They transferred me 3 times then hung up on me, without talking to an individual. I had the most bsic question and no one was able to answer it. How to redeem an ecard. Unreal. Do not buy from this company they are a fraud!
Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. If you CC address doesnt match they will block you. Thats not the problem, the problem is they will not correct it and NOT let you talk to their fraud department. Dont even ask for a manager. You wont be able to understand them anyway. Please beware
I accidentally put gift cards in drawer and forgot about them. When I went to activate it, it didn't work because it had passed expiration date. The expiration date was one year. When I called they said there was nothing they could do. I've never had a gift card expire in a year time. Use another provider next time.
Went to scratch off the Silver stuff to reveal the number to register it and the number came off with the silver stuff. I took it back to the merchant, the merchant said it was obviously defective. Contacted Giftcards.com Customer service. The nicely told me to F off when I described that the card was defective. I guess another lesson learned.
Cant speak to anyone. Message says card info is incorrect... ITS NOT! Its fine when i pay. No option to speak with anyone. Only reason ive kept trying them is that i cant find any other that does the same thing. Absolutely disgusting!

Don't order from Giftcard.com. I had an order for over 500.00 that did not make it to my business. They don't have tracking so they can't tell me where it is. They told me they could not cancel it and reorder it for me. I would have to reorder-- so I did, another 500.00, still don't have that one and they still haven't refunded the first order. I needed for a work presentation so I spent the extra money to have it expressed shipped only to find out that the system can't give me tracking information. You can't talk to a human when you call the number, I am working through an online chat--- that takes forever! Still no resolution!
Bought a visa giftcard through my Capital One shopping app. Giftcard got declined then target canceled the order and reversed the charge. They won't release the funds back to the card and customer service is useless! Buyer Beware!
Do NOT purchase! I received at $250 gift card from my work as a gift. I attempted to make an online purchase, and because of a zipcode error, they declined the card, but put a hold on the card. I have called the company about 10 times to get the hold released, however, they continue to tell me that this is "not their problem". I still cannot get a resolution and it has been a week.
THE lousiest service i've ever had! Cust svc was rude and useless. We were placed on perpetual hold then she came back saying she couldn't do anything; she had the nerve to say call back if we needed anything. They discourage checking your balance over 3 times in a 24 hr period! One female rep hung up on me; when i told the male rep william, he said there was nothing he could do. I know at MY job, you get chewed. Their cards are bothersome, and it was rejected all over the internet. I'm still having problems trying to spend it all, so i never interact with them again.
This is hands down the worst run company in the USA. Bought a $300 gift card for family and now it is 10 days later. No delivery to recipient yet. Called customer service and was connected with the RUDEST person. He flat refused to track my order. I persisted and he got pissed and finally did his job. I paid extra for expedited shipping and what I got was no delivery (yet) and the rudest customer service with a bad attitude. There are so many other companies to buy from! DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!
We found out our credit card had been compromised and used to order gift cards. We caught it early. We called them, told them, asked if the cards had gone out. They said they would stop the cards, not charge our account and look into it. They did none of three and I've had to call five times to get nowhere. I don't know if it's a scam they have, but it's ridiculous. They now say that they can't help. We have to contact bank. I don't trust that company at all. I can't believe how easy it was for scammers to steal from us and order cards and how hard it is for us to rectify the situation.

These people are total scammers. I tried to activate a $500 gift card my mother bought me and they said to go online, that didn't work so I called and they directed me online. They said that is my only choice and when i asked to speak to a manager i was on hold for 10 minutes and then the call dropped.
Please dont risk buying Giftcards from this website. Better go to nearest Wallgreens/CVS and post them yourself!
I purchased for around $300 of gift card 10 days before thanksgiving, now its almost 20days and god knows where my gift cards are! Repeatedly called customer care, they cant do much as they have very little control!
Cards are suppose to reach for Thanksgiving but they ruined my plans! I doubt if they will reach by Christmas!

