They transferred me 3 times then hung up on me, without talking to an individual. I had the most bsic question and no one was able to answer it. How to redeem an ecard. Unreal. Do not buy from this company they are a fraud!

I received an AmEx Gift card from Simon Gift cards after Christmas. I just tried to use it and it has a 0.12 cent balance. Apparently someone paid for a month of parking in Brooklyn, NY on April 16th. I live in Florida and have the card in my possession.
I just got off the phone with Americanexpress.com/mygiftcard customer service - another scam. Basically because I told them I had tried to use the card and it was DECLINED - that was translated into I used the card and now it my problem - and I have to fight it out with the parking garage merchant in Brooklyn, NY- you have to be kidding me - Oh but lets not forget that AmEx gave the merchants number -- they had no ability to understand that I did NOT use the card in Brooklyn NY in April 2019 and someone has obviously cracked their code - do they care? NOT in the least...
Stay away - something is not right here

In an attempt to send an Easter Visa EGift Card it is now 72 hours and the recipient has yet to receive the card. I have used other sites in the past and have never had an issue - this was very disappointing and on top of the poor customer service, and multiple attempts to reach this company without success, I still have had no response after three online attempts! Be warned - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have tried 14 times to purchase gift cards and whenever I called they said they'll fix it and they'll try again. They did not fix it and now I have $4000 pending transactions in my bank account for nothing. Customer service had no idea what they were doing and could not answer any of my questions. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Employer purchased gift cards for employee's & some expired & were not used.
I called & was told that the money would go back to the employer's credit card & then it is up to the employer, but the money would be issued back to the employer.

Now I find out that was NOT TRUE & they will not issue money back to the employer's account. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE THE MONEY WENT!---This is NOT RIGHT!----This money should be reported to The Missouri Secretary Of State.

This company giftcards.com which was acquired by Blackhawk Network has kept the money?--What a deceitful company!----I wish I would have read the reviews from the BBB before ever dealing with these people.

I wonder how much money they continue to get after deceiving the public & how much they report to IRS

My ecard recipient loves her ecards. They were for Krispy Kreme and Yankee candle. I was worried if she would get these since I never use this site before. Congrats!

Like many others, I would give them NEGATIVE stars if that were an option. Their site is so unbelievably awful I can't even believe it. I tried 2x to purchase VISA gift cards today and both times THEIR company NOT my cc company flagged it as fraud. I called in and the customer service rep was beyond useless, they may as well have the homeless living in downtown Pgh answering the phone... there's a guy that roams Smithfield and talks to signs that makes more sense than their actual paid employees. A supervisor refused to get on the phone and then I asked for them to open a support ticket and they did but then closed it about 10 minutes later saying that it was "complete" and that they're "really sorry if their software gets it wrong sometimes but that they have complete confidence in it and that sometimes these things happen to nice people". WHAT? 1. After this review you can see that I'm actually not that nice in this situation and 2. How about admit that your program sucks and solve the problem. 3. Stop training your employees to deflect the problem and hope the person goes away... they won't. I'm going to try 1 more time as this crap company is actually now partnered with my awesome company so I'm really trying to make this work but if they don't get it together they're going to be out of business and honestly at this point I think that might be for the best.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! BEWARE!

This site is a bunch of crap! It states WHILE you're buying your ecards that you'll receive it within hours! Yet, if you purchase it after 5pm on Friday it takes up to the next business day, MONDAY, for you to get your card! What BS! Stating two COMPLETELY different things to cover their@$$ but screws yours over! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Its not even worth the few dollars of saving!

The customer support is beyond incompetent. They tried to scam me for $500.00. My bank finally credited me the money and warned me to never do business with this incompetent company.

I ordered a 45.00 virtual visa giftcard for my daughter and the number for the card was invalid and they will not replace it so i'm out 45.00 I would not ever ordered from them again

I have been trying to activate a $200 gift card that expires in 2021. After excruciating painstaking efforts, I am informed that my card is invalid due to inactivity and that money has been given to the state. I am to file a claim with the government to get money out of my card.

Reaching customer service by phone is impossible because my card is "invalid" and the automated answering machine hangs up on me for that reason.
The live chat service defers me and says someone will call me.
I resort to emails and have exchanged 30 (yes, THIRTY!) emails with them.
O Many of their emails state that they have tried calling me: but got no answer, yet my phone shows no record of their calls.
O Their numerous robotic emails 1) state that more information is required, but they fail to say what information is needed. 2) state that they did not receive a response to their message, although I have promptly replied to all of them.
O Although my name, email, and other information remains the same, they have assigned me not one, not two, but THREE different case numbers.
O My requests for information in contacting a supervisor is completely ignored.

The staggering incompetence of this company is impressive and their blatant disregard for standard, honorable business practices is astounding. I am utterly amazed that this company is in business at all. And to those at Giftcards.com? Message received: You are in the business of plundering gift cards and the joke is on those of us who buy and receive them! Ha Ha.

Horrible, they rejected my perfect cc rating cc, would not say why. I tried another CC and same results. I called them and they refused to tell me anything. I suspect fraud.

I ordered a traditional gift card through giftcards.com and it never got there. I got the runaround until I made it clear that I want a refund. Save your sanity don't go near giftcards.com

I was able to get a $#*!'s sporting goods giftcard at a discount and I also had a gift card customized with a sonogram and greeting card with picture of nursery. Great site, great products.

