I want refund of my entire amount and am in the process of lodging an FIR against your cheat and crook website and all the persons responsible including your payment gateway and customer support service team.

This is one of the stupid site and the customer care is one of the worst. We ordered 1 quantity of item, but somehow they delivered 2 and took money for 2 items. To address this issue, I called the customer care and they are not just listening to us. all the customer care executives are just stupid and cultureless. They actually shouted back to us without even valuing the customer feelings. Dont expect any good from them..

1) wrong cake was delivered, not the one I ordered online
2) Unexpected message was added to the cake which I did not specify. Number 2 was added to the text on the cake, which I did not specify, plus two candles were supplied. It was not second birthday!
3) I wanted eggless cake, as different order was supplied I am now not sure the cake was eggless.
4) cake was delivered later than agreed time slot.

It is not reliable site. They do not deliver in time
Showed items were missing in the Gift Box. Customer care response is also not good
They always u have terms & condition hence claim is not accepted

What a pathetic service! I ordered a box of haldiram sweets from Australia for my mohers birthday on to be delivered by 12th August (7 days before) and still the sweets did not reach my parents. Customer service person tells me that they have couriered it and now it is courier company who will handle the delivery! Rubbish... the fun part part is the item was moving in kolkata for two days! Learnt my lesson... am never gonna use this website again... was wondering if negative stars was an option :(

Ordered 2 Rakhi gifs for family with sweets and Rakhis, Product description was all Halidram items but below order no's has only one product from haldiram and rest from street vendor call Bhikharam. I asked for refund. But there is no response on phone.

Please do not waste your money on this website. Counter fit and unknown products, broken basket, loose packing and moreover embarrassment in front of relatives is frustrating. Please do not buy anything, I am going to consumer complaints to ask for refund.

What a pathetic service! I ordered a box of haldiram sweets from US for my fathers birthday on Dec 2 to be delivered by dec 9 (7 days in advance) and still the sweets did not reach my parents untill 12th Dec. Yesterday, Feb 27, '19 I called the company about 1:30 PM IST from the US & asked if they could deliver today, Feb 28,'19 a gift locally in Kolkata. CS person (Samir?) assured me yes and even explained me at length about same-day-delivery program. I put the order with a note to deliver during ist half of the day and call the destination in advance. Delivery location was in a mall office in Kolkata. I leaned today that it will be delivered in the evening. When called the same person, he gave me all BS explanation of rainy day, traffic congestions etc. Obviously, I was upset. The company lacks in CS satisfaction, continuously argues and blame customer. Just now, I talked to Kaanjit (another employee). Gave same BS of delivery at 6 pm when the destination will be closed. NEVERR DO BUSINESS. Worst of the 3 on line gift companies I have used in Kolkata. Contact me at *******@gmail.com

I ordered rakhi on aprox 2 of August and still tiday 26 august they not answering... everyday bullsheet story... i ask for refund but no reply as they says alway chek with their team... so bad... i might take legal action

If u r going to buy any item from this website than hold on. As a first customer i really had bad experience. While shopping, they promise u to deliver the gifts same day.if purchased before 4 pm. Once u buy and than ur trouble begins. The gift will not be delivered as promised on site. U will even not find any phone details on website. Only u have to mail them. Any how i got the phone no. When u call the customer care, they will make excuse that the place was remote so couldnt be delivered. If it is so, than why didnt u indicate this while shopping?... Plz dont make fool to customers. Also they said that they have sent mail to me regarding despatch but i ddnt recieve any mail from their side. It was so pathetic. Please never buy items. A total waste of my time.

I wanted to send some gifts to india so i had purchased from this website gifts-to-india.com very untrustable website they had cheated me neither of my gift was deliverd properly... very bad experience totally, very much dissappointed. Never and ever go for this site.