I am still waiting on a refund to be issued for a three hundred dollar gift card I bought. Outraged by the lack of service. I have talked to three people who told me they would be in touch with me, and they have not contacted me.
I ordered a Regal gift card for a secret pal to be sent to her email. She never received it, was not in her junk or spam file. I called to ask for a refund. I was told I would not get a refund on my checking account. So, be aware of this. $25.00 is not much, BUT is still $25.00 that was stolen (more or less) from me.
I purchased this in Jan 2016 and tried to active it in April 2016 they told me it had no funds on it. That it was already used when I just removed it from the package. They also told me that it was active in 2012 how can that be when it was bought until 2016. They told me take it back to the store where we purchased it and see what they could do. I asked what was it spend on and they said service charges of 2.00 every month. What a waste of $50.00 and I will knew buy a card like this again.
I placed an order for an egift card, bought by using my PayPal account, Ive definitely been charged the $105.95 for the $100 gift card yet when I go to check status of it on the site it says my order was cancelled? WTF? SO did I just get robbed?

I tried to purchase a gift card using my credit card which had a zero balance and was denied. I then tried to purchase it using my debit card that had over $5000 and was denied. Both times I received an email saying that I did not pass the "security process." I tried to call them but was unable to talk to a live representative and their automated system was not programmed to deal with my situation. Their website says customer representatives are available through chat Monday through Friday 9 AM to 9 PM and at certain times on Saturdays and Sundays but when I clicked on the chat bubble at 6:30 pm I was told that chat was unavailable. I guess I will have to keep an eye on my bank account. I definitely DO NOT recommend them. What concerns me is they collected my personal and payment info and then denied my purchase. I sent an email asking why I was denied but they refused to tell me. Everything about them seems fishy and not up to par.
I tried to purchase a flat iron on-line from Ulta using my gift card--Ulta would not accept the gift card (they said I had to shop in person to use this card) so I had to cancel the order, yet the "transaction" was posted to my card. I tried several times to call them but could never speak to a representative so I emailed them hoping to get some assistance but they considered my email as a "feedback". Still have not heard back from them so as of now I basically lost over $123 of my balance.

Sad to share a terrible experience. I ordered a large gift card for a friend on there wedding for a future getaway. It never showed up. There were a number of "I'm sorry's," but no action. I missed the wedding despite ordering it 3 weeks early and picking the expedited shipping. I was the best man in the wedding and was hoping to offer a very unique gift package. Further, I went to Efrain and he told me that he would have the order resent on the quickest shipping method, only to have him call back later and tell me there was nothing they could do. Buyer beware.
EBay gift cards can on! Y be redeemed if you have pay pal if not it will not work. If you set up a pay pal account to be able to use the gift card it will still not let you make purchases because you are a new customer and have no pay pal history! Don't Buy EBAY gift card complete scam
GiftCards.com lied again, they sold me a gift card to a restaurant that did not take Discover card this was totally unacceptable this is not the first time. I found another review were they post this and the owner of the restaurant complained.
I was trying to use their service for the first time, and it totally SUCKS! They claim on their website that you can check the gift card balance for major retailers gift cards, when in reality all they are trying to do is sell you their own gift cards and/or purchase unused gift cards from folks. There was no way I could see to check the balance on my Safeway gift card, as it only provided a field to input VISA or MC numbers and CVV codes. You guys are guilty of false advertising. Shame on you for being so deceptive. If there was a rating of "ZERO" stars I would have put that down as my rating for your worthless and crappy service!
One last time... just for good measure... you guys SUCK!
Why do I have to give you my personal information like email and phone number to sale just to redeem a gift card? Why do I have to write down my gift card numbers on a receipt that someone can steal and use the remaining balance? Some things a better left untouched like the original idea of getting an actual CARD for your GIFT CARD. Congratulations, you guys have officially over complicated the darn gift card idea. Never again will I purchase one of your poop cards.

I could not be more disappointed and angry with this company. I paid extra money to receive tracking info for my order. Well, the tracking information was never provided. When I contacted the company, they refused to admit I paid the extra money even though I showed them my receipt as evidence. They refused to apologize and made me feel like I was completely wrong. Probaby one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. I was given a very large window of time for my order to arrive. It actually arrived much later than the lastest date anticipated. Extremely slow service, rude/incompetent customer service, and an overall nightmare experience. Please save your money and time and never use this company. I am sure there are much better companies to buy gift cards from. GiftCards.Com is a joke and completely terrible!
