They transferred me 3 times then hung up on me, without talking to an individual. I had the most bsic question and no one was able to answer it. How to redeem an ecard. Unreal. Do not buy from this company they are a fraud!
TERRIBLE. If you want non-existent customer service and hassles with using your so called gift card this is your place. Should be called NIGHTMARE GIFT CARDS. The company sensors what you chose to buy and I haven't been able to reach a human or use the card. Total aggravation, avoid like the plaque
I sold a gift card. DO NOT SELL GIFT CARDS HERE. I used plastic jungle before they sold the company, always received within 2 hours (payment for gift card through paypal) ANY OTHER SITE pays you within 24 hours. This site offers the same amount and strings you along for several days, I still have not received my money after being "verified". Tech team is always "in a meeting" Will call me back within 24 hours? No other problems with gift card sites, this place is a scam.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! They will steal your money. I ordered a digital ebay gift card and it was sent to me with ZERO BALANCE. They sold me a blank card and said I should contact ebay. This is a sham and this company is being reported to the "Better Business Bureau" Thankfully they only got me for 50 bucks. But still, they suck!

I was given a giftcard that my father was given a year ago, it had never been activated and had a 0 balance. When I called I spoke to several people as it didn't seem right that the inactivity fees were deducted even tho the card was not active. The gentleman I spoke to said he'd reverse the fees since no purchase was made and it would take 2 business days and I would be sent an email. 4 business days went by and I called to check the status. They didn't submit it and told me another 2 days I'd be good to go. A week went by still no refund.
Called again and the guy said it was being worked on 6 to 10 more business days. Waited, and called after 15 business days only to find out they needed my dad to call in to provide his information.
Explained that dad travels and isn't available nor does he want to waste his time on a gift card, that's why he gave it to me. Let them know I'd be happy to provide any and all information they need. Social, birthday, address whatever.
The gentleman explained no they needed to speak to him. When I asked why since I was willing to give any information needed he said because it's policy.
So policy is to rip people off and string them along? Should've told me a month ago instead just wasted my time. Horrible customer service, horrible company, horrible policies and just another company ripping people off. DO NOT buy cards from here. You will be disappointed and waste your money.
They said my cards were stolen on top of that they did not tell me the proper way to send it so i would say after losing 130 dollars to them that i will never do business with them and make sure they never get business EVER they screwed me and i will make sure they lose money over it!
After delayed delivery the card finally arrived for my sister's B-day gift. After numerous attempts to activate the card - it did not activate. GiftCards promised to refund me and 3 weeks later NO Refund and NO replies to my email. I had to submit a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission based upon fraud and theft after allowing them one last chance to issue a refund. Still no refund and no replies to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I spent 3 hours trying to send egift cards to my grandchildren on their Senior Prom night that had been cancelled d/t Covid. I NEVER DID ACCOMPLISH IT! I have NEVER had a problem with my American Express card nor have I had any difficulty using it. I even tried to get help from the Chat person, but all I got were robot, canned answers... was she real? I asked, but never got an answer. I then wrote an email to the company, and also received a generic canned answer, then an email stating "case closed". My advice: find another company!
BEWARE: giftcards.com ruined my companies $8,000 employee and resident incentive reward program.
If you are a business trying to use this company for any purpose -not only are you TACKED with a $5 fee PER CARD, but their customer service team was less than helpful, and even though I spent thousands of dollars there is ZERO working with you to solve any sort of issues that come up.
No one in the corporate office understands this or even cares. So now- rather than have my company continue spending hundreds of thousands of dollars a year with them, I just sent out a memo to all 300 employees to no longer use this company in any fashion.

My mother order me a virtual visa i checked my balance 3x's n 2days they suspended my card first told me it wouldn't take over 2 days it has been 4 days today is Thursday now they tell me it will be Monday r Tuesday b4 i can use the card

I purchased a gift cards from this company on 3/7/2014 for $83.57. On or about 3/21/2014 I called the merchant to ask where my giftcard was. I was informed that it should arrive no later than Monday 3/24/2014, but was not provided with any tracking information for the shipment. I've had discussions with their Social Media person over Facebook and was informed that it essentially was my fault for choosing the method of shipment. Again no tracking information nor a real solution to this problem was ever presented. I've informed them that I would have no choice but to proceed to dispute the charge since I've never received the item when I was told to go ahead as I will be blacklisted by the company. Here we are today, 4/3/2014, with no giftcard from the merchant. As proof the merchant should be able to look up the giftcard balance as I'm confident that all of the funds are still intact because we never received the giftcard. I've proceeded with the dispute with my bank as promised but felt the need to inform other consumers of not only problems with their shipment but simply their lack of approach to resolve this issue.
I have reached out to his customer repeatedly and they have never responded to me. They don't actually seem to want to discuss the problem or correct any issue that might exist, instead they have chosen to malign an extraordinarily ethical company without provided enough information for us to be able to locate and research this issue. My guess is that they are somehow associated with one of the competitors that can't keep up with us ethically, so the stoop to this.
After three weeks I have not received cards ($500 worth!) nor have I received tracking information I was promised. I am beginning to think this is a fraudulent practice of Giftcards.com.
Site repeatedly malfunctions at check out (from multiple computers) and $2k worth of gift cards are at our local UPS distribution center and NOT moving and giftcards.com says they will check into with THREE TO FIVE DAYS! Nope. DO NOT trust them!
Because of the stay at home order, we decided to send gift cards to our granddaughters for Easter. All seemed OK, and when we got confirmation from giftcards.com, we expected "as soon as 2 hours" per their website. Notified the recipients, then... nothing. Order entered at 1 PM; at 5 PM got an email that the order was cancelled "for security reasons". Checked my bank and they had put through a $1 charge to test the validity of the card; it was valid. Went into a chat session and got a lot of repetitive boilerplate including "try another payment method" which seems to me to mean that the bank would not accept this merchant's charge (merchant fraud perhaps?). They promised to "escalate" the issue and I gave them until 12 Noon the next day to resolve it or cancel.
At about 1:30 PM (they missed the 12 Noon deadline) we got a call offering to send the gift cards. We declined, and told them this was the most unscrupulous website we had ever encountered. I am now worried that they have my cc information and it will be used for some scam. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We had to call the girls and tell them to not expect the cards we had promised; now we have to get our gift cards the old fashioned way and mail them.
Wish I had read the hundreds of 1-star reviews before we ordered the cards. Multiple review sites have the same comments about the same shoddy practices. Stay away.