My order number is RGTI**************. I ordered items for my daughter 2days ago for todays birthday. It was mentioned same day delivery. Still the items are not delivered. Terrible customer service ever. When i asked about the shipping details/ consignment number they neglected. Please dont book from there.Its been 3days now. My daughters bday also finishing today. Pathetic customer service ever

I swear to anything i cant believ they are such a big liers and cheaters.
Even the customer service agent will talk to u like ha have done a favour on by picking a call and wll not answers u properly.

I had a terrible experience ordering from this company. I paid for two bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day. Only one got delivered which was not what I ordered and very bad quality of flowers given the price I paid (over Rs. 2,500). I have emailed their customer service team several times regarding this with no resolution. A total waste of money, time and effort!

The worst online service ever. They showcase something on the website which is totally different from the ones thats delivered. It will be the most embarrasing moment when these gifts reach some utterly important people. The delivery was a week late as well. ITS A FRAUD SITE STAY AWAY

1. Very bad website which doesnt give enough information regarding the order.
2. After the order had been placed 5 days before date for eggless chocolate cake Rs1040, they asked for extra Rs385 on the D-Day saying the location was too far(they never mentioned this before). They refused to process the order further without the funds being transfered immediately.
3. I asked for the gift to be sent on the day, they arrived at 8.30 pm with a really poor quality cake which was nothing like the picture on the site.
4. When I asked for a refund for the bad service and wrong cake, they said that a delivery had been made and hence they won't refund.
Please please please don't go to them even if your life depended on it.

I ordered from canada and the picture was like so good and it was looking big but the actual thing was not even worth a penny. I would not prefer anyone to order this crap, it was supposed to be heart shaped but reality was $#*!in $#*!in shiiiit..

Incorrect order delivered. The order was placed for 1kg oreo cake and 24 pink roses. However I received half-kg vanilla cake not edible and stale red roses. Also the order was delivered the night before at 11 30pm from the scheduled delivery date of 8th May and day time.
This is completely unacceptable.

Promised to delivery on Feb 14 but after 3 days and 6 phone calls there was no delivery. Every time I called the customer support, they shamelessly promised to delivery on the same day but never acted on it. The customer support is so UNPROFESSIONAL. In the end they said they are sorry and at the best they will refund my money but still no update on my refund; I will get back to them if they don't refund my money. Stay away this is a scam company with no commitment to deliver your order on time

The site Gift to india is fake site the employees do not help you out with your any problem as well do not reslove your problem, They never deliver your product and when you call them they will say they are only here to receive call they don't have vendor knowledge. Horrible Site, Just play with the customer emotion as well as Money, They don; t have any email id for escation, no Manager available with them.In whole its a fake site once you order any thing for it they will frustrate you with no response

Never order with this company. I ordered a Birthday Cake from Canada (Black Forest ref Order id HGTI**************) and they delivered a pack of "$#*!" from some dirty vendor. Instead of Black forest they delivered a chocolate cake with rotten smell from a local market. They mentioned in the website that the cake will be from a 5 star or equivalent (Black Forest Cake From Taj / 5 Star Hotel Bakery-Note: We deliver only Freshly Baked Cakes. Bakeries make ready the fresh baked Cake only by 11 AM. Thus all orders of Cake can only be delivered after noon time) I tried to contact them, they never responded. Saying that they cant hear me. Cheating company. Never go for this company. If this case not being addresses reasonably, I will be sharing this experience with my friends all over North America and also report to Consumer affairs in Canada as well as the Banks.In addition the issue with evidence will be posted in Social media as well as report to the press.

Fraud website.
Had ordered (6)Rakhis on 15th july, just to avoid the rush afterwards.
1 rakhi was delivered the next day. And the remaining rakhis are not yet delivered.
I am in constant contact through email and call. But there is no reply.
And
I guess they have a template saying
" sorry for inconvinience caused. We are in constant contact with the courier service. And will be giving you the updated status of yor order ASAP."

Any enquiry hits there website. This is the same answer given by them.

And if asked for refund. There is no answer from this website.

And the so called 24hour customer service phones. Are never ready to help. They are either busy or closed.
