They transferred me 3 times then hung up on me, without talking to an individual. I had the most bsic question and no one was able to answer it. How to redeem an ecard. Unreal. Do not buy from this company they are a fraud!

Worst experience! Don't waste your time. I've been attempting to order over $1,000 worth of gift cards and have been given the run around with customer service. Not to mention their website isn't the best. My order was cancelled by them as I was told my bank wouldn't authorize the funds, then my bank states they never attempted and to try again. Their customer service tells me they can't resubmit the large order and I would have to go BACK in AGAIN and re-enter ALL of the 30+ gift card requests (with name, $ amount and shipping addresses) This process has taken up way too much of time. No thank you

My son was given a giftcard as a gift when he was 2. The card didn't expire until 2017, however we went to activate it and all funds were depleted with inactivity fees. They pocketed the ENTIRE gift card amount. I would urge anyone thinking of using them to give cash, a check or buy a giftcard from ANY OTHER establishment. This people are criminal!

I ordered two e-gift cards, small denominations, for gifts for my niece and nephew. One for Michael's Craft Store and one for Target. I checked daily for them to be received, and NOTHING by promised date or thereafter. I wrote to CS, and got some BS story about "Order was cancelled by compliance department... charges will be removed from your card... blah blah blah". On; y AFTER I wrote; NO prior notification or any sense made of why, just that response. Seriously? Worst first experience, and will NOT be back.

3 weeks after I was notified that my card was sent I still had not received it. After 3 emails to customer service I get an email back saying "Please wait until the end of this week as it was indeed shipped out to the address provided. If it has not arrived by the end of this week please reach out to us again". No tracking number or offer to immediately send a replacement. I needed the card for a drawing giveaway so at this point all I want is a refund. I have sent 2 email requests for this so far and haven't heard back...

Absolutely unbelievable. I ordered a gift card from the website in the morning on 8/26 and picked two-day express shipping so that the gift card would get there by 8/29. I figured giving them a day to process my order and get the card in the mail was completely safe and reasonable (and couldn't possibly fathom how it could take them longer than a day). After receiving an automated email a day later saying that the estimated delivery date was 9/1 (a Sunday, which obviously makes no sense), I called their customer service line. I spoke with a customer service representative (who was incredibly rude) that told me the card would get there between 8/31 and 9/2. I asked her how that was possible... she said that it takes them THREE DAYS to process an order. I explained to her that I had picked that shipping option so that the gift card would arrive on a specific day, and her response: "Well, you should read the information on our website." Do not ever do business with this website. EVER.

At the time anyone places an order, information is provided 100% of the time that specifically indicates "please allow 1-3 business days for processing for all shipping methods". We do our best to provide all relevant information to our customers during the ordering process to ensure that appropriate expectations are set. These cards are customized and personalized. They are not "off the rack". They have to be produced individually. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with the experience. Thanks again for the feedback. Only if I could give this website ZERO stars! Purchased the $500 gift card on 11/14/13 & paid for FedEx Priority Overnight shipping of $57! Received the card on Monday 11. 18. 13 which is awesome. But the card quality was extremely poor & the image I uploaded to imprint came out crooked. There were deep indented scratches on the card with total lack of quality control. The gift card was going to be used as part of a sample presentation to 'gift' our customers for the holiday season. Its not even in presentable quality & it directly reflects our company to our clients if we were to 'gift' a card in such poor quality. After calling customer service & voicing my complaint, the representative basically said you would need to make a new purchase, fees & shipping. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

They processed my first order with no issue, so I went back to order another giftcard but to a different store. They cancelled the second order with no explanation. They must think it was a fraudulent purchase but I informed them it definitely was not. They were not helpful in any way even when I provided the proper information to prove I was the one who actually was placing the order. I do appreciate a good fraud screening, but this is ridiculous. I then asked for the first one to be cancelled and they told me it would take 15 days to get my money back in my account AFTER they contacted the company that I purchased the gift card from. This was my first experience with this site and I will NOT buy from them again. They do not make it convenient for people like me who cannot easily get up and go get a physical gift card for family.

They abruptly cancelled my corporate order (personalized gift cards for my team) a week after the order went through with zero explanation. There is no way to get through to a live human being. My special Christmas gift was a bust due to their abysmal site and service.

I ordered custom gift cards for our coaches for our swim banquet. I did not receive a tracking number or any further information beyond an invoice number. I ordered 7 days in advance and requested and paid for 2 day shipping. I called day of the event. The service rep lied and told me that the cards had been sent the day after I ordered. After pressing, he gave me a tracking number with UPS. They had chosen ground not 2 day and the cards had shipped 5 days after the order. It's the day of the event and I have to run out to buy giftcards at the grocery. GiftCards.com refunded me, but only after a fair amount of discussion. Never, never again will I use this company.

Lost a gift card. They said they would replace. I waited ten days and nothing came. When I contacted them again they said the refund had been cancelled. They could not give a reason why. When I further asked if I was not paying close attention on the cancellation whatbwouldnhave happened, they stayed I would not have received a replacement and they would keep the funds. They do not make getting the refund easy and then cancel it. This company is shady. Makes me wonder how many people never have an opportunity to use their card.