I ORDERED A GIFT CARD ON 11/22/16 AND AS OF 12/21/16, NO GIFT CARD WAS RECEIVED. I CALLED AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER TO ASK WHY I HAD NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL INDICATING THE CARD HAD BEEN SHIPPED? THEY HAD NO ANSWER AND INSTEAD TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A DELAY IN THE SHIPPING AND THE CARD SHOULD BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12/15/16. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP INFORMED ME THERE WAS NO TRACKING WITH USPS? I ALWAYS SEND PRIORITY MAIL AND TRACKING IS INCLUDED. I CALLED ON 12/21/16 TO ASK THAT GIFT CARD BE SENT EXPRESS MAIL WITH TRACKING THIS DAY AND THEY REFUSED TO DO SO. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SUPERVISOR HENRY STATED HE DID NOT KNOW HOW MUCH THE REFUND WOULD BE OR HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE.? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!
Beware of the massive fees on these gift cards! Don't save the card for a rainy day. I was gifted a card late and it already had funds taken out and customer service was no help.
Purchased $50.00 Visa Giftcards from them but when the receiver tried to use the gift card for the amount given, the card was declined because Giftcards.com keeps 9% which means the receiver is short changed, and left in an embarrassing situation. The person giving the gift is also embarassed!

Customer service is meh at best, GC is better but saveya doesnt even reply to emails but they respond if you call. GC is unreliable but saveya is even worse. First order I made they declined for no reason and I never received a email notifying me of anything, I waited a week expecting a check in the mail and found out nothing was sent out. Then I tried again and it went through. Again, I never received any confirmation saying it was processed or that my check was sent out and I had to keep calling to make sure as each day passed. Shipping takes ridiculously long, there is no reason for shipping to be 7-10 days, not including weekends, when I can go to a site like cardpool for just $10 less on my check and who has probably worse customer service but can be counted on to deliver the money on time ( 3 days for check to come in mail). Im still waiting for my check, tomorrow will be the eight day, not including the weekend that passed so really its been 9 days ive been waiting. When I tried to use an option for paypal or ach, it never appeared and I was forced to pick to receive a check in the mail. If I dont receive anything by the end of the week I will be very mad, I was depending on the money and needed it a long time ago.
I ordered a $50 visa card for my Grandaughter and a matching birthday card woth balloons on it. Although it took 2 weeks to deliver via postal service, the entire proccess was very good. The matching balloon colorful birthday visa card and birthday card are highly recomended. This is the second time I used them and I will order again for every birthday needed!

I can understand fraud issues but today i couldnt buy anything and when i went to check my balance it said my acount was suspended. So i call them and they tell me it was because i checked my balance a certain number of times. It makes no sense why I can't check my balance anytime i want. If that was the case they could of atleast warned me or have that labeled. I shouldnt be waiting days to be spending my money. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE
WORST VISA CARD EVER... I have 100 x $50 Cards that NO ONE online will accept... I gave them to 100 of my customers and they all returned them because NO ONE would accept them... Worthless scraps of plastic. Cost me over $630 in Australia Post fees for the cards and $5000 for the credit and I cant use them. AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THEM...
Terrible delivery system. I purchased an online gift card so I could save some money on a sale that was happening at the retailer (I even paid a higher price than other site's cards because it was an online code and I needed it right away). The money was immediately taken from my account and an invoice was emailed to me. The invoice said it could take a couple hours for delivery of the code, no problem, I still had a day and a half until the sale ended. I waited and waited and waited for delivery... the following day I called the customer service number. Calling it customer service is by far an overstatement. I was told that the process takes 24-72 hours, a far cry from what their original invoice stated. I asked if I could get help from someone expediting the process as the sale at the store was ending that day. I was told there is no technical support on weekends so I could not get my card. In the past couple months have purchased thousands of dollars of gift cards from other sites and have not had a problem. I will never attempt to use this site again.
Oh, to top it off, when I talked to "customer service" she sent a complaint in for me and sent me an email with the number. I sent in my own complaint 10 minutes later and was five numbers further meaning that they had had several complaints submitted in that 10 minutes. You have to wonder about a company having that many issues in that little time.
