Purchased a gift card through GiftRocket for my daughter for Christmas to the Arkansas Music Pavilion. She tried to use it today to buy tickets and we were told by the AMP that GiftRocket is NOT legitimate and is a SCAM. They have had several customers experience the same thing. Now I am out $200 and she cannot go to her concert. I want my money refunded and these people investigated.
Horrible! Will take your money and then cancel you transaction without giving you a reason why! When you ask them they will tell you they "can't tell you"! They are not a Legit company and their site should be shut down! I got confirmation that the card was delivered but they cancelled it 2 days later!
First time I've come across Gift Rocket. What a great way to send and receive gifts. They provide many gift card options for various vendors and recipients can transfer funds to Venmo. More importantly, their customer service agents were very helpful and responsive when I had a question about their services.
I ordered a gift certificate, $500 at Johnny Costa's in Palm Springs for someone who had done a wonderful favor for us during the recent storm (we live away during the summer months)
They delivered it by email, we got a thank from the recipient, and the next day Gift Racket cancelled it! How embarassing and ridiculous.
They said because of security, they couldn't tell me why. Believe me, the credit cards are good for it. Or if there was some question about it, they should have called or written to me.
I will NEVER use this company. Ck them out, they only publicize the positive reviews.

I received a rocket gift card from my mother in law. I opted to use it at Kimberleys day spa. It was super easy to activate. I don't know why people use pre paid visa and Mastercard gift cards. I'm a customer for life.
I received a gift card from gift rocket. It was amazing, you can use them all over town or cash them out. It's so easy, everyone should use the instead of Visa or Master Card. I'm a huge fan.

I received a gift from friends on gift rocket and went in to view my gift and it was very easy to see and use the website. I didn't use my gift for a long while but I went back to it a year later and it was still there and I was able to get the gift loaded to my bank account as cash! Website was very user friendly! My $100.00 gift was sent to the wrong paypal address. When you call customer service all you get is an ad for a medical device! No option to talk with someone. IT IS RIDICULOUS! I want my money!

We recently purchased 6, $50 gift certificates to a local restaurant for family members. When they went to redeem their gifts, they were asked to provide their bank account information - which, of course, they did not feel comfortable doing. In addition, we paid $4.50 EXTRA for each certificate. Bottom line, it was embarrassing for us and didn't work out for them.

I ordered two gift certificates GiftRocket. They charged my credit card immediately but never sent me the certificates. I tried contacting them by email and by telephone. No response. I now have to go through the process of cancelling their credit card charges.
GiftRocket is either a scam or a very poorly run company. In either case, the chances of you getting what you paid for, are slim.

I own a restaurant and never sell our giftcard or certificate on any website. Giftrocket didn't contact or sign any endorsement With us but still charge customers. This is unacceptable! Not only left customers with confusion and awkwardness And make the merchant really hard to explain. Gift card said Not valid for store credit, only redeem online. This is so lame and fake!
Gift Rocket is the perfect way to send someone a giftcard and letting them choose how they want to spend it. The card itself can be personalized. The choices for gifts can be for restaurants, retailers or simply deposited directly into their bank accounts. What a great idea!
I recently received a financial gift from a friend via GiftRocket. Honestly, I had never heard of them and was a teensy bit suspicious. However, they made it so easy. I just clicked a button or two and confirmed how I wanted to receive my gift and the money was delivered into my account in the time frame promised. I also love that you have the option of selecting gift cards instead of a cash transfer.

I am always on the look out for ways to share gifts and rewards other than Amazon gift cards and was hoping this would work for people in Costa Rica. Turns out, they can only link the gift to an Amazon gift card. Which has no processing fees. Unlike GiftRocket.
My sister is a minimalist and is hard to buy for. I didn't want to give her cash or something she wouldn't want. This made it so easy. She had so many places she could use the egift card at. She also was sent an ebirthday card. She had something picked out they were ready to order when it was sent to her. She was thrilled. This is the best kept secret. I will use it again.
After ordering, confirming and receiving a thank you email from the recipient, we both got emails telling us the order was cancelled. The only explanation was lame, due to security reasons, they cannot disclose why it was cancelled. How embarrassing for me! The email communications felt like an automated system event though it said it was a live person. The responses never answered my questions directly, it felt automated. Now, I have to wait 10 days tos ee if the refund will even be processed! This has scam written all over it! Stay away from this company!