I am in the middle of a bad experience with this site selling my macy's gift card. I was sent a reciept and verification of my gift card on Tuesday. I am still waiting on payment. I have made several attempts to email with no response. Even though my ticket code shows resolved. I called customer service and was told they couldnt help me until thursday. I could have sold my card and received my money to anyone on the street for way less hassle. I checked their website and it showed my gift card for sale a few hours after selling it to them with no payment in sight.

Received exchange for egifts card for Christmas. The card number is way too light to read. I'm pretty much told when I call that they can't do anything without the card number. So my son wasted his money on a worthless gift for me.

Be careful with e-gift cards. For instance, i had two with $41 and $19 remaining for P. F. Chang's and was told both e-cards were used up. I also had a $200 one for Olive Garden and they couldn't find any trace (both at the restaurant and when I called).
Note: i will not buy anymore e-gift cards. I am not sure which site I got these from but had to put in something

Their customer service team is obnoxious and condescending. They blocked the purchase then called me to ask the purpose of my purchase. What? I'm buying a gift card for a gift, why else would I buy a gift card? Now I have to wait to see if they "approve" my purchase.

Never order a gift card from them. I ordered one for my 90 yr old mother - the activation process was very complicated and she couldn't do it. They kept me on hold off and on for over an hour as I was trying to get my money back. Never got it. They suck! Never do business with this company.

Needed to sell some gift cards. Giftcards.com offered me more than some of the more well known sites (they averaged 86 cents on the dollar) and accepted my codes digitally with no penalty so I didn't have to mess around with sending them the cards. Plus they are near the east coast (PA) so I figured they would get my check to me in CT faster. I saw mixed reviews online so I was half thinking I was giving away my gift cards... but in less than a week I had my check so in the end I was happy.

Ordered gift cards, they took the money from my account but never sent the cards. I have tried to contact via email, called and when I got a person they said their system "just went down". BUYER BEWARE. I failed to check the reviews. My mistake, learn from it.

I tried purchase twice from this website by customizing the gift cards for my kids. Both of them were cancelled by the system with no reason given. I even spoke with the compliance officer and was assured that my order will be processed the second time. Didn't work! Don't get it from them!

I tried every possible launch stile and mobile browser. It is not possible to see my cart or checkout using my Android. I am testing products to make sure that they're 100% mobile accessible. I was told by their customer service to move to a PC. This isn't 1999. I am using another service

This is an outdated and frustrating system, they make you jump through all these hoops, finally check out and fill in all your information (accurately mind you) and then they send an auto email a few minutes later letting you know they cancelled the order for no reason. This is incredibly frustrating and aggravating.

Ordered 2 gift cards for my employees. Paid $138.00 and then they said I was denied business application. I have no idea what they are talking about since I did not make a business application. It's ok though since I used my business credit card which I can have cancelled. I am also going after them with My Points whom I have been a member of since 08 and have made a lot back from ordering through their search engine. I don't think they will be happy about this. Thank you for listening I know how you all feel the same way I do. PS. I don't use PayPal anymore because I was scammed through a merchant that only uses them and PayPal would not refund my money when I didn't receive the items I payed for. My credit card company disagreed with PayPal and I got the money back.

Terrible company to work with. Placed an order and within 5 mins requested to correct delivery name (not address) and their response was "takes 24-48h to process the request". At that moment, I cancelled the request - refund received within 48h. HOWEVER, the order was completed and sent to the gifted party! I had to explain to my customer they are not active and to throw them away! Extremely embarrassing! Giftcards was not able to stop the shipment and advised that I call to stop. Horrible customer service and this company should close it's doors ASAP.

Order Cancelled multiple times - without any valid reason as to why. A very callous mentality asking me to recreate and resubmit the order for yet another 5th Time. The Process of Designing 10 "Create your own cards", Adjusting Uploaded photos, and writing special greeting card message for each of 10 recipients, took approx. 1.5hrs each time, only to have the order cancelled by the computer system upon submission, time and time again. 4 to be exact. The lack of competence of the staff that I spoke with and their lack of consideration of my time working on this, was very painful and insulting to me. Never Again.

I bought 2 gift cards for my college kids for Valentines to be delivered by e-mail. One was for Chilis and one for BJ's Restaurant. Once I was done, I decided to look at reviews to make sure that noone has had problems getting them by e-mail. I absolutely panicked when I saw the terrible reviews. I would be so embarrassed if my kids went to the restaurant for valentines, got declined, and had to use their own money.

Everything went perfectly. They texted me the very next morning that they received the cards via e-mail, had no problem activating them, and used them easily in the restaurant.

I am not sure what happened to so many other people but this was so convenient for me. As dog lovers, I even got to send a cute video for free about a dog making a valentine for a neighbor cat.

I will definitely giftcard.com again!

I bought a virtual visa prepaid card that said it can be used anywhere that accepts Visa. I quickly received an email with with what appeared to be a virtual visa gift card, with the CVV number and everything. Except that I have yet to find a single place, online or in person, that I can use this card. It always says it is invalid. I can't get an explanation for this, from either the company or retailers. It also tripped a fraud alert on the card I used to purchase it (and the name that comes up on the bill is neither visa nor giftcards.com, some random overseas company). I would not trust this company. Best case scenario they just take your money and give you a fake gift card, worst case they do who knows what with your personal information.
