent fraud! They said they do it for new customers and if someone places multiple orders in a day. They kept cancelling my orders because my phone is out of service! I even called and told them and they acted like they couldn't do anything because it was the weekend. And my funds are on hold in the bank for 3 days or until order is cancelled and I can't use my money. They have no right to do this and its illegal according to consumer protection laws. They can't deny processing a transaction because the person didn't answer the phone! So I can't even order just because my phone is out of service! I will never use them again!
