I had ordered four items to deliver on my mother's birthday but they delivered only 2 items on time. Those 2 items delivered were also of very poor quality and cheap. When I made complain, the head office send remaining items by courier but it was much after birthday so whole intention of gift was ruined. I'm surprised that why couldn't they contact local branch and get it done on same day.

Absolutely pathetic service! Ordered birthday chocolates to be delivered on 22nd December. Today is 23rd December and still not delivered. Upon chatting in whats app being told "RGTI**************
Your order is a courier item and it is in transit already. But we are waiting for the tracking details to get updated."
When I asked for a refund, I got a response "The order is already in transit sir/mam and now the order cannot get cancelled."
Absolutely hopeless service.

This is a very bad site. Their service is poor, but not only that they are total cheaters, and I am surprised how they are still functioning. These people are advertising something else and selling some thing else. They should be exposed in media and should be reported to the police.

Horrible Horrible experience. We ordered from this site and order was never delivered. Customer care don't respond. Tried calling several times.

I am going to report and take actions against this site.

They say same day delivery but when I placed my order I did not get any updates about it and when I enquired about it then I got an email reply saying please pick another gift and also informed me that it would take 3-5 business days for delivery. I was shipping a birthday gift so could not afford that. When I asked for my money back they said please provide another address and told they would attempt to deliver it the same day. When they delivered it the gift wasn't as expected. Instead of 8 assorted pastries by Taj I just got 2 types of regular pastries to make up those 8. Very disappointing service. Would never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

I was expecting high quality or decent products as this was a gift.

But I received really bad feedback from the receiver, the flowers were falling apart and the dry fruit was stale. The customer service is unwilling to help. Don't buy from this site.

On 17 jan i ordered a gift from http://www.gifts-to-india.com/ for my gf it was a big red teddy bear, in white and red color and heart attached to it.
They sent her small blue ugly teddy which was not in the pics and when i called them they told me sir that was of same size
Wtf if someone dead and on that you send them congrats card then what they feel and you said its also a card sir

Pathetic is the word or even worse which should be given to this website, owners, customer support. No service quality, no timelines, no proper response from customer care executives who are nothing more than a bunch of illiterates who have mugged up responses and know nothing as to how to support a customer. Cant even imagine how can such a website even exist in today's world. Wont survive long!

Managed to get a resonably priced Bouquet of 300 red rose delivered at Chennai today. Ordered at 10 am for delivery at 12 noon. They requested for time till 1pm and actually delivered on the promised time. Thank you for making my wife happy on our anniversary.

I ordered my Rakhi this year in this site. Unfortunately, did not read the reviews before ordering. During the order, delivery date mentioned before Rakhi, but still not received it. Worst service. Phone number on the website not working and no reply to any complaints or no status updates. Not sure if my Rakhi gets delivered atleast after few days of delay or it is total waste of my money on top of missing my brother's Rakhi.:(
Don't trust this site.

This is the worst ever gifts website. Please stay away from it. I got fooled by it and ordered a cake for my brother. First, they just didn't deliver on the agreed date. Second, they delivered a cake that wasn't anything like what I had ordered. Third, the number they give on their website is a fake number which just has one message ' the number is busy!'. I don't think this is a business run by professional people at all. It must be a fake money-making opportunity for some crooks. STAY AWAY!

I sent fruit basket and clearly stated don't send this fruit due to health issue, When basket came that fruit which I said no were most fruit.
When I try to tell them they decline because picture wasn't clear. I am sending this to older person who doesn't know how to use phone but what I got it wasn't good enough. This is 2nd time happened I will not use this again. If you use it be careful.

I ordered a gift on feb 12 on this website and they have charged me and have never delivered the GIFT, their service is fake. Please dont order anything in this site. Please read review which are true. I would rather give a negative star if i would have it here

The website is not functional. No telephone contact. My order is not delivered and is not traceable. I just called my credit card company to block the transaction pending clarification of what is going on with these people. Should have read the reviews before placing order. Nobody should have to go through this hassle just before Diwali.

No star they don't deserve even one star. They show some Thing on website and deliver some Thing else and top of it bluntly they answer we accepted terms n conditions which says items may be slightly different etc etc... i ordered twice but both the times they cheated... had ordered flowers with basket and nice flower arrangement... but they delivered on bunch of flowers... worst and cheater

Please shut down ur stupid website. Stop fooling people. At 9pm agent responded. We have not got the confirmation of the delivery. Fake website. Do not even know the refund TAT. Arrogant Customer Support.

The site is a scam. It has been one of the worst experiences I have had online. First of all, there is no customer service. Secondly, the number provided is always switched off and there is no alternate number to track the gifts sent.

Even the email service they have is very bad, there is no response at all. We had ordered three gifts from the site and one got delivered to Hyderabad on Diwali. But it also had defects in the form of a broken Laxmi Idol.
The rest two gifts we are not being able to track down. What to say we are extremely disappointed with the service and I don't know how the ranking of the page is so high in Google.

I have one request though don't be fooled and never ever order gifts from this site... It will be a waste of time, money, and patience for you all. We were tricked I hope no one else falls into the trap. This is my only prayer to god.

I have used this site for online ordering of birthday cake, i have made a small request to deliver my order between 12 to 2 pm on 2nd Jan 2015 in Ranchi, for that i inform 2 days ago by mail and also called on customer support number, but the reply from illiterate executive disappointed me a lot. I don't know his name but he misbehave when i ask him to track my order with local bakery/delivery man or give me backer's contact no so that i could request him personally to deliver cake as per my scheduled time.

Its very disgusting and horrible experience i have ever had while talking to your call center employee. My feedback about this website services will be highly negative.

This company is a big cheat. They dont deliver your gifts on time. Make you keep waiting saying will contact the deliverer and after two days they say your gifts are already delivered which in actual never reached the recipient. Avoid wasting your money here and chose some reputated and trustworthy company. It is a zero zero zero rating from my side. All liers and cheaters. Customer service representatives dont know how to handle customers lacking proper attitude and are very rude.

We had ordered products for Diwali which their Telephone officer had confirmed will be delivered by Diwali. The product reached 3 days late. On calling them they stated that Diwali was a holiday and therefore the products weren't going to be delivered that day. Ritu - Telephone operator bangs the phone down when you state that they don't have any written information stating that Diwali was a business off for an online company. Sushmita Banerjee - so called manager, never comes on line. Please do not ever buy a product from them. They are a horrible representation of any service in india.

Don't even give an attempt. They send you a piece of s**** I ordered a beautiful cake from their website but had one of the, no where close to the image displayed cake. Taste was awful. One of the worst experience ever. Don't waste your money. Donate it to some1.

I placed order for cake and paid for it from Canada by credit card. After couple of days, I received another e-mail from *******@vsnl.net to pay Rs. 180 more towards EDC (I don't know what that mean, neither they explained about EDC in their e-mail) and there was link to make online payment. It appeared like scam. It seems their internet servers are not secure and probably it was hacker trying to scam me. Lesson learnt... Gifts-to-india.com. Never again!

Fake dont order from this site they dont deliver anything and will ruin your special day, whoever made this site i will say this is not way to earn money. More cheap way. Your earning more curses from people by ruining there special occasions. Worst experience.