My Review on free gift card websites:
I've been on a lot of websites that has ways to make extra cash... I've noticed that there's a lot of different ways that you could get a free gift cards PayPal Cash Ect. But one website that I do love is InstaGC. I've made so much money off of them so if I and love and things to do and the website is easier then most. I love it because if I'm on my way to Walmart I can cash out and boom there is my money right there on my phone instantly. I just had to let everybody know because I have been through a lot of different sites/apps. To find the real paying ones. I have read soon many reviews Ect. Just to find the ones that pay the easiest and the fastest. I started doing that about eight months ago right before Christmas time to make a little extra cash for some gift money for family members And my children. Let me tell you I'm addicted now lol. I'll let you know that I really does work you just have to pick and choose which ones are the best ones and ends the instaGC is definitely one of the best. Someone purchased hundreds of dollars of online gift cards using stolen information from my credit card from this company. Because the gift cards are issued online, the thieves don't need to worry about the shipping address and billing address matching, so this is an easy place to use stolen credit card data. I had to cancel my credit card immediately and contacted this company's customer service to let them know about the fraudulent charges as soon as they opened the next morning. They did nothing to help me. They stated that according to their "Return Policy," they could not issue me a refund. The problem is, I never had been on their site and had never agreed to their "Return Policy." I had never even heard of this company until the fraudulent purchases were made through them. Now I have to wait for my bank to deal with this poor excuse for a company. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for bad business practices, because this company offers a standing invitation for fraudsters to do this to other people. I recommend that anyone else who has had this same thing happen to them report this company to the FTC as well. The FTC phone number and website can be easily found on Google and it will take ten minutes to file the compaint at most.

Attempted to purchase giftcard for a national chain restaurant. Order said "Cancelled" but no explanation was given. Tried again thinking it was my error in some way. Again cancelled. I wrote an email to giftcards.com telling them how irritated I was with their system. 15 minutes after my email, I get an email saying their compliance department couldn't approve my card "due to security." Okay, fine. Weird but fine. Went and verified I had entered the info correctly again... it was. So we went ahead and purchased actual gift cards at a physical location without issue. Same card btw. So, THEN I get 2 notice of preauthorized holds from giftcards.com from my bank. I was surprised to say the least. I called customer service at *******822 and spoke to GEORGE. Well, GEORGE was so disgustingly rude to me that my husband took the phone to finish the call. Anytime I tried to speak, GEORGE would say, "Can I talk now?" Over and over and over. So I'm making a police report about the charges and I'm calling my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GIFTCARDS.COM. I tried, and won't make that mistake ever again.

This company has by far some of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I tried not once, not twice, but 3 times to submitt 2 seperate orders. Once everything finally went through I then receive an email stated for an unknown reaso my order can't be placed. I tried contacting customer service, the chat even went so far as to reach out to the corporate office and still I didn't receive any assistance. So I continued calling finally I reached a rep named Raphael who was a human but spoke like a robot and was NO help at all. This company pretty mucg sales you a pipe dream when it comes to what they deliver. I checked and rechecked ALL of my information and EVERYTHING was CORRECT and the funds were available. It's FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING AND A HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to be disappointed, and frustrated!

They sent my gift card, we thought they hadn't. The card was found in the spam folder of my nephew. So I say go ahead and use them and check your spam/junk folder.

HORRIBLE. Today is my mother's birthday. I ordered an Amazon Gift Card for her in the amount of $100. I received an email stating my order was in. Then received another email stating that my order was cancelled. When I called and spoke to a CSR, they told me that my order was cancelled due to my information NOT passing their fraudulent account check. WTH? I used my debit card and there is roughly $1400 in the account. All mailing address etc is up to date. ALSO... I checked my bank account and this company charged my account TWICE for $1.00 each. The CSR was rude and could not give me an explanation as to why they won't process my order. So I re-iterated that they are informing me that I cannot do business with them and must take my business elsewhere due to not passing whatever requirements they have for their 'fraud' test. HA. What a joke! Meanwhile, I am not late in sending my mother her gift. Should they not refund both $1.00 transactions, I will take this to the BBB. BE CAUTIOUS USING THIS COMPANY. There are TONS of other companies we can use!

So much for convenience, it says 2 - 24 hours and I'm thinking, yeah that's just in case something crashes. Kinda thing... no, they mean it...

I could have gone to ANYplace else and gotten a card immediate, Amazon, or any vendor...

GiftCard.com... Lame 3rd party of some sort who cannot process things painlessly.
Ps I thought it would be fun to personalize the card with the morning Christmas photos, (it was going to be a "Wait! There's more!" with uploading this days photo, I did, and talk about no fun at all... (course my kids got the budget and my credit card number) since I looked, and looked, and then checked the account only to read "We have to contact the Purchaser before processing" (I wanted the VISA so the kids could have fun entering "their VISA" number for their computer game purchases)

I mean this GiftCards.com system is a mess... why not process it, and leave it up to American Express system which does the auto=call IF system finds it worth verifying.

Sticking with Amazon no matter what from now on. Just that I had trouble finding the VISA virtual card on Amazon...

VISA, AMEX, why aren't they doing this themselves?

Here is what I think about it, the good idea, the nice looking interface, the buggy system and horrible customer service.

I went into giftcards.com, to buy a gift card for bloomingdales, on first purchase I choose two cards and only one went through, fine. Then I put second purchase, I click the link it sends me and it pops up nothing. I click the invoice, it says Price $0, value $0. So to me, it means the e gift card I purchased was some how bad. And because of that, I resubmit and order for another e gift card, same thing happened! This time I get doubt and I called customer service, they say there is an system error, but the gift card is under utilities -> Gift Manager.

Now the problem comes, because the invoice shows $0 and the link to card shows nothing. It causes me to buy additional ecodes that I do not need. I ask for a refund, and emphasizes that this is bad because I am buying sth with a wrong invoice! The customer service was ridiculously denying it and insists they do not want to refund the ecode. I am really disappointed about this, and I find some other ppl had called in with same issue (the customer service even say she spoke with me about the same issue already, apparently she recognizes me as someone else since it's the first time I call you.)

System has an issue, but more issue on the service.
