I ordered a birthday gift for my niece and its been months now the item is still not reached. They are ignoring all my emails and request for return.
There is an automatic reply for all the emails reply i have received till date
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank for your helpdesk submission! We have received your request
We respond to every helpdesk submission as fast a possible."

This message has been received for the 6th times now

How can people cheat and make money on cost of happiness. My niece was so much awaiting for that special gift, she was so excited about it. I was feeling so bad to see her little face frown.

These are one kind of internet Froude. Once you pay the money, your all transition details will be removed from the order history saying due to high volume we can not process the status. Now you are out of any transition info and incase if you have saved that no one is going to entertain you. Delivering 1 out of 10 and milking the money online. Don't fool yourself using this website.

Worst site ever seen. Poor customer support. Ordered sweets even after 10 days of dispatch( according to them) still waiting it to be delivered. When I told that sweets will be rotten by now. They said sweets have shelf life of one month. They just want to irritate customers after charging their card so that they stop chasing them. Pathetic people.

We have ordered flowers and cake, these guys cancelled flowers by themselves saying user asked to cancel. Useless and ruthless team, worst customer care. Designing terms and conditions as per their convenience and ruining people occasions.

Made 2 separate chocolate orders for Diwali (Oct 2022).
Since the payment is done, there is no response from their end.
No phone number available and the whatsapp never responds.
Even after 10 days of payment there is no response or delivery.
They are cheaters, never get trapped.

I would give no stars if possible. I was promised a delivery date of 8/17/16 and the rakhi was not delivered even at the end of 8/18/16. When contacted they can still cannot confirm when they can deliver. This order was for a major city in India. The items are over priced as well. I recommend never using them again.

They are cheaters. Very easily cheat people money. I am wondering that no one can control them in India. This fraudulent guys still running business as usual and continue cheating money is unbelievable. I think they got people support background. No one can touch them

Its an horrible and worst website that I have seen. When I placed my order to Andhra Pradesh, It was delivered in Delhi and everytime of my phone call to customer care, they are giving different wrong answers. I made 8 phone calls and 3 voice messages, still my gifts hasn't been delivered and instead getting rude response from customer service and they are disconnecting my phone call stating. Am wasting their time when I ask update on my order status

I ordered a cake with 3 balloons, it had the worst decoration that I've seen in my life, The balloons were duty.My husband called me back and told me," I prefer put this in trash, I dont want to get sick". I supposed that is why they don't allow rates in their facebook page. Don't make business with this company. FRAUD.

Beware Potential Gift To India Customers!
I ordered Assorted pastries from TAJ (that is what product description reads) and received a very substandard single flavour pastries with terrible colors (Can you eat that?... look at the picture)

Never ever buy anything from them. The quality of the product is poor and not as described. The products don't get delivered on time and when you contact the customer service they give rude replies and no solution.

Had ordered flowers and sweets from this site, they have given just one contact phone# and they don't answer the phone.
For God Sake Please do not use this site www.Gifts-To-India.com.
I request everyone to please stay away from this site. I wish i had read the reviews before placing the order.

Not sure even after so many complaints, why is this site active!

They took the money and delivered a second hand bouquet and the delivery boy was accommodating his delivery along with his personal job, He bought 2 kids with him.

They stole the sweets which we ordered and asking for photograph to prove when we raised complaints. GTI-4-*******

Never trust this site, It was a terrible experience.

Diwali came and gone with no solution in sight i am forced to write negative comments for the first time for a business. Order placed on 2015/11/08 from Canada for New Delhi delivery. Guess what after 2 prior successful deliveries the business this time failed completely to resolve the issue about my Diwali gift's non delivery. Multiple calls with many emails have not yet yield any results. So i can say, it can work for you or might not but running of business on chances is not a solid foundation.

I had ordered a cake for my niece's birthday and even though it was sent the same day, it was a completely different cake! She has sensitivity to other types of milk chocolate, thus I had ordered dark chocolate cake on purpose but she received a milk chocolate cake instead. When inquired, they simply said that the cake that was sent was still fresh and up to mark so I had no case or reason to complain and they will not be taking any action!

They do not give a crap about your order or that you could have picked a certain item for a specific purpose. They simply want your money and do not deliver as promised/intended. I wish i had read these reviews before ordering from them.

Its taking 78 hrs to get back to me, no phone number.
They missed the anniversary date, after calling the said 48hrs.
Now i have to wait 11 days for a $#*!ing refund

Google should shut this site for being first on ads

I had ordered few items on mothers day, but didn't received a single item on special occasion. So whats the point to claim your business for delivering same day. I dont even know am getting my refund back or no I wasted $170 on 2 different orders.
I dont trust these people guys.
If i sent an inquiry on their whats app number it always shows that agent is currently offline and timings are 9-6.30pm. I had sent an inquiry around 2.30pm at their time but still no show.
It looks fraud to me

Pathetic experience once again. I should have checked the reviews before using thr service. I Ordered a bunch of flowers with chocolates for my fiance. They delivered the flower to some wrong address and now asking me to collect from their. Chocolates are not yet delivered and it seems it will take some more time, thn why the hell did thy say "Next day delivery". Wasted my money and the surprise i wanted to give her turned into an argument.

This website is fake. They never delivered my order. I ordered gift for my dad from Canada and they emailed me after 2 days they can't deliver perishable item and I had to choose other items. I have chosen other item and sent an email to them, after that they never replied or delivered any gift. They are cheaters. Please be aware of these kind of websites.

Don't make a mistake ever of ordering on this site. I don't have the patience to get into all the details but these $#*!tards do not respond to you once the order is made. Noone is even aware of where my courier package is. 12 days and still counting, and all you can do is just dial up one of the 3 phone numbers they have provided. Then if u start asking questions about where ur package is or yell at them all they do is mute ur call or just hang up on you & u will have to repeat the process of calling up all over again and start explaining from the scratch to the next cust care guy who picks up ur phone. This process repeats.
Finally I had to take things into my hands without depending on these fit for nothing $#*!s and contact the local courier guys n track it.
So my "SURPRISE" gift that I sent to my family was an utter flop as it has nt reached even after 12 days that it was supposed to!

The worst customer service. They just fool people. I had order combo for my fathers birthday from gifts to India. They haven't send as per description. Fruit basket had very low quality fruits and also they were not as mentioned in the description. Dry fruits was send in simple packet with low grade and flowers were not send fresh. There was no on time delivery. I would just do not buy anything from gifts to India site.

I placed an order to be delivered to Kanpur and the experience was horrible.
What ever they show on Website that is of a specific brand and promise to deliver, though delivery was on time but a very cheap and local street vendor things were send by them. When you try to reach there system to lodge complaint, you realize this is all fraud. No body responds and you can never file a complaint. I am never going to use it and never recommend such a unreliable service to anyone.

What they deliver is completely different and worst than what you order on website. On top pf that, their customer service is horrible. Rep hung up on us when we complained. What actually gets delivered can be embarassing and make u look bad! Not worth ruining your reputation and sentiment of your loved ones!
